6181  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Egold withdraw in yobit works on: October 28, 2019, 10:23:16 PM
Are you talking about Egold token? Which is this eGold Announcement?

It seems an abandoned project no update and someone telling that eGold is scam.

eGold is also listed on southxchange from here https://www.southxchange.com/Market/Book/EGOLD/BTC
It is just another option but I don't know if they are safe to trade but if the eGold is abandoned by their team there is a possibility that you can't exchange this token it might be a wallet issue so exchanges wallet also affected.

Why not, try to exchange a small amount in yobit first if it works then exchange the remaining amount but if not, better to hold that token and wait for new exchanges to sell it.

Check these courses below to learn more about crypto trading.

- Trading collection including tools and trading books.

Just don't use the eterbase as your exchange just learns from their ebook.
6183  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum wallet 3.3.6 15 concern on: October 28, 2019, 08:50:36 PM
thanks for that, can you give me an example for the .0025 btc transfer how much fee it will require ?

What I heard from other genesis mining users on reddit their fee is always set to low priority it means that your transaction might longer to confirmed.
I can't find how much but according to them you can find the fee under the contract.

If you don't want to pay a fee for withdrawal transaction choose the Monero payout just like what they said.

i need a guide to grow in here, can anyone please help me with a reliable site where i can gain trading on btc?

What exactly you want to know? BTC mining or trading BTC?

There are many threads here on the forum that may help you grow on trading BTC or mining BTC.

If you are going to mine BTC you need ASIC machine to mine BTC like antminer s9 you don't need a guide for this because if you buy ASIC miner they also provide you a simple guide and honestly ASIC miner is plug&play just make sure that you have stable internet.

For trading BTC there are many exchanges they mostly use are Binance and KuCoin exchanges if you want to see more exchanges you can check this https://www.coingecko.com/en/exchanges
6185  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ios btc wallet help !!! on: October 28, 2019, 12:06:45 AM
I would never use any of these shit wallets for any large amount.
No one should consider using/storing a mobile wallet with large amounts of funds, use proper security with a hardware wallet, desktop and cold wallet for larger amounts. Mobile wallets should only be used for transferring/buying small amounts of funds.
Agree don't use a mobile wallet for the big amount but there are some phones with a high-security feature that I think safe to store a big amount. I'm currently using Samsung a10 protected by Knox you have a security folder where you can install wallet apps and disable the internet on that secured folder. You can sign a transaction offline with Electrum this is the only tested for Android not supported for IOS device yet.

If you are always connected online everything on your mobile phone is at risk so cold storage for mobile is also a good option they call it mostly as Airgap wallet where you can only scan QR code no internet for signing transaction.
6186  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: About Coinsbit Exchange. on: October 27, 2019, 11:08:13 PM
Never heard this exchange before but recently I just found some token that I hold before like Gold is listed on their exchange it is another option for me to sell the token in the future.

The only weird thing that I heard from them that they are based in Ukraine but they're registered located in Arizona according to whois from here look the state is located to Arizona, US.

The domain is pretty new it was created last year and possibly the reason why the coinsbit is getting rank in coinmarketcap and coingecko it's because of fake volume. It is likely the same as yobit because they also offering an investbox they just giving you a different designed compared to yobit.

Overall for me, they still have many shady activities and we can't trust their exchange so better to trade on other exchanges than this just to be safe but if you are holding a token or coins only listed on this exchange better wait for new exchange that the token or your coins is listed.
6187  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Aladdin Miner T1 on: October 26, 2019, 11:09:40 PM
I want to recovery control board with SD card.

Can you check the control board model name and post it here and maybe I can find some SD card images that you can use to flash the miner through SD card.

Take note if it still under warranty much better to don't touch it and contact the support to send it back for repair.

Can you try this if you can find the reset hole or button or IP search/Reporter in the front of the miner near ethernet do this below.

- Hold reset/IP reporter/search for 15-20 sec
- Then release
- if you notice that the miner reboot let it run for 5 minutes and check it again if you can find the IP use tools like Angry IP scanner.

If it doesn't work well your final solution is to flash it through SD card.
6188  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptotab Browser on: October 25, 2019, 09:53:35 PM
I didn't think about using it, but could you help me? If we use this browser, is there any chance of damaging our computer?
Or is it possible to have any form of fraud or something? Obviously, this kind of program has always scared me.
I'm not actually using this browser they mostly promoting their plugin extension before which I think the reason why it's blocked by Kaspersky.

I don't know if they are a fraud but cryptotab can damage your Computer if you set the mining at full speed so if the CPU usage high the computer might damage due to high temp. They can only pay you a small amount and it's not worth it to use while browsing you can't get your ROI back if your PC is damaged after using their browser.

My suggestion is don't use them instead or if you are looking for a browser that can earn while browsing switch to the Brave browser much better than that.
6189  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptotab Browser on: October 25, 2019, 08:13:12 PM
Be careful about using this browser like the above said it is mainly for mining not actually Bitcoin they are mainly mining altcoin but they are just paying you in BTC.

I tried to access their site just now and here the result:

They are blocked in chrome that is why they make a clone of Brave browser but the difference is they taking your CPU usage to mine altcoin it's not profitable it can only reduce the lifespan of your PC or laptop.

If you want to earn while browsing the only recommended browser to earn is Brave browser you can earn from them by watching ads unlike cryptotab that they use your CPU usage that can kill your PC or laptop.
6190  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Did any body use Profit Trailer trading bot on: October 24, 2019, 11:54:39 PM
Never heard this trading bot before but it seems an old trading bot there are many reviews about this and it seems they are offering a lifetime license.
Check this thread if you are looking to someone or reviews about this trading bot from here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2936467.0

Does it require a server or VPS to run?

According to the thread that I provided above you can run it in your PC or run it through VPS if your plan is to run it 24/7.

Much better read more reviews from their announcement thread from here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2274298.0 or here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3090439.0

There are many users who selling lifetime licenses here on the forum I don't think if they are safe much better if you are planning to buy their license go directly to their website to avoid scam.
6191  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Noob needs portfolio tracker recommendation! on: October 24, 2019, 11:25:01 PM
Weird crytowatch didn't mention here which is one of the well-known best tools for trading and tracking portfolio BTC or altcoin.
I just want to add it here if you are looking for all in one tool they also have APIs so this is I think what you are looking for.

You can also use this https://bitcoinwisdom.io/ free but they only support limited coins, unlike cryptowatch I just want to add it here so that you have other options which one that fits your needs.

AFAIK those software you mentioned only available on Windows

Malwarebytes can be installed in Linux based OS but you need to install both Wine and Visual Basic 6.0 Run-Time to make Malwarebytes works.

There are some guidelines on how to install this software in Linux to check this guide click the link below.

6193  Economy / Speculation / Re: Does UTXO have any indication as to price? on: October 24, 2019, 10:32:24 PM
I don't think if it indicates that there are many users holding BTC for me it is just showing that more people are using BTC and actively use by many people that is why we are seeing a large number of transactions increased this year. It only indicates that day by day new users come and use BTC but it doesn't mean that more people are holding BTC.

Also, the other reason why we see UTXOs increased this year it's because there are more shops online or locally that accepts Bitcoin as payment. More new people come to BTC more Bitcoins are spending but it doesn't mean unspent transaction indicates that people are holding I believe the UTXOs increased because the company or shops online generated new addresses day by day to receive BTC this is the reason that I think why we see this high "Number of Unspent Transaction Outputs" this year.
6194  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: 200+ antminers what's the most efficiente server setup? on: October 24, 2019, 09:54:41 PM
If you have miners with the same MAC address you need to manually set their IP from DHCP into Static so that it won't affect each other.
IP reporter software is only used to find the IPs of the miner if you don't know how to use it much better read this guide below.

- Where and how to use IP Reporter
6195  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum Seed Change on: October 22, 2019, 08:08:20 PM
Hi Potato Chips,
Thank you, I downloaded the setup file from your link and when I ran it it opened the original wallet, so I think the wallet is genuine.
I am now going through your beginners info, try to make new wallet and connect automatically .
Thanks again for advice
Cheers
John

How about the old one did you uninstall it before you install the new one?

If you still have the old Electrum without verifying it there is a possibility that the old Electrum might be fake and you can be still infected with fake Electrum.

To make sure if the old Electrum set up by someone who helped you is fake is to verify the old Electrum installer
Do you have the old Electrum installer? If ever you have it in your PC better verify it follow the guide from the guide below.

- How To Verify your Electrum Download

If ever it's a fake better uninstall the old one and scan the whole PC with AV for malicious software to avoid being access by someone else remotely.
6196  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: JSON-RPC step-by-step, help? on: October 21, 2019, 11:36:09 PM
There is a step by step tutorial on youtube that I think you can follow but it is Linux Based OS but you can follow the steps on how to do it.

Here's the videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cMM-t7azzJE&list=PLhWIQKZKupCawKJQBAEJc-Y4I30HQ6KBH

Also, check this for more guide on JSON-RPC from here https://bitcoin.org/en/developer-examples#testing-applications
6197  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Escrow Service on: October 21, 2019, 11:12:06 PM
I never heard about payfair.io I tried to access the website but the result "This site can’t be reached" it seems that the site is dead.

How about the escrow service here on the forum? Did you hear of them? you can add them to your list if you are looking for escrow service this one will be much safer than using escrow service outside of this forum when dealing with someone.

Check this list https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5047302

Fees are not a problem they only ask fewer fees around 1% to 2% which is small.
6198  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New Telegram Crypto Scammer Technique on: October 21, 2019, 07:35:18 PM
I think it's an exchange wallet address. Look at the activity of the transactions in the address. No way those low life scammers can get such amounts.

I don't know if it's actually an exchange wallet address but I tried to search about this address here on the forum and this is what I found.

Check this post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5188339.msg52583302#msg52583302
It seems a gambling site which is known as BetHash who uses this address and read the whole thread as you can see Boris007 scammed by BetHash he didn't receive the BTC as Bethash promise.

The transaction activity might be from his own gambling site. So the scammer owns a gambling site that is holding a large amount of ETH and Big amount of token.

I think it's better to report this on DT members to investigate or to tag him early before someone becomes a victim again.
6199  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to tell if a transaction is legit? on: October 20, 2019, 10:21:17 PM
So am I right to say that after miners mine a block, then they select a group of unconfirmed transactions from the pool and add it into the block?
As the above said miner's choose unconfirmed transactions from the pool to add in the block by default and after that, they will mine.
To understand better how does transaction works check these infographics below.

This one is more clear than the above.

Sources of the images got from Google images.
6200  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New Telegram Crypto Scammer Technique on: October 20, 2019, 09:40:07 PM
There are many of them on the telegram they usually targeting newbies and I have the same experienced but not on telegram. They are pretending as support or one of the team and they sometimes ask for sensitive information like password, private keys, seeds, etc... If you are just a newbie you can be another victim of this scheme.

I thought that you will end up sending ETH  Cheesy

This ETH address 0xC88F7666330b4b511358b7742dC2a3234710e7B1 have 850ETH and he is holding PAXOS standard with the amount of 31,341.512 PAX which is worth of 31328.88 USD

How this scammer has this big amount of token? it seems all sources are from scamming.
The ETH address is actively receiving and sending a few amounts of token and ETH daily.
