как действовать?
- верификацию пройти не удается, после загрузки формы и документа пишет что все отлично и заявка подана и будет рассмотрена и что ее статус можно отслеживать у себя в профайле, но перезагружая страницу и заходя в раздел авторизации я снова вижу форму для заполнения, и ни каких упоминаний о статусе или поданной заявке, повторял 2 раза так как только 1 раз в 3 дня можно операцию проводить, саппорт снова молчит, как добиться результата?
Точно такая же ситуация . Раз 20 пыталась пройти верификацию - и по заграну, и по вод. удостоверению. По разному - и фото с камеры(не проходит качество), и загруженные файлы с компа - не верифицируется, даже статус верификации/причины отказа не вижу где смотреть (в профиле снова открывается форма заполнения данных) Прихожу к выводу, что надо оттуда все выводить |
