6181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Exchange Listing on: November 03, 2019, 06:10:32 PM
Exchanges are asking for ridiculous amounts for new altcoins listing.

https://bitcoinist.com/binance-listing-2-6-million-fee/

All other top exchanges are asking not less that 500k for listing. Scam exchanges like P2PB2B, coinsbit, youbit and others are asking for 100K. I understand that they are trying to avoid scam projects, but not all projects are scam.

That is insane, because there is no way for a new altcoins developers to afford such amounts for listing.

Can someone recommend me a good exchange with acceptable listing fees? Thanks in advance.

Checking if they are listing a scan projects doesn't need to involve a huge sum of money, they can have people who can screen every project, even if the project is that good but without funding, it will not see the light, they are actually killing good projects, no wonder there are so many exchanges, and big companies want to set up one because there is a huge money to be made here than doing ICO
6182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: 1 address wallet on: November 03, 2019, 05:06:31 PM
what I understand, OP is trying to ask about a wallet which provide only one Address to receive multiple transactions. he does not mean more then one Coin (altcoins) but he means more then one transactions. it's a common practice of wallets to change wallet address after every transactions. I think this is where Op is being confused.

to the op. most wallets change your default address after you receive a transaction. but that old address usually still linked with your wallet and you can still use the old address to receive bitcoins.
It doesn't say multiple transactions he asks multiple Crypto
Quote
Does anyone know of a wallet that uses just 1 address to receive multiple crypto?
If he means wallet we have a lot of that, but one address I don't think there is something created like that that will work in all Cryptocurrency, I'm also curious, is this possible, because most coins have different algo and chain, that's an interesting question though.
6183  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Canelo vs Kovalev WBO Light Heavyweight Championship on: November 03, 2019, 04:25:43 PM
^^ Exactly, I don't know what the hell Duno is doing on the first round. I would understand that he swing and move left and right, but it became predictable that Ryan Garcia was also to time his movement and hit that massive shot.

Not taking away from Ryan Garcia, but I'm still not sold though, he was just throwing straight left and right here. For Duno, damn, he was calling for Garcia for a long time and this is what he gonna show us?

I also notice that it looks like an easy win for Garcia, Duno is going forward and trying to connect the straight right, and in the interview, Ryan told that he was hit and he felt good and he knew he had the fight, it means he can take his punch, Duno lacks a lot of things in this fight, he has no good lateral movements all he does is to move forward and create a pressure, I wonder where will Duno go after this.
6184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to earn free altcoin ?? on: November 03, 2019, 02:53:20 PM
I have been in the crypto world since a long time but i have not been able to make my portfolio and never earned anything...i dont have much cash that i can buy many different coins....i have only 0.01 btc right now Embarrassed
Please tell me ways if there are any to earn some different types of altcoins to slowly build up my portfolio with some valuable coins...

Do you have something to offer or a skill that you can offer to the community in exchanges for Bitcoin or other altcoins, if not, you have no choice but to do bounty and airdrop, you can join Cryptotalk and you can earn 30000 sats daily for 30 posts, that's not bad if you just want to add more satoshis to your portfolio, and your other choice is to work offline so you can buy coins that you want to HODL.
6185  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Forget Bitcoin Halving! on: November 03, 2019, 01:52:29 PM
I still go for Bitcoin halving although what you've posted can help the price to surge, we have a history to preserve here and that is price increase every time there's a Bitcoin halving, every good news that's coming can be considered part of the push that will take Bitcoin price to another all-time high, I hope many more good news like this coming, before we the actual day of Bitcoin halving, only those unbeliever will put their money out of the market at the current situation.
6186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Canelo vs Kovalev WBO Light Heavyweight Championship on: November 03, 2019, 01:17:32 PM
Sad to see Kovalev being KO here. I think it was the same right straight that took Amir Khan as well. I'm impressed with Canelo as he was able to carry his power all the way to this division. He really feels comfortable, time for Andre Ward to come out of his retirement and face Canelo here.

And so the hype around Garcia continues, but it's going to be interesting as to how Oscar will set up his next opponent, because there seems to be a rift between the two and it's for real, in my opinion.

Canelo got him I believe before the round 10 it's only a matter of time, there'really much sting to the power of Kovalev with the way he fought we have a good fight if Andre Ward decided to make a come back, but I don't want him back without a tune fight.
And on Garcia Dela Hoya rift I think it's already settled, Ryan sign up another extension of the contract so it's means everything fine now with both of them.
6187  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What scares you the most? on: November 02, 2019, 06:29:09 PM
This fun picture got me thinking. https://imgur.com/2GwIL5Y

What are your biggest fear in crypto?
As for me, it's losing my private keys by accident. I know that the risk is minimal, but the thought of it makes me anxious from time to time. Also, I'm afraid that BTC dumps during the transaction.

Waking up one morning and knowing that the whole cryptocurrency market went down to nothing?
Or maybe finding out that all your crypto (or your private keys) was stolen or lost somehow?

By the way, Happy Halloween!
Every one of us here are afraid of losing their private keys, especially if all your precious coins are on that private key, the market can crash down and go up but when you lose your private key you lose everything, so it's important that to not put all your coins in one wallet break it down, to at least 5 wallets and hid each one of them separated from each one, it's like not putting all your eggs in one basket.
6188  Other / Off-topic / Re: Looking for forum posting ? on: November 02, 2019, 04:48:19 PM
Seriously guys?  Roll Eyes  Obviously he's offering to boost your "own" forum not a certain announcement thread within the forum.
Then he should put up an announcement to the forums he thinks need boosting. Does Bitcointalk look like a forum that needs boosting with fake conversations from farmed accounts?
common man. what's wrong with you all? he's not offering Bitcointalk owenrs to post in their forum and boost it. it's a general forum posting service which is common in freelancing specially in fiverr. he's just trying to promote his gig here. this is not a offer for bitcointalk owner. it's a service for everyone who own a forum and want posts in his forum.

don't know what these so called "high ranked" morons think . maybe they think they are the only genius here.

Checking on his feedback on Fiverr I think he is good there are many positive feedback probably from admin of forums but since he posted it here I think he knows about Cryptocurrency, 50 posts on a forum is a good bargain, but it's better that they spread the posts in 3 to 5 days, this is good for those who own a forum and needs activity on it.
6189  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin isn't just an investment, it is the future on: November 02, 2019, 03:51:22 PM
From my last post about Bitcoin investment,  following the valuable contributions of members of the forum,  I learnt that Bitcoin investment is not just something that blossoms in a few days,  rather it takes patience.

That gave rise to my new topic.
Bitcoin isn't just an investment, but it is the future...

Let's all share our thoughts about this, in order to encourage ourselves and build a stronger community of users.

Many people are coming here because of the attraction in the profit, that they are going to get from hodling Bitcoin but after they got in they should realize and study the technology behind Bitcoin and what it will contribute to humanity now and in the future, it's ok to invite people and use the word profit, but he should educate them how this technology works, people cannot go on holding and using Bitcoin because of the profit only they have an obligation to use it as payment because it is created to be that way.
6190  Economy / Reputation / Re: This is a Challenge on: November 02, 2019, 02:19:29 PM
You don't have to post something like this, it backfired and you are exposed, if you want to challenge yourself then go for it, you don't have to aim to be legendary, just aim to be a good contributor of this forum and it will take care of everything.
Honestly, I'm a hero but I have seen member rank with a good contribution here in this forum and they are better poster than a hero like me.
6191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto advice needed on: November 02, 2019, 01:09:38 PM
Hi cryptonias I have a friend who is very worried about his portfolio because since 2017 he haven't been able to make huge profit out of crypto cos he has no money to invest and i told him to joined airdrop and bounties ,his worries now is all his coins and tokens are not popular ones  this is his list
1)Apollo currency
2)electroneum
3)senno
4)slate currency
5)avinoc
6)snapparrazi
Etc all this are make from airdrops and bounties and the highest ones are around 50$ presently the rest are 30$ down ,what kinda advice should I pass onto him?

Some of them are shitcoins judging how they ranked in Coinmarketcap, some of them are not yet in Coinmarketcap,  you are not the only one with similar experiences I think all of us here, the best advice you could give him is to give him the real picture of what's happening in Cryptocurrency bounty campaign and let him decide for himself if he wants to continue or not, be honest with him, anyway he will find out how bad doing bounty now.
6192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Swirge.com - The best alternative to Steemit? on: November 02, 2019, 12:45:39 PM
I was just going through the ANN Threads and found this ANN on Swirge Project:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5187495.0
Haven't done much research on it. But it looks like the team are adopting the same format as Steemit.com. And the rewards in posting on steemit right now is very down as steem price is down too. So is Swirge.com a new upcoming better alternative? Or just another crappy project  Cheesy
The new crypto Facebook?

It's too early to tell they've just launched their platform, there's still a lot of work to do here, the interface is very simple you will still like Facebook the only perks that you are going o post here is the rewards, that they are giving, I like Steemit when they are just starting out like, let's see what they are going to bring in the table, we don't have a social media for Cryptocurrency, I think it's time to have one now, now that the community is growing.
6193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Getting scammed on: November 02, 2019, 11:42:40 AM
Nobody cheated on you. Personally, I received coins on the exchange wallet, sold them and withdrawn them.

The bounty chat shows that those people who did everything right and made no mistakes in filling out the forms went through the identification procedure on the coin exchange received their money.
No need to blame others for your mistakes.

It took a lot of time to fill out the form and go through the identification procedure. You are not the only ones who made a mistake in filling out the forms and now blames the project for scam.

HE did not come back here to sustain his post, bounty participants should always make sure that they follow all the rules laid by bounty managers, they have the right to reject participants or those who do not follow their instructions and rules, this is one of the risk bounty hunters
must face, when you joined the bounty campaign, always check the spreadsheet if you are still there, and also check if someone is using your submission to cheat the bounty.
6194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Deontay Wilder Vs. Luis Ortiz II on: November 02, 2019, 11:12:23 AM
This is some great news... and very low odds for Deontey Wilder win.
Maybe Wilder win by KO would be best bet here.
I just can't see Ortiz finishing this fight on his feets

Wilder is such a great fighter, but I'm pretty sure he will not take Ortiz, for granted, he has felt his power he was almost knock out if there is a minute of that round where Wilder is in trouble, Ortiz could have finished the fight, I predict the fight will end in a knock out or stoppage because both fighters are capable of knocking out their opponents, I'll still go for Wilder.
6195  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: We are finally going to $22k on: November 01, 2019, 04:12:33 PM
Searching across the web. A very interesting Chart has come to my notice. I don't know who has analyzed but it says a lot about the story of bitcoin so far in a very large time frame.

The thing is on one side it is hard to digest this as we have seen a long bear phase and a lot of fake ICOs shit which has almost lifted the trust of people from this cryptocurrency market as whole. However, this analysis couldn't completely be neglected because we all know 0.5 retracements hold a pretty sacred place in every Technical Analysis. Maybe the waves don't count up it can be a correction downwards. But the whole trend line is still.

Disclaimer: This chart is shrinked a little bit to prove the point if you go to trading view you won't find a chart exactly like this one but the highs and lows are all correct. Better see a logarithmic chart for better similarity.
That's very interesting we have all the indicators that we are heading towards another all-time high, halving, China coin, Facebook coin Bakkts nothing could go wrong now and it's only a matter of time, I'm very bullish on this, we've had two years of struggling I hope 2020 is a duplication of what we've achieved in 2017, I've got all the coins that I believe will have their own all-time high too, I hope I can add more.
6196  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If you have to sell bitcoin to an alt, so... on: November 01, 2019, 03:19:00 PM
Describing a shitcoin varies from person to person. An alt that made you good money doesn't mean that it's a promising one. So please be honest, and if you ever have to sell your btc, what would you buy with them?

My first vote to Monero, for privacy reasons. Fuk ZEC and its "optional privacy" which is NOT a privacy actually. DASH? Lol, no privacy. Another bitcoin clone methinks.
Second one is Ethereum, there is no serious competitor in smart contract area.

I cannot find third one. Maybe NANO.

I've been doing this in 2017 because there are a lot of good coins to buy in their ICO stage in that year, I trade my Bitcoin for these coins that's become a shitcoin, so I don't think I'm going to do it now in a new coin, but I have to sell my Bitcoin for altcoins, it should be on a more stable coins in the market, like EOS, Tron, and Ethereum, these are stable coins and will always stay on top in the market, because of their contribution in the industry.
6197  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to avoid BTC related scam/fraud when selling thru PayPal on: November 01, 2019, 02:25:19 PM
Thanks for the reply. I'm a newbie on Paxful and localbitcoins, and nobody is trading with me
because I don't have any feedback. Only got few transactions and most of them were from
scammers, which were using other people's PayPal accounts.

Paypal and Cryptocurrency don't go well, I will never transact from other party using Paypal, only if it is very trusted Paypal people are banning people who uses their system to transact Cryptocurrency, they are against it, and of course, you are not safe from chargeback, they can always file a dispute within 60 to 180 days after the transaction, so it is not recommended to use Paypal.
6198  Economy / Economics / Re: US Congressman: Facebook Should Adopt Bitcoin, Drop Libra Project on: November 01, 2019, 01:55:13 PM
If that congressman thinks that they will take his advice, he is dreaming I'd like to think that this congressman is keeping Bitcoin because he is very bullish on it, that's not going to happen, if any guy can create their own Cryptocurrency Facebook deserves to create their own chain, they can create a better chain, and of course Facebook wants full control and own system of distribution, they do not want to be a part of the system, they are the creator of the system.
6199  Economy / Economics / Re: JUST IN: Chinese Central Bank to Launch Digital Currency Called "DCEP" on: November 01, 2019, 12:28:26 PM
This is good for the whole ecosystem, so if they are going to launch their own coin and there is news that it's going to be an alternative to yuan, they are going to introduce this to all their citizens, that's over a billion of people that they are going to introduce to how Cryptocurrency works, if one Chinese do not know about Cryptocurrency and he is introduced here, it's likely that he is also going to look for other coins and get introduced to Bitcoin.
6200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China Creates Currency to Cancel-out Cryptocurrency on: November 01, 2019, 11:18:33 AM
China Creates Currency to Cancel-out Cryptocurrency
The Chinese government is on a mission to keep people dependent on government-controlled currency.
China’s government has now devised a cockamamie scheme where they will use their central bank and commercial banks to distribute a newly created digital fiat currency
in an attempt to trick citizens into believing that they have cryptocurrency all in hopes that the people will use the digital fiat instead of real cryptocurrency and stay government currency dependent.
The fiat digital currency will be totally centralized and the plan is to replace the current currency, the yuan,
with the new digital currency which right now is being referred to as Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC). The digital currency will be issued to commercial banks via the central bank, and the commercial banks will, in turn, be able to distribute it to the people.

So it's going to be totally centralized, so we can say that it will only work on China, but I'm thinking since this is Cryptocurrency, it could become borderless because there are a lot of Chinese around the world, how do they going to structure it, will it become available in exchanges outside of China, fiat and Cryptocurrency are totally different, if China becomes successful in implementing this, we may see a lot of countries following their lead or example.
