621  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [WARNING] Scammers use Patreon to send SPAM emails on: January 23, 2024, 07:23:49 AM
That means that your email has been known to scammers as it is used to get to use to fall victim of a phishing attack. It is good to use your email not to subscribe on any site anyhow you want, the untrusted sites that you gave that email has been the reason for this. My emails something like this happened to in the past, I just do not use it again. The airdrops of what you did not subscribe for is definitely a way to know that you are dealing with scammers.
622  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: While placing bet what comes your mind on: January 22, 2024, 12:31:17 PM
And it's true, when we expect too much or have too high hopes for gambling. Because this can lead to disappointment and greater financial risks, which we may regret later. So it would be better if we viewed gambling only as a form of entertainment, not as a way to gain wealth. Becau
I will agree to this because most newbies gamblers prefer to see gambling as a way of making money, it is the losses they saw that makes them to later change but some will continue and that will make them to become an addicted gambler that is wasting money on something that is not giving them benefits no more. Gambling should be seen as an entertainment and it should not go beyond that, gambling is not a means of making money.  When I start to gamble, this affected me as I want to use it to make money. I lost so much until I stop this bad mentality of gambling can make me rich.
623  Other / Meta / Re: Use of AI on Bitcoin talk on: January 22, 2024, 11:45:57 AM
Now my confusion is Although the forum says not to use AI content does that mean that paraphrasing or punctuating with AI is allowed?
Using AI to correct your English? That is not plagiarism and that not the wrong use of AI on this forum. You can use AI to make your English better and well structured and that is not against the rules of this forum because all the writings are from you and not from elsewhere.
624  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: HD wallet security on: January 22, 2024, 09:37:55 AM
This is not really true. The private keys may have the same bit-lengths, but the bit entropy from 24-word seed phrases is 2^12 larger than 12-word phrases (because 2^24 for 24 words / 2^12 for 12 words = 2^12 extra strength) which makes it harder to brute-force the master private key.
I am right because this is about bitcoin. It is not true if you are not talking about bitcoin. If it is bitcoin, it is entirely true. Anything that can compromise 128 bit of security makes 24 word seed phrase useless because if the seed phrase can not be compromised, the private key can be compromised and that makes the 24 words security useless.
625  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: HD wallet security on: January 22, 2024, 09:08:49 AM
12 words and 24 words seed phrase have the same bits of security. That makes 24 words not to have security than 12 words. 12 words seed phrase is highly secure enough.

HD wallet was created not becuase of security, it is because it will be able to generate more keys and addresses and give more convenience than non-HD wallets.

The security depends on the person that is using the wallet.
626  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Trouble withdrawing from Kucoin? on: January 21, 2024, 04:37:59 PM
Can you backtrack a bit and tell us how you got this amount on Kucoin in the first place? Did you store it there a while ago or did you get an email or something about mysteriously having a balance on the exchange and requesting you to make the payments?
It will probably start from telling him to deposit an amount to claim huge amount. He may deposit and want to withdraw all the money but they will tell him to pay tax first so that they can scam him more.

are you sure you're using the right/official Kucoin exchange?
can you post here your messages (screenshot) and url that you have used?
He is using the wrong Kucoin. It is easy to know that.

No need to post any message because it is the wrong Kucoin. What we need is just the link and you will see how fake the site is. But also the link is not needed because it is a fake Kucoin, but just as prove.
627  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Trouble withdrawing from Kucoin? on: January 21, 2024, 04:30:42 PM
That is not Kucoin, it is a scam. Let us know the link.

This is the correct Kucoin website: https://www.kucoin.com/

Any money that you pay into the address they gave you or that you see on the exchange can not be gotten back. Do not send them money because the more you send the more you are have been scammed.
628  Economy / Services / Re: I do have winning casino crypto formula with 200% profit per month, any interest? on: January 21, 2024, 03:49:03 PM
WinningJoy is not taking it easy to read the rules of this forum before posting but eager to come up with posts that have no other means than to scam people.

WinningJoy you should know that you are not allowed to give multiple posts in a way that people have not posted. This is wrong. Quote everyone in a single post instead of several posts in a roll.

You are also here to just scam. If you can make money through gambling, no need to ask people to pay you anything, use it to make money. But let me let you know, that this is not a new scam.
629  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is signature payment for free on: January 21, 2024, 12:08:09 PM
When I woke today I was flabbergasted concerning signature payment when I viewed participate payment payroll but I was like how did the campaign managers get the funds they pay participants of their various campaigns
The signatures are advertisements. The company that is advertising through signature are the ones paying.

secondly how does what we write in the forum convert to money
Just as people advertise for a company and get paid as they bring more customers

Again can we be ask to return any funds that is being paid to us in future time, most of you who has being here for long-term have you be questioned in one way to the other for refund of payments from the designated signatures campaign you find yourself into.
Money paid already can not be returned.
630  Economy / Lending / Re: $2000 USDT Loan for a long term. on: January 20, 2024, 05:21:41 PM
This is the reason I am going to provide 10% more Bitcoin as collateral. But, I may appreciate the person for helping but I don't want to specify anything. If I specify anything, that is Interest.
What I think is that the duration for the loan for a period of 6 months is too long as it is a loan of no profit. Secondly is that the 10% that you said you provided has no use or importance as the loaner will pay you back the bitcoin after you pay back the USDT. If it is just two weeks to a month, possibly that you may see someone that would help, but for a period of six month without interest, it is like you are self-centered about this. Also I doubt that someone will give out loan which is risky and still not want interest on it.
631  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My Knowledge On Bitcoin on: January 19, 2024, 08:57:02 PM
4.Bitcoin is not accepted in most countries.
There are 195 countries in the world, but bitcoin is not accepted in less than 15 countries in the world. That means most countries do not place ban on bitcoin but just few countries. The more years goes by, the more countries accept bitcoin. That means it is very possible that more countries among the less than 15 countries will still later accept bitcoin and make it not illegal again in their country.

In countries like China, bitcoin is not accepted as a currency, but it is accepted as digital property. In the countries that do make bitcoin not legal, some of their citizens are still trading it in one way or the other.

Having bitcoin is not a crime.

633  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Higher and lower risks in gambling is the gamblers choice. on: January 19, 2024, 09:15:42 AM
High risk will be got a high return and vice versa. Not only in gambling, but also in every aspect of life and investment.
Gambling is not an investment, it is something that is very risky and something that should only be done with small amount of money that you can afford to lose. People are also getting it wrong that high stake means high return in gambling if not also referring to high losses and verse versa. The ways gambling is, the house or the bookies favours themselves more than the people that are gambling, which means that high stake means high losses than the probability of having high profit. In gambling, low stake is better because it will not affect someone if compared with high stake if lost.
634  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Draw betting strategy on: January 19, 2024, 09:07:07 AM
This strategy may work sometimes, but it cannot work all the time, this is something that gamblers must understand, a prediction could tick all the boxes in your head, but when the teams go out to play, you find out how wrong you were. I don't go too deep into strategies like this and i usually pick the odds for a draw when two big teams who are fighting for something face each other, i.e. when they are both in the title race. I also go for a draw when two teams at the bottom of the table face each other, i.e. teams battling for survival from relegation.
You are not wrong that this type of game is not easy to predict as draw. I do not take this type of game at all. I go for better ones like win. What most people do not know is that the odds are not easy, and they can just likely to be losing more than winning. I lost so much in fall ball betting like this, which makes me start to prefer live matches. Live matches is also risky, but better than betting before a match started. Draw, win or draw, draw no bet, all I do not choose. I have chosen draw no bet and win or draw before several times, but they are not good as they seem at all. Taking draw has the highest odds among the three, but also not good at all.
635  Economy / Lending / Re: Quick help before this gets messy. 10% on: January 19, 2024, 07:01:06 AM
Or why can't you apply under a loaner threads like Lending Service Started! (USDT/BUSD/BTC/LTC/ETH/DOGE/ETC)!

No one would grant a BTC loan in USD because of the market volatility. If you are looking for a BTC loan, you have to specify the BTC amount. For example, you said you need 0.0036 BTC. Now, should pay around 0.0038 to 0.004 instead of saying in USD. I hope that make sense.
It depends on the agreement. Let us see if someone will accept it or not. But if he go through some loaners thread on lending board he will understand what you are saying. He could have added the option that he can also accept payment in stable coins like USDT.
636  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Instant Bitcoin on: January 18, 2024, 01:21:04 PM
Litecoin transaction speed is very fast. Its developers copied everything about bitcoin but just that it has some differences like different supply and the way the price is different. But it has halving and other things like bitcoin. It is using PoW.

Some others that called themselves alternatives are centralized.

Altcoins do not have strong blockchain like bitcoin. 1 confirmation on bitcoin blockchain is safe and secure than 10 to 100 confirmations or more on altcoins blockchain.

Congratulations.

5. Don't hodl your S merit give it out    : it's always a certainty that one get more attached to your thread or replies when you've merited them in the past and ao, as you receive merit that brings you S merit, also give it to others.
You are not completely right about this. It is better not to send merit than to send merit to a rubbish post. There are people that do not read what many people are posting but just the highly good members posts, some of them will not send merit often but they are of high value on this forum. If you are able to read some posts and it benefits you, then you can send merit but that is if you want
638  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING DISORDER on: January 17, 2024, 10:10:18 PM
In additional:

Just stop to gamble.

Find something doing instead of gambling. Once you are doing another things, you will not want to gamble. Do not be idle.

If those are not helping, read about the bad news of people that are gambling addicts. You will not like their ending and this can make you change.

If you do not change, you need to go for rehabilitation and medical help.
639  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Draw betting strategy on: January 17, 2024, 10:45:31 AM
Draw no bet is just an alternative I mentioned just Incase you are not playing a single game and you are staking high
It reduces the risk a little bit
I will prefer to go for straight win or first half win. I do not like to select anything like draw or draw no bet. It is not the type of selection that I go for. But it is easy for me to analyze a match and look for a better team to go for straight win. If the odd is small, I go for first half win if it is worth it.

Other odds that I go for are over 1.5 and over 2.5. Sometimes I go for under 2.5 if I know the teams are not that scoring in their matches and if their defense are both strong but with no good front players that score often.
640  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Higher and lower risks in gambling is the gamblers choice. on: January 17, 2024, 09:21:38 AM
That is normal I think even in life more risks if taken right means more rewards,
Not complete. More risks means more profit or more losses. In gambling, it falls towards the side of more losses than profit.

If you don't mind small profits, you can bet with big risks.
Or if you do not mind small profit, you can bet with small risks. This is how I know it is in gambling. But also minding that gambling with little amount of money is very important. Using high amount of money for gambling is not advisable at all.
