I love price watching too, but I'd like to keep us focused on development as well.

Alright everybody, James is making real progress and will continue to do so on the technical advancement of BTCD.
I would like to ask the communities support in ramping up marketing activities.
We need people to help spread the word. Get on social media, re-tweet our messages. Let crypto oriented news outlets know about our progress.
Some basic things that we should be doing:
-contact more media outlets (If you have any special connections to any media outlets, please put in a word)
-create a more professional looking website (IceColdTommy has said he will develop the website)
-find someone that can do HTML5 and is willing to start building an html wallet
-come up with a unique name for our "wallet", which will be able to do trades, bets, privatesends, asset exchanges
-improve the logo
Whatever else you guys can think of!
I will start work on website tomorrow morning, I will start with template and as soon as I finish it willvpost it for community opinion |

I did bud, only need to check my previous posts, an online wallet has been in the works a while but taking longer due to being js based! And now i am a lot confused with this, another online wallet, you should have said it dev, i wasted 12 hours last night on that sh.t!!!
EDIT: A online wallet is being worked on, taking longer than I expected but as mentioned before is because it's being coded in js, and there isn't another PoS coin to fork from. But if you want to work on one then I can give a bounty for it. Always good to have more than one option.
I can do some work on an online wallet, do you know any coin that has one so i can see example?

How about: Personal Bank (BTCD PB) Wealth Manger (BTCD WM) I already have vault for my current project, but would say a good name would be BTCD VM as in BitcoinDark Virtual Manager as like James said it will be more than an online wallet |

Can anybody clue me in as to why the Mac QT won't establish a connection to the network? This needs to be fixed or there will be a lot of users turned away. I would like to start acquiring some, but without a working QT I won't.
Honestly... idk how the Max version works but wherever the conf file goes... you should put in the addnodes. On my end... I never had to enter an addnode... from day one it just synced up without any... so I would suggest seeing if something is blocking the connection on the specific port or if UPNP is disabled in your router or the WiFi connection you use. I have never had a problem with QTs not establishing a connection which leads me to believe that it is specific to BitcoinDark's wallet. If there is someone who is willing to post the addnodes and where they need to go, it would be much appreciated. You have never added nodes to any qt you have used so far? Correct, they have always established and maintained connections to the extent that they were at least useable. than you must be so so lucky man |

Yes, I think we can put the HTML wallet right on the website. The HTML does local signing, so if we had the webpage version connect to a public server, people could actually do some stuff without even downloading anything Fancy sites are OK, but why not make it an active site. A functional site where people can check acct balances, maybe even do some trading. Not sure of all the possibilities yet We need HTML5 guy Do you mean like online wallet? If you can call something that does trades, bets, privateSends, etc. a wallet, then yes, but we probably need a much better name than "wallet" Hopefully some marketing types will chime in with the killer name That kind of web app will need time to be fully developed but it can be done The NXT web wallet already does 90%+ of what we need, so more enhancing it than anything else That will be no problem, from what i saw its php based, damn i should have seen it sooner, nice features to copy |

Still no solid idea my mind is somewhere else, i do like the blackcoin site, but as this is unique coin with unique features we need unique web presentation, i am pritty confident in my skills so if anyone have some idea or suggestion please let me know i am always open for briliant ideas |
