I think the system HLTV uses is fair enough for those players who performed so hard in order to get a win for their teams - or at least be placed in a pretty good ranking in the tournaments they have joined. I guess if you're really a good player, you should convert your performance somewhat to a win, otherwise you're still missing one thing that separates you from the greats of the league. M0nesy is still young, and I think he'll still get better with age. He already has the game sense and aim, he just needs to get better at making decisions that will put his team to a good position in all aspects of the game.
