Hi, I see a lot of members waiting for like 7 days and they didn't getting any profit.. After 14 days the price is dropping.. They screaming on bitcointalk and Twitter.. (some of them ) My answer.. Just wait! - Developers can't work 24 hours a day - don't check the twitter or ANN every hour  - a project in blockchain isn't a job for a week.. Be patient.. If you wait a year or a couple of months you get much more profit. Yes, it is considered a long-term investment. Although it is very time consuming and expensive to invest in altcoin, it will bring a lot of profit as we harvest it. What do you do when a coin you're holding suddenly jumps up by like 30% or whatever? do you try to sell at the peak of that spike and buy them back once it's gone back down again? or do you just keep on hodling?
I will sell all my coins as it grows to 30%. I will not continue to hold as other investors because this is a difficult market. We can not evaluate the value of any altcoin. So holding would be a bad option. And I will not buy back the altcoin I bought because there are so many other potential altcoins waiting for me. |

I discovered bitcoin when it was about $5 per coin and during that time for several reasons I could not buy it. I discovered eth and xmr when they were around $10 per coin and I could not find a good place to buy them. I discovered netko when it was about $0.05 and I could not get the wallet compiled. I probably had around 40 bitcoins and cashed them all out under $800 and I could name more.

I here and see that a lot of people are selling their altcoins for this reason or for that reason. In some cases I here that people are even spending their altcoins to buy Bitcoin. While I don't have many posts. I got involved in Bitcoin in 2013 and joined this forum in 2014. While I do not consider myself wealthy from Bitcoin yet. I do have an idea of how I would like to direct some of this new found wealth. I think most of the people who got involved early got involved for the right reasons. IE: To change the world and move humanity out of the control of the bankers. I am concerned that the new people coming may only be in to make money. I hope I am wrong, I really want this technology to be a force of good in the world and deliver economic freedom to the masses and the unbanked. My hope is everyone who was early, has some idea in mind that will help others. Maybe help your family, or a charity that you think isn't wasting money, or building a community swimming pool etc. If you have a lot of money think big and how you can change the world for the better. This is our chance!
