~snip Croatia needs to do a lot better if they want to get a point from this match. Im expecting a whole new other match and Croatia to put a lot more presure on Turkey
not sure that Croatia will put too much pressure, yeah try to win, but both teams almost secured qualification from this group possibilities for Wales and Armenia to catch top2 position are really distant and only mathematical but, I am watching Spain, Scotland is still locked on goalless draw, and Spain needs this win to have easier match in Norway, although Norway to surpass them also looks to distant

I'm just looking at some stats, what a pick Jensen was at the start of the season. He's still selected by only 2% of players. He was lucky with his goals, ok, but a return of 46 points from a 5mil player is incredible.
I have him from the start, picked over Mbeumo, and he provided in last four rounds, which is great since he was on my bench before that, and lately he is in due to injuries seems that most players playing on news/twitter/academy guides and picking only recommended players Jensen is within top10 midfielders points/million, and his price is declining, not being recommended anywhere

~snip I also just watched a highlight video of the Red star game from Thursday, their new arena is really nice and the atmosphere was super crazy.
If a NBA team would have to play with this kind of a crowd they would crumble, hahaha.
I will correct you a bit - it's not their new arena, they used to play some big games in Stark Arena in past, but this season they will play all Euroleague games there and they're sharing this arena with Partizan. Great move because atmosphere here is insane. I really would like to see NBA team playing against them there . yeah, same Arena in Belgrade, where both Zvezda and Partizan play their matches will be interesting to see who will have more fans on all matches in the end, it is an informal competition here, and making great atmosphere is also part of the game we are visiting Asvel this round, and Zvezda is going to Zalgiris, interesting odds on both away wins, but it will tough to see that edit: no new posts, so I will just edit this one Partizan had an easy win over Asvel (seems that Asvel will eventually hit the Euroleague bottom, judging by start), and Zalgiris overturned Zvezda in last quarter, almost the same as Virtus in first round

^^^ it looks to harsh and fast to give him pedal after less than 10 rounds this season he took a European trophy last season after all, there is not many teams that can claim Europa league as their home venue, no matter form
can't say why, but I do think that La Liga is pretty much weaker this season, Barca and Real high above, Atletico will try to fight, all others being far away, although Girona shows some spirit, but it could be seen against Real what class difference there is Valencia started solid, but it looks that we will have another grim season
going to international break

-snip Wow, that's really early, especially for Augsburg, where 5 earned points so far are not that bad. Maybe the loss at home against Darmstadt, a direct competitor for relegation, must have been very devastating for Augsburg internally.
TBH, didn't expect that from Augsburg, and with 10 tries, I would probably not put Augsburg for this question, so nothing to be sorry about Mainz holding steady, and Koeln too, with much worse situation on the table Darmstadt lose is certainly a bad one to have, and being at home even worse, due to Augsburg taking most points at home, but they were pretty fast to decide to sack manager let's see will that bring them better times

-snip The idea behind penalty points is to filter all the people that aren't engaged or taking this competition seriously enough to lower leagues and allow true sport fanatics to be in first 2 divisions.
agree here, penalties should be there (as you put them) and one can see that both relegated teams from Div1 (nothing personal against them, contrary, just stating facts) had penalty points this season so one can see that penalty rules are doing what you have said in your intent to enforce them

Has there ever been a season where Ajax was so bad and didn't win 5 games in a row in the Eredivisie and is now even at the relegation place?
not sure, but can't remember Ajax being so bad recently they are just bad, AZ and Feyenoord easy wins on their pitch are almost hard to call derbies, Ajax looked as relegation fighting team trying to save bare life against them, and playing at home turf all being said, Stein is still in position, with 2 wins from 10 matches played, probably worst debut in Ajax history

I think Spain will win. Scotland's skill level is pretty high. But the Red Fury are higher in class.
agree here Scotland had a great start in qualifications, and already secured their spot on main competition, IMO Spain has a pressure to win this, especially after losing first match in Scotland, and they should be able to do that nevertheless, it should be a low scoring encounter, and that is maybe better option than ML on Spain

~snip For March's, no surprises. After rise to stardom, he didn't feature in some games.
not sure what the reason for March is, probably upcoming schedule can't say that he thoroughly underdelivered, being on bench two games, due to injury, but had assist in last game, and 7 points, not that bad for 6,3M asset there is a lot of players that delivered less, and price is rising, or remain steady but it is FPL after all, no need to be logical

and I really hope we'd get to see quite a number of NBA questions quite often too, because the NBA regular season is just around the corner and the pre-season has already started which has been very exciting to watch judging by the games I've seen so far.
and Euroleague too, it already started, and becomes really interesting with all new additions from NBA, hope to see some questions from time to time -snip Do you think Premier League clubs get notifications to make sure they will not forget to appear on game? in Premier league no, but League One or Two are probably having some system for that kidding, agree that reminders are not necessary if you have same deadline for 2 seasons, it is over 30 rounds with cup, one should make a habit and now I will probably miss first round deadline

quite amusing, all over Twitter and they also listed him as goalkeeper in their squad but he did great job against Genoa, kept important win for Milan, and put them on the top, so congrats to goalkeeping skills on the other hand, Napoli seems exhausted, and not able to keep up with the pressure, so there is no chance to defend title this season, Fiorentina looks really good, btw

congrats to cup winner bullrun2020bro, he does seem as a great addition to gambling community, having win in the cup and promoted to Div2 probably we will see him in Div1 pretty soon
congrats to LTU as well, friendly win does announce good season
now to have a rest week and be ready for next season

-snip If this happens, Kane's transition will look as comical as possible agree, especially if, by some miracle, Leverkusen make this season big, and take title from Bayern, it will be an event to make meme history out of it back to topic, Arsenal winning over City does look as worst outcome for Liverpool, but in the long run it is more likely to see City entering endless winning strike, than Arsenal to hold on top spot, so this looks as better for City to lose all points

~snip Ajax - AZ, that moment when Ajax is so bad that even playing at home they're not favorites. Difficult to predict something here, so, I got with BTTS @2.40.
AZ left Ajax in relegation zone at least your bet passed Ajax has three loses in a row, and it really does seem their crisis is big, and international break is on right time for them to consolidate all other favorites took easy wins, it was just PSV that needed more than half-time to broke their opponent, but scored most goals in the end

-snip It was the day of draws until Arsenal stepped up on landed a big KO on Man City to win 1-0. Very early on but Man City look weaker than last season. They’ve lost back to back PL games for the first time in 5 yesrs.
On we go to the international break.
big win for Arsenal it will make championship more interesting and put them into position to fight for it if they continue this way Liverpool lost important points against Brighton, they should have win this, but now to matches without a win Aston Villa should never be trusted, always against the odds

|
|
this round is basically few bad decision from my side, most being not putting Pickford on goal, leaving Pope there but that was a hedge for Everton home win after four loses in a row
Son instead of Haaland proved to be almost the same Saka being on bench not being very tough on me, since all others played at least some minutes
now to international break congrats to Arsenal, winning this one and make it interesting
|
|
|
they have three games to play, one this round, and their position will eventually change, but Ajax will spend this evening in relegation zone
that is probably least expected ever to see from their fans, and things have to change and change quickly
AZ game tomorrow is all but easy, and odds @2.35 for Ajax home win is something that wasn't seen even in derbies against PSV and Feyenoord interesting season
