I count 110 Block Erupters. The absolute cheapest price I've ever seen them is 0.24BTC, which is 26BTC, and that doesn't even cover the cost of those crazy expensive USB hubs, which I would guess add on another 3-4BTC. I'm sorry, but you can buy a used 60GH/s Single for that price, and it will use prolly right around the same power consumption. Tell me where to buy a 60gh/s machine that is in stock and i will do it  I dont like paying for stuff that does not even exist yest. The never ending Butterflylabs story, nah i think i will pass. I will invest in a mini rig later on when i can buy them in stock. I said you could buy a used one. I know all too well of BFLs delay issues, but you can buy a 60GH/s Single from people right here on the forums for the same price as your 110 BEs. And you can have all the blinkey green lights you want, as long as I'm hashing twice as fast as you. Yeah no. Using a used Single makes it even worse. It's used. The inside electronics have been downgraded because if intensive use. It will break more quickly. It's like hiring a hooker. If you are the first ever, it's great. But it gets worse after every costumer she had. i dont think you understand how microchips work....or how sex works.....lol |

Does it operate with CGminer and P2Pool, or same embedded software as in "old" Blade?
This is a question I would like answered too. Hopefully someone knowledgeable see's it through the other stuff.  If you want cgminer support, don't buy them. That would be a mistake buying them. It seems AM likes the idea that people shouldn't be able to use the best mining software out there when they ship their devices. I guess they think that supplying us with hardware in advance will be a drastic effect on the massive profits they make. Simply - don't buy them. im with you kano. +1 |

Based on how this has rolled out and wound down now, I'm assuming it was a confidence scam designed to fool a 3rd party into releasing a large sum of money into Adbi's hands. Who can say whether it was successful or not, but it's pretty clear there never was and will not be a miner from Xcrowd.
No doubt this forum played a part in making the company appear legitimate and to have mainstream interest in buying, and all it took was the magic word 'escrow' for many of you to throw caution to the wind and place orders.
