6161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Future of Altcoins ? on: October 09, 2019, 08:57:48 PM
Development is a must, if there's no development for Ethereum and continuous upgrade to make transactions better for bitcoin, everyone would be looking for a better coin for transfers and transactions. But as much as they're already established, maintaining it is the other key for it to progress. Otherwise, the future of altcoins is unknown for most but for some there's a certain future that awaits.
That seems to have a huge market play. I supposed to think that Vitalik will do something new and another strategical marketing design to help in uplifting its price. There is a strong market competition around and I know project owners has started to settle it down before bringing them in the bottom line. What we would like to see is to have a strong market development that could sustain in a long run not just in a year or two.
That's the Ethereum 2.0 / PoW to PoS that he'll do the make it lively again. We want that development that will stay for a long time because if it's just a temporary solution to scaling, it won't do.
Many will start to discuss it again and look for something else that's better than the usual.
6162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another PONZI scheme money frozen in bank account revealed on: October 09, 2019, 08:24:31 PM
I do think that the Indian government should make some exception to the legislation in order to refund the victims, though. Because after all, even though getting scammed is somewhat their fault, a ponzi scheme at the end is illegal and its victims should be reimbursed.
This should be the action that the Indian gov't would do. But I don't think that they will do it, returning "illegal" money on their perspective won't work. They have all the rights to do with the seized money like what happened to the funds that were seized during the Silk Road days.

Well, great! Here is a prime example of what the lack of regulation can lead to.
Although in this case, it seems to me that the victims themselves need to take the initiative. To demand the return of funds not stolen from them, but to demand the return of information stolen from them. After all, do not forget that blockchain is a database, i.e. information.
The question, Is the Indian gov't will cooperate?
6163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin at the end of 2019? on: October 09, 2019, 07:52:46 PM
Litecoin at $1000 by this year? that's totally high. How much bitcoin will cost if ever Litecoin is going to hit by that time? I'm sure that it will be as high as expected. But after all, op if you are believing with such predictions don't put that much hope with that. I don't think it's a realistic prediction.
$300-$500 would be a good range IMHO.

6164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ARE ICOS STILL LEGIT? on: October 08, 2019, 08:16:13 PM
Why IEO existed because many ICOs doesn't deliver what they've promised like listing the token to an exchange. And if there were ICOs that you have seen until now, it's because they believe that they can make it even though the community sees that market as a dying market. Many were scams but there's still the very few legit projects that you could invest but the demand with ICOs has gone lower.
6165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is happening to new projects? on: October 08, 2019, 07:42:26 PM
From the word "NEW" means that they are just starting and trying to survive on the crypto market craziness, give them some time to recover or develop their platform and in the long run those new projects will show it's worth as long as they have big community and rock solid plan to achieved it's success.
But generalizing these new projects, many of them won't survive. If you know how much this market will cost them to compete, they are likely to work hard and from these new projects very few of them would grind to make progress while many will start conceding because of the market's competition and awareness. Awareness in a way that many investors can determine if a project is bad or good and even a scam.

6167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB good to invest at price of 0.0019 BTC ? on: October 07, 2019, 08:28:38 PM
hi guys do u think BNB good to invest at 0.0019 BTC ?
my friend bought BNB at 0.0029 and he is in a big lost now
i was thinking to buy at current price but im afraid that BNB
fall more to 0.0012 - 0.0015 BTC
Trading is not for those people that feels worried after or before buying. And if you're feeling afraid that it can fall more after buying, don't buy.
When I buy and invest to a coin that I like, I forget this feeling because it's essential for me to be firm with my decision.
6168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to invest safely in cryptocurrency? on: October 07, 2019, 07:54:13 PM
I used to believe that projects with products were really good. But after realizing that it's no exception to failure because there were projects that still fail whether they have a working product/app or service.
We have different reasons as to why we invest and we have several standards on why we choose that project and coin to invest with.
Projects could make a lot of money if there was people trying to get the coin price higher.
Like a pump and dump? yes it's no secret that projects could make a lot of money from us if we're believing into it. And if there's someone or a group that wants to make its price higher but usually it's also going to fail if it is like that.
And to invest safely to a coin, you have to make yourself comfortable into it by doing your steps of researching. The natural growth of a token is normal if it is promising.

6170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Skycoin? on: October 05, 2019, 10:09:06 PM
One of the best projects in crypto world is Skycoin. What do u guys think about that? Why it is so cheap?
Best? I've heard this many times from strangers promoting a coin. You did not even give any reason why it's the best for you. It's listed on Binance and has a $1M volume but I don't think that this is the best project.
The price on all-time high was too high and I don't think that it will ever be reached again. It's cents now and it's cheap but I won't invest in this coin.
6171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How i keep my private keys safe without hardware wallet on: October 05, 2019, 09:34:04 PM
You don't share and don't talk about that you are related with crypto.
This is also my second most concern, don't talk to anyone about cryptocurrencies. They might be interested in stealing your funds or force you to give it to them voluntarily through force.

But i have question that if something bad happen to you (Of course which i don't pray) what about your crypto then..? I mean no one knows about you that you have some crypto right..? Then it's totally useless but if you tell some trust able person that you work with crypto then might be it'll help your family don't you think..?
The reliable people to tell is the family but if he has a wife better tell her then next would be his parents. Just don't trust other people out of your bloodline.
6172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2 Years of bear market.. what to expect next on: October 05, 2019, 03:26:17 PM
I'm not losing my hope and trust for altcoins especially for those potential and reputable coins. Just like Bitcoin, it has to go through a lot of massive adoption to be on the mainstream. Altcoins would surely bloom when the bull run strikes. Also, top coins are good for day trading. We should only know how to deal with the changes.
Most of them are on mainstream but the demand speaks for itself. The volatility also dictates the future of a coin whether the holders of it will stay or gonna lose interest to it.
The real investors and believers of the market will stay and will look upon into this assumingly extension of bear market as a great opportunity to buy in. Because next year or so is the predicted end of it.
6173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: demands on Ethereum on: October 05, 2019, 02:35:24 PM
Until now looks like that sort of news won't affect the market anymore. The market grows stably on its demand and not with those kind of news anymore.
Although being certified and allowed by the Sharia Law is good news. However, the effect can't be controlled by it and we just can't expect anymore a quick impact to it. A month has passed and it didn't increase that much.
It simply means because the community had learned already, not be like with the old-time where when they heard bad news they easily get into panicking and selling their coins immediately. This is a big sort of development and we have matured already for this kind of artwork. Only we need now is patient and self-confidence towards crypto as it will help for its fast recovery.
Nah, with the good news the community isn't reacting that much but while with the bad news most of them until now are reacting negatively. The community has learned but there's still a lot that never learned from it.
As an individual, I don't react for both things but the effect really isn't surprising anymore whether with good or bad news.

6175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Alter coins will moon very soon. on: October 04, 2019, 08:48:42 PM
Several Altar Coins have gone up in price.I think the price of Altar coins will rise very soon.
Another assumption just because you've seen the market is green, it doesn't go to the likes of you. Usually, the market turns green after it came from red but don't give that high expectation unless we see it with our eyes. I don't actually see the rise now, give time to it.

Past market analysis suggests that the prices of Altar coins increase slightly in December and January. Do you agree with me?
Sometimes but we can't predict what exactly will show by this time.

Altar =!
Alternative/alternate coin is the right call.
6176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bad habits from devs with bounty rewards on: October 04, 2019, 08:17:39 PM
Could someone tell me what happened to moozicore and CMA? Anyway, those platforms that manage their payments/rewards actually are ease to most bounty hunters since I'm still not aware of what happened to the said bounties. There must be some issue that op that didn't really like.
And it's known that many bounties today are more relying to luck even the said good projects sometimes are delay of paying or not even paying as promised.
6177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best mobile crypto wallet? on: October 04, 2019, 07:45:13 PM
It's '.info' before but they have already changed into '.com'
The wallet seems to be buggy and I don't think that I'll use them with huge amounts but for smaller amounts and I don't have a choice, I'll be fine I guess. The wallet is easy to use but those bugs that has been seen before can also show again somehow while using them.
Its not just blockchain.com web wallet or mobile wallet you shouldn't be using, you coins aren't safe in most of the online wallets. There is always a chance of losing your coins if you store it in an online wallet. I am not much sure about mobile wallets since I haven't used any (i do use coinbase mobile app, but I don't consider it as an exclusive mobile wallet) but I am pretty much sure they aren't safe too. Just use those provided desktop wallets given by the developer of the coins and make sure your computer/mobile is clean and safe.
I'm aware that there's a risk of using this wallet but we don't know what's on the mind of the other users. They keep on using this wallet and even though there were warnings of stop of using them. I've used the web app and mobile app. The bugs that I've encountered mostly with the mobile app that's why I stopped using it. There are other mobile wallets and we need it because if you are a person that's always on the go, you can simply check your balance on your phone.
6178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best mobile crypto wallet? on: October 03, 2019, 10:11:50 PM
Blockchain.info mobile crypto wallet is still the best in my opinion, Blockchain.info currently supports Ethereum, Stellar and Paxos, and the swap feature is very easy

6179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: SC good to invest ? on: October 03, 2019, 09:48:57 PM
I consider this coin good when it was around 2016-2017 but I don't think that I'll re-invest to this coin. It's all up to you if you have vision and goal of holding this coin. I remember that it's all good together with Digibyte but those were the good old days.
I'll invest in something better than SC, although this coin is still under the top 100. I don't have the urgency of investing in this coin at the moment.
6180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: COLD Wallet For USDT ERC20 on: October 03, 2019, 12:46:10 PM
Ledger wallet. just try if its working but im not sure
I will also suggest Ledger wallet, as indicated on their website for supported coins it's the USDT ERC20 token.
https://shop.ledger.com/pages/supported-crypto-assets
https://www.ledger.com/tether-wallet/
Just choose the variant from Ledger Nano S or X. Ledger wallet is one of the safest hardware wallet ever.
