If you go to the register page and change the settings, will they overwrite your previous ones for that number? That would be good, if you find you're getting alerted more than ideal.
Yes, that's exactly what it does. You can change the frequency simply by going back to the registration page, once you've activated. I will add some documentation and more SMS commands. Thanks for the question! My re-registration at 10% change percent didn't seem to take. Just got a 6.2% alert.

It has come to my attention that Lot #11 was mispriced, and is actually being sold below cost.
The new price for Lot #11 is $33,000 (or bitcoin equivalent). The other prices are unchanged.
Snapshot, based on $87.99 current price:
Both lots ($70,000): 795 BTC Lot #5 alone ($45,000): 511 BTC Lot #11 alone ($33,000): 375 BTC

In other news, I tried to withdraw the coins that were released today, but the transaction doesn't seem to have gone through. It says the transaction has occurred on my account page, but it hasn't been broadcasted to the bitcoin network yet. Anyone else have trouble with this?
I withdrew, and got the blockchain.info/address/* beep for it within 5 minutes.

An empty sealed envelope, since you said miraculously? Registered and Insured mail - yes, they can send cash if they provide evidence of value: http://goo.gl/lPIm1Leave it up to USPS to reimburse their claims... Yeah, going forward, that seems like the best option. Turns out after he received the $400 worth of btc I sent, he remembered that the postal lady was "in a rush" and told me he went in, handed her the cash envelope and prepaid label, asked her to put it in an Express Mail envelope, and then left without making sure she actually put the cash envelope inside the Express Mail envelope. :\ What the heck? Express Mail, Priority envelopes and boxes are all in organizer slots at a station in front of the counter... he could have put it in and sealed it with the tear-off glue strip himself. The hardest part would have been taping the pre-paid label to the envelope, had you sent it to him via PDF like I just did with someone sending me silver last night (assuming they didn't have Avery label sheets or whatever).

Is liqpay still disabled for testing, or how can I deposit to my BTC-E account with it?

Maybe they'd like to vouch for you, if they are obviously not a sockpuppet of yours?

You will get suspended on suspect money laundering/MP terms violations everywhere. I closed my Serve account after they demanded my SSN and repeatedly refused to answer why they wanted it.

Don't see why anyone wants to do business with an exchange holding tens of thousands of bitcoinica user funds for months not willing to talk to the liquidators or return bitcoins/cash that isn't theirs!
