How does one Put down Gambling for good?
You really need to find your self a other hobby because that maybe can get your mind and thoughts away from gambling and bee busy.
If you are busy enough then you will really have no time to go out and gamble.
Yeah right, if we concern ourselves with other activities that are more useful it will allow us to forget about gambling. And slowly we'll quit gambling. It is very difficult to get out of gambling, but with the intention would succeed.

Really, it is very difficult to left the gambling forever, only one way, do yourself on other activities and spend your free time on your other interest and determined on your mind that you never play gambling again, It doesn't mean that gambling is a not good game, but it doesn't suit you,
6162  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the difference between game and gamble? on: October 14, 2016, 10:46:53 AM
what do you think it is?

gamble

I think you should ask what is the difference between player and gambler, OR Game and gambling?
If we talking about Gambling, so everyone know about it that it is a game and it is made to give us entertainment, but gambling is a game of Money, So that's why everyone become greedy.
But the different between gambling other games, and that is Money, other game depend on fisical strongness but in gambling we need money.
6163  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: October 14, 2016, 10:34:41 AM
I agree with the fact that bitcoin is going to see lot of fiat currency flowing into it. I think people sell because they need fiat to pay for their expenses. Bitcoin is not accepted everywhere. But I am sure that wise people will keep some bitcoin for themselves as future is bright for bitcoin.
We can expect volatility. And price will move by making new highs and then some corrections and then consolidation. This will again repeat itself.
on the other hand some people abusing bitcoin for something illegal ,
this kind people will never sell their bitcoin as long as they did not in urgent need ,
they put their fiat money in bitcoin to avoid tax .

If you think back in time and imagine being one of the first gold miners in the old west, you can picture these guys walking out of the right cave/mine with a piece of gold the size of a softball.  While this was not commonplace, it was also not that rare.  These hunks and smaller bits were sold in town for supplies and food and some businesses were created using these supplies of money.  Casinos, saloons, farms, oil companies and others may have gotten started on the precedes from small time gold mining.

The point is that same with Bitcoin.  Ten years from now, those that held on to Bitcoins will be much better off than they are today
6164  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: do i have to pay tax on bitcoins ? on: October 14, 2016, 10:30:52 AM
thank you very much for al of your responses and i really do appreciate this because i was really curious about the  taxation because its a punishable crime to not pay the taxes so i guess i am now satisfied and will liquify more money and turn in to bitcoin cause hey its tax free and who wants to pay taxes
yes that is right say you can buy more and more bitcoin and can hold it for a long time tell yo wan to keep, as there is no tax on bitcoin and no one has to pay tax on bitcoin tell the government impose tax on it.
Yeah there is no tax in bitcoin and only fees for transaction you should pay unless if you are using online wallet like coinbase that do not need to pay for transaction fee..

However, if your experience over the past year with Bitcoin has put two brand new cars in the driveway, then you are going to have to deal with the taxes.  Either way, watch your paper trails and keep your head down. There is a storm coming.
6165  Economy / Economics / Re: Loans too risky? on: October 14, 2016, 10:18:35 AM
Watch for what is and what is not provided by the loan sites.  Many sites that put a lender with a loan searchers give many types of services and escrow(per se) is not one of them.  Many sites grade the people searching for the loans based on a simple security system combined with feedback from past loans.  The site facilitates the transfer of funds and IF the loan is being repaid, they handle the movement of funds from person to person.  This is a useful thing because a single loan might have been funded by 100 people, so the repayment is put in the sites wallet and then auto spread to the 100 lenders.
6166  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Need bustabit advice on: October 14, 2016, 09:47:27 AM
Not only Bustabit all provably fair gambling website winning is based on pure luck.

Scripts and strategy might bring profit to you on short period, but on the long run scripts, bot or even manual betting doesnt bring profits. But advantage of manual betting is you can just stop at exact point of loss or profit of your speculation. But bot or script wil not do that and once strategy is built and started running you can change the course in between, if you see its going somewhere else.

So both manual and bot betting has it pros and cons. Only the best way is to gamble with what you can afford

When deploying these sites and scripts that number is set and the rest is history.  Smart players know the signs of a win and the signs of a coming loss, they know the triggers and the tells of most games.  That is something that a script can never know and never do.

Also, some threads that may have had a bearing at one time are still being commented on, even though the prior reply was months, days or weeks past.

I think that it is important to stay current and I thought that was the purpose of the forum, although it appears that others seem to take that purpose in a different way.   Smiley
6168  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Controlling your temper in gambling on: October 14, 2016, 09:31:33 AM
You can not control your emotions if you are going to play in long sessions. The longer you drag your session you are going not only to expose yourself to risks but also logical and controlled situation is going to be influenced by emotions and temper. I have experienced by myself and this is what I felt and observed in real casinos how people were doing there.
You are right. I have seen many professional gamblers who are losing their control by end of day in their gambling activities. Similarly they are gently making some profit in the beginning of the day but over time they are losing their control over emotions and also the ending up losing their gambling rounds.

To overcome this problem, we must limit our sessions with gambling. Stopping gambling at right time and right point must be one of the thumb rule of the gambler should follow.
a professional gambler always have a strict rules , they won't go bankrupt/broke easily. an experience help them to keep on the winning lines too. so for them to control a temper before lost everything are just like a habit and they did it.

All of the statistics are printed in just about every site, forum and blog about the subject and, therefore, they know, prior to putting their money into the site that they are going to lose, it has been told to them ahead of time and there is nothing to be said other than that.
6169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Margin trading in crypto good or bad? on: October 14, 2016, 09:30:28 AM
yeah it's bad, you know what happen if you can not pay back right? they can sue you, you can't just run away and open a new account lol, i don't like leverage because of this

You have to be smart and professional to do the margin trading. If not done properly, you will lose everything.

If not, you only lost that initial deposit and the site eats the margin they gave you.  I would never do this and there are IP issues and too many factors to work around, but that is the risk they are taking.
6170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Beyond the Void's ICO on: October 14, 2016, 09:26:31 AM
The idea is promising but needs a lot of work. I say this as everything looks so cliched and its as if a clone of already available games. I am not sayinng it is but the graphics give that indication.

This is a good concept if you can pull it off.  A lot of resources go into even the smallest scaled server games.  We all remember the older games that came with its own server, I think Sacred was one.  Anyone could fire up the server, set some values and people would be playing in their universe.

I think it is going to be funny to see which gets legalized and accepted more quickly, the marijuana or the coins that support it.  There are many states that have places in them where pot has become either fully legal or supported within a framework of control.  These places may or may not have heard of Bitcoin.
6172  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: do you accept bitcoins in your business on: October 14, 2016, 09:20:35 AM
We have two business models, one is Crypto investments, so yeah we take Bitcoin there and we also have three local brick and mortar offices that serve other business models and no, we do not.  We love Bitcoins, we push Bitcoins, we live Bitcoins, but here is the thing.  Our services take about ten minutes for a customer to browse, shop and whatever and the standard 1-3 minute checkout time.  Cash, near instant, credit/debit near instant, Bitcoins…….well.  We could let the customer pay and go, without any confirmations.  In the beginning that should be fine, but as the word spread and that payment method gets more popular, there will be some joker that will defraud the system
6173  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stripe accepts bitcoun, any experience? on: October 14, 2016, 09:14:35 AM
No knowledge about that stripe services but just like any other site that accepts bitcoin there are options for bitcoin.  And if you pay for bitcoins they will automatically deduct the corresponding amount into dollars.  Just like when I will buy load for my phone, I will pay it with bitcoin and they will pay my rebate with fiat currency. Wink

Stripe is a hard to use service either way.  If you are looking for a local solution, you may need to use another service and then do the conversion yourself.  It just seems that, especially for a mobile service that the others are easier to use and if you are doing the same couple amounts over and over, then there are some really simple services out there.
6174  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: October 14, 2016, 09:09:11 AM
with banks, you are trusting them to keep your money. with bitcoin wallet, you only need to trust yourself and no one else. personally I'd go with bitcoin wallet, but most people still needs banks.

Banks are what they are.  A Bitcoin wallet, the best for long term being a software variety, are pretty safe.  You need to back them up, back up the wallet dat and keep that separate from the PC that has the wallet on it.  Do frequent back ups and make sure that you keep that safe.
6175  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: October 14, 2016, 09:06:11 AM
In my own ways i just invest a small amount and i scaling up everytime to profit i will buy again in altcoin in other potencial altcoin..
Until i reach my goal.. and invest again in other trading site.. this is just my strategy is trading to increase the amount of my bitcoins.

Hedge fund, plain and simple.  Make it yourself.  A couple strong coins that are not going anywhere.  A few middle of the road investments that have potential and seem strong, but have a pretty good trusted record too.  Top it off with coins that are new and unknown.  Those can either bomb or go through the roof.

If you expect people to trust you with their funds, then you can call it whatever you like, but it should have been handled with a little integrity and not just deleting what you feel is not right or whatever.
6180  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: do i have to pay tax on bitcoins ? on: October 09, 2016, 02:57:47 PM
They attack left and right in some cases to fight the introduction of Bitcoin into normal society.  The law says pay taxes on the profits, but that can lead to issues with other laws.
