6161  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin & Domains Marketplace on: April 10, 2016, 02:47:19 AM
In regards to the domain marketplace site that you made, you have to do more works in fields of security to ensure safety of users information by acquiring SSL certificate at least and do more safety measures in regards to payments since your relatively new here and escrowing deals isn't that simple and users won't trust you. In regards to your domain extension, not sure if it's a free one but in case it is, it would be best if you get a better domain name with a .com or .net extension. In regards to the theme you used in WordPress, it would be best if you purchase a premium one in order to look more professional.

Another thing that I didn't like was this:

No one will use your site unless you ensure them and by what I red, your in the wrong path.

Lastly in regards to your faucet rotator, try to make the iframe larger in scale.
6162  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Transaction fee on: April 09, 2016, 07:25:33 PM
Minimum fee (normal confirmation) for transactions is around 30 Satoshi per byte and there's isn't a maximum fee (since you could just put as high as you want) but there's is a fee of 60 Satoshi for fast confirmation. They key to understand each of transactions minimum fees is to understand how to calculate certain transaction sizes, in which I will quote here a post that I made last week in regards to this:
(hope it helps).

From what I see, many up until now, don't know yet how to calculate transaction fee's and as result always tend to blame the way network reacts to each transaction. Just because a transaction is consist of 0.0001 BTC as a fee, doesn't mean that, it's enough for it to be confirmed in the next block. I'll try to explain the process of transaction size estimation:

For reference, let's take your transaction into example: https://blockchain.info/tx-index/5bc33bf29987c995cb9c11f052c5b2792b5890e414806fc27df7a7fe93101c45
There is 6 inputs and 2 outputs (most transactions automatically give you 2 outputs if your sending to one person)
Number of inputs should be multiplied by 148 (the number changes sometimes) + the number of outputs multiplied by 34 +10 or -10 (mostly it's +10)
6 x 148 (888) + 2 x 34 (68) +10 or -10
888 + 68 +10 = 966 bytes (close estimation as in your transaction was 964)

On a side note: For fast confirmation a 60 Satoshi is recommended per byte

Best possible way to know the inputs is to know and calculate the transactions on your account and see how many inputs will be needed from the remaining unspent one's in order to calculate the inputs prior to sending (not sure if there's a wallet that does this automatically but I'm saying this base on my experience of using blockchain.info only)

There's another thing that would help in most cases and that is the feature in blockchain.info (not sure if it exist on others too) that You would choose the fee from normal to generous and automatically each transaction will have a fee of 0.001 as base fee.

The fee for your transaction should have been 0.0005784 to be as high priority transaction that would get confirm within the next block.

6163  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitfortip | Tip and earn Bitcoins on: April 09, 2016, 05:08:36 PM
When he launched it, he gave some bits to first few users here and IIRC on his website, an address is given by him (in which that could be used only). I tried back in the days but the questions were only few and even though some answered correctly, they never got anything from some users that asked question (AFAIK), since the control is by the one who asks questions and no moderation done to ensure the whole process be fair to those put an actual effort and find the correct answer first.
6164  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Crypto Exchange ShapeShift Hacked, Unspecified Amount of Bitcoin Lost on: April 09, 2016, 02:46:14 PM
The good thing about the hack towards them was the wake up call they got (even though still no news regarding the loss amount on their side). Although I personally don't like their exchange since it had glitches in the past, I like the way they ensure of no loss of funds for users and only on their side with the downside of few pending transactions though.

6166  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How much bitcoin do the exchanges hold? on: April 09, 2016, 10:04:23 AM
Base on a local exchange that I use regularly, their main wallet isn't known publicly due to security concerns and each time when I need to send or receive BTCitcoin from them, it's always a different address. From each of the addresses, usually the most I've seen is around 20 BTCitcoin inside of them. I assume the international exchanges has more (on each addresses) reserve than that since they deal with larger user base.
6167  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Changelly.com legit service ? on: April 09, 2016, 06:35:07 AM
I've used it last month for a Dogecoin to BTCitcoin exchange and the whole process was fast and the interface from each step (like payment sent, transaction confirmed and etc...) is very nice and it updates in real time. Overall was around 30ish minutes for the exchange. Minergate is the owner of Changelly now, so it's legit since I never had withdrawal issues with them (when using minergate).

6168  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used for Good? on: April 09, 2016, 03:31:18 AM
Interesting article and my answer would be a "YES", but the article has some flaws in it, like in cases of users having issues for BTCitcoin transactions is not actually a problem of BTCitcoin but rather a problem of users not using enough fee's for their transactions. It would be nice if we could have stored land titles digitally, surely that would save ownership approvals some time. Another thing that it seems wrong in the article is, he mentioned some countries can't handle BTCitcoin payments due to lack of needed energy and need of miners but that's wrong, since just because a certain country wants to use it, doesn't mean they have to mine it as well since there are more than enough miners out there. Lastly, he mentioned that in future, BTCitcoin fees could be more than mastercard and etc but I doubt it would be that high. BTCitcoin isn't the problem for users but the exchanges that exchange BTCitcoin to fiat are the problems since some of them, suddenly will leave you hanging for nothing and that should be the issue that needs attention.
6169  Economy / Marketplace / Re: I'm going to open a shop on Open Bazaar... what would you like to buy from me? on: April 08, 2016, 09:06:28 AM
Not sure were you from so I'll go with less sized and less weight options instead, due to shipping prices. I would certainly look into buying accessories for most used gadgets for starters (if you could offer good discounts for bulk orders, that's even better). Also different BTCitcoin magazines (in separate editions and not in bulk, due to high cost) could be an interesting alternative.
6170  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could Bitcoin go the Second Life Way? on: April 08, 2016, 05:20:51 AM
Not sure why these two where compared in the first place (I guess, cointelegraph writer just needed to make an article badly). The failure of Second Life is entirely on their lack of development on the right path (even with initial success) and less demand growth at it used to be but BTCitcoin on the other hand, it get's developed from time to time into something better and it has great demand (in which is growing). So my answer would be a big "NO".
6171  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can disappear? on: April 07, 2016, 02:31:24 PM
Every existing thing disappears but it's just matter of sudden disappearance or a gradual one, in which BTCitcoin could only disappear gradually, in case ever single user involved in it's existence, decide to turn their back to something else. BTCitcoin isn't scam (not anything that is far amazing, is a scam). In case it happens, those that are in it for profit only, are the one's that will panic since the value could go down as result of gradual disappearance.
6172  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ASIC manufactures ... who is who? on: April 07, 2016, 12:04:35 PM
Here's a list of asic mining manufacturers for BTCitcoin: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/List_of_Bitcoin_mining_ASICs
By the way, if there's some infamous ones, then surely they aren't considered a reputable manufacturers after all and would be better if you wouldn't add them to your list.
6173  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: * BTCBUX.me Giveaway * free $0.50 advertising credit - PTC ads on: April 07, 2016, 09:44:15 AM
After checking your PTC site, it seems clean and easy to operate in however there's few things that I would like to site: 1)The faq tab is empty 2)The 1 second exposure advertisements rewards are stated wrong (all of them are labeled Earn $5.0E-5)

Regarding the free credits, my username is: SFR10
Thank you.
6174  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Is it to late to buy an S7? on: April 07, 2016, 07:41:36 AM
Honestly, regardless of electricity, If I had the funds for an S7 (excluding shipping), I would go out and purchase one since it's on the cheap at the moment, and you get to get back what you spend just in right time before the halving. An S7 gives you $186 on monthly basis (assuming with current difficulty only) and not $300 as you were asking. It's price is $575 on bitmain (one fan) at the moment and if you were lucky enough to get your hands on one of the discount coupons , you can get it for $100 less so the ROI is even sooner with less $100 on it's price tag.
6175  Other / Off-topic / Re: How kids can "earn" Bitcoin ? on: April 07, 2016, 05:12:55 AM
Here is a site that I used to play back in the days, in which you could redeem points earned from playing into a BTCitcoin (but not that much of earning, but surely it would be fun for kids): http://www.tremorgames.com/

Also the following two links might help you as well (although personally I haven't tried other things on the list):

6177  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: BEST HARDWARE FOR 1 BITCOIN? on: April 05, 2016, 02:48:42 PM
My advise is to go with an Antminer S7 (2nd hand though since the brand new one is at 1.36 BTC on bitmain itself - excluding shipping). In case you were looking for overall expense of 1 BTCitcoin then, you should wait and purchase it after the halving since it's price has been decreasing recently and surely will decrease further more in months to come (It's the most efficient one at the moment).
6178  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did Bitcoin Spread ? on: April 05, 2016, 12:28:14 PM
In my case, google did the trick. I searched on possible online ways to earn money and BTCitcoin was one of it, and made me interested and next I searched on how to earn BTCitcoin and that's how I was introduced to mining using GPU's and use of faucets back in 2011. There was many facebook groups that used to showcase every miners computer in which where mostly modified using multiple GPU's (really fun back then). Rewards on faucets were also better back then.
6179  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the maximum amount of BTC you've sold at one time? on: April 05, 2016, 10:42:35 AM
1 BTCitcoin and it was at $200+ only back then. Most banks get alerted when sudden flow of cash gets deposited into users account (normally there's a limit that differs for each country). But there's another rules that given the work you have (real one), they check and if you earn in the same range normally (even if you don't say from where you got it), they won't suspends your bank account (assuming your wage is really above the limit in a normal basis).
6180  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: OpenBazaar is here! on: April 05, 2016, 04:37:50 AM
Finally the long wait is over. Hoping for it to be an actual success in a legal way and not another silk road scenario. The only thing I have second thought about is, the moderators that would act as escrow providers, it would have been better if some known escrow providers were given this job instead of other users (even though we could check their feedback there).
