621  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New projects are responsible for the death of their tokens on: October 14, 2019, 12:18:31 PM
In this kind of bad altcoin market i am still surprised that some new projects are giving out 50% price tag for their tokens, this is a project killer if you ask me, this move is only good if altcoin season is out and surging, 50percent is way too much in this kind of market we are in presently,  tell me i'm wrong

50% means you can get 2x token amount for same normal price, which is too many i think.
But it is the team decision, maybe they have some planning regarding that.
For example, they will lock the tokens that have been bought with 50% price for 2 years.
There are a lot of project that give presale bonus to investor. Maybe when ICO price is X amount of money, you can get price less than that. So they wouldn't wait price to reach ICO price and as long they get profit, they will dump their coins. Supply for sale like that usually big enough to make price affected.
622  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin's future prospects on: October 14, 2019, 09:00:44 AM
Bitcoin's future prospects could be better than the current one, but will the price continue down when it rises?

What is the probability of a bitcoin collapse? It is extremely likely that someone will attempt to take advantage of people's ignorance of the true nature of bitcoin.

If bitcoin's price continues to rise, people will soon be unable to ignore it; it will be perceived as the 'gold standard' for currency.

What are your thoughts?
Collapse will need time for bitcoin especially at this time. When people already know benefit from have it. Either as investment or maybe to be tool for them to do trading. In past when bitcoin price is lower and ponzi scheme really popular and make bitcoin price dumped, it not collapse. Especially for now when a lot of people know benefit from use bitcoin.
623  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the cheapest way to Exchange cryptocurency? on: October 14, 2019, 07:13:46 AM
What is the best and cheapest way to Exchange cryptocurency?

Without all most 0 fees!!
I think it is better to take the fees as long the site is reputable. Even if you not use any site or anything like that, middle man still need to paid too. Of course you not want to get scammed because a lot of scammer hide and wait for their chance to scam people.
624  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How many crypto exchanges are really required? on: October 14, 2019, 06:21:38 AM
Such a great number of exchanges irritates me actually. There was a time when every second project and bounty I participated was about creating their own new exchange. And of course majority of them completely failed. Enough.

Lol, I remember that. I never joined those campaigns because it was always bullshit. An exchange is not an easy thing to deliver on. You need to many funds. There is already so much competition as well.
Some of ICO that created in my country did that, claimed to be good exchanges and then die left investor with their tokens. I think really need a lot of research and money to create exchange, maybe higher target for ICO so they have enough money to make it stable.
625  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is investing in crypto a good idea? on: October 13, 2019, 04:53:59 PM
Although scam projects are rampant everywhere, investor interest in continuing to invest in Crypto project still exists, although not like in 2017. Investing in Crypto It is full of risks but you can also get multiple benefits if you are able to find a good Crypto project.
If you are worried about the scams then this is a very easy problem to solve, do not invest in icos or ieos, I know this will limit your profits and if you are an enthusiast of this market you will also want to support projects that are worth it but at this time it is better not to, invest only in coins that have been around in the market for a long time and have a good reputation, but even then you should still watch your investments closely since even good projects crash from time to time.
Agree, if people afraid to get scammed in bad ICO, actually be serious in trading activity is good to do. We can learn by doing and maybe make analysis with what already come in market. Because have something to analyze at least we already have data to help us make decision.
626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The crypto hell: the exchangers manipulation. on: October 13, 2019, 02:25:32 PM
Hello there fellas,
I'm going to discuss something that keeps making me nervous. I'm that kind of a person who likes the decentralization, the privacy, the freedom and the equality in the financial world. It comes to my mind that these exchangers might someday be selfish, crypto is getting worthy and it will bring the eyes of the greedy peoples. Imagine that these exchangers grabs the trust of the peoples and then they start manipulating the market. The total volume in the exchangers is not stabe and peoples will never withdraw all their funds. Let's say that the amount of the holdings that an exchange have is 1000 btc, they could easily create sell walls of 1500 btc and peoples will buy because they trust these exchangers. What will happen then? Imagine that all the exchangers do this, what's your thoughts on this fact?.

I don't trust centralized exchanges primarily because they force all people to take the KYC. I have never understood the meaning of all this and therefore do not trust centralized exchanges. I certainly trade on some of them, but I do it without trust in their address and do not hold large amounts of money on these exchanges.
That is why a lot of people said that if we save money in exchanges, that means we don't have control about it. Maybe what they means is after trading we put it back to our wallet because nobody know what will happen. But about KYC, i think a lot of exchanges still allow people to trade without do KYC.
627  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If You Win Big Will You Remember Your Losses on: October 13, 2019, 04:28:03 AM
In my life, the biggest amount I have won when betting is 4.71 BTC (profit 3.71 btc), but actually I always remember the amount of bitcoins I lost in 2015 (50BTC). I wish that if I saved them, my life would be easier.
50 BTC in gambling or you just lose it?  i wouldn't ever think about that much amount of bitcoin in my life because never saw it. But anyway, sorry for you loss but other people i am sure face that experience too, know that what they lose is bigger.
628  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: VinDAX is number 1 exchange on coinmarketcap on: October 13, 2019, 03:56:00 AM
Check cmc exchange vindax is n1, fee is only 0.05, less than any other exchange in the world, dont tell me they have fake vol bcz all exchange in the world have fake vol, binance, biki, kiki, I only want to know is Vindax safe?
If Vindax have top 1, maybe a lot of money movement already in that exchange. But honestly, i am very rarely heard about it. But if from coinmarketcap, they listed because of 24hrs volume trading. But i am not use it yet that is why i better to see people's review in here too.
629  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Will Bitcoin Be Back To $20,000 ? on: October 13, 2019, 03:13:28 AM
I think the market will continue with the same trend between 4K-6K during the year. Probably in 2019 Q4 the market will see a rise to 6K. Then slowly it will recover more to 10K at mid 2020 when the halving happens.

I cannot see it being around $10,000 in mid-2020, I certainly hope you are wrong. By the middle of next year we would be hoping for a $10,000+ price as recovery from the recent falls should be recovered hopefully.
I think because of halving, Q1 of 2020 we can see price at $10000 don't need to wait for mid 2020 because accumulate phase might be happen. That time maybe can be moment for people to take advantage to buy in cheaper price.
630  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which crypto-currency for investment/trading? on: October 12, 2019, 05:26:57 PM
The best coin for both trading and investing is Bitcoin, because this coin is volatile and very promising for the long term.
Wise choice, at least for newcomer bitcoin can be really suitable for trading or maybe long term investing. Volatile, yes and promising yes. Maybe if want to less risk, because risk will always happen in investment or business. Pick bitcoin can be best choice.
631  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers, the biggest crypto problem on: October 12, 2019, 03:47:15 PM
I think scammers will always come, because people who involved in bitcoin business is keep coming too. What we need to do is like make barrier for them as long they want to listen others. Because sometime there are people who not listen and scammed by scammers.
632  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crowded Casinos - Play or not? on: October 12, 2019, 03:38:11 AM
Such a crowded casino is normal in Macau as that is what this island is famous for, gambling.I have been in different Europe countries like Germany,Austria and Spain to name some and the offline casinos were never really crowded.Only few players was the usual number you would find there. So if you want to gamble in an offline casino which is not crowded you can try casinos in these countries.
More of the Chinese tourist considering a lot of casinos on Macau island, well almost all of them are really crowded. Having a few player on the casinos can help you focus on your decision making, this is my first country to visit outside my hometown and I wish to go for a European trip or a Vegas trip and experience the casinos there. You also need to consider your safety while playing on a crowded casinos, I'm pretty sure 1 out of 100 are just there to take advantage the crowd.
A lot of bad people maybe will take advantage from something like that. I am never go to casino place because it is againts the law in my country. But maybe big casino that already famous will limit people who want to play in their place. But correct me if i am wrong.
633  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What exchange is better than binance? on: October 11, 2019, 11:43:44 PM
Decentralised exchanges are still the best in my opinion since you have full control over your funds and I think only regulators are hindering its growth. Binance is a good exchange but not might be the most secure and stable due to its very young age, but I guess it won’t be easily bankrupted not that they more established and welcomed in different including the US.
decentralised exchange is prone in hacking remember what happen to etherdelta 2years ago before they move to fork delta. But the security will always depend on the users. but not all has the information how to secured thier crypto asset. Which is very important.
I think DEX or centralized exchange almost same for now about security. Because hacker will look exchange that the security not really strong and do their job, steal people's money. So we must be careful for it.
634  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin cross 3K USD this year? on: October 11, 2019, 06:03:25 PM
snip

if you think bitcoin is undervalued at $3,000, it’s not that bitcoin is actually undervalued, you’ve just been spoiled by $20,000 prices.

snip
This is something I have been thinking for a long time, those that joined bitcoin during 2017 are spoiled, they do not really know what it is to wait for years for the market to move at all, they just got in the market and the biggest movement in bitcoin history happened, they profited massively and now they want that to happen every single year and that will never be possible, that is why I believe it will take us a long time to challenge the all time high since those movements are not that common.
People who only think about instant profit will come after big pump at 2017. Because they see bitcoin price increased very fast and high. That is why people think next halving same thing will happen. Actually i hope for that too.
635  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to control your emotions while trading?👨🏼‍💻 on: October 11, 2019, 07:08:20 AM
I never can control my emotion until now. Don't know why i am panic every coin that i bought is down. It is feel like i am not patient or maybe always see it and wait for price increased, but more aware if price keep down. Then i cut loss.
Trader must be able to control their emotional aspects and knowledge base so that they can succeed in the path they are taking to.
Once a trader can't control his/her emotions, it would be a big deal because just a little market down only they will be scared and there would be a chance that they will get all of their funds immediately, or if they buy a coin and they see that the coin doesn't really go high they will sell it also immediately.
But as a real trader if I see that the coin or tokens go down, I will be remain calm and patient because it is usual through the volatile of the coin.
That is why, i read in this forum. A lot of suggestion maybe already i read. But when want to practice it, i will panic and then be impatient when hold coin for longer than 2 days. But that is only for altcoin in market, if bitcoin usually i am not care be in whatever price.

637  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Things Successful ICOs Have in Common. on: October 10, 2019, 09:07:59 AM
We have noticed that a lot of successful ICOs have exhibited common factors. One of these is their use of hype. Another is a detailed presentation of the company's roadmap.

Hype only make ICO success in sale, not means it is success in market. But for success in market, i think a project need something real. I mean something that really useful and make people use it. People use it, means more demands.
638  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A cryptocurrency entirely dedicated to GAMBLING? on: October 09, 2019, 07:19:12 PM
bitcoin is not just for gambling alone.
certainly there is an already created altcoin only for crypto gambling.
bitcoin is the spirit of crypto, its function is inappropriate for gambling.

BTC is actually more appropriate in gambling. Its sort of a chip in casino.

When a gambler holds chip, in their mind its just a chip and psychologically they tend to bet more using these chips for its doesn't look like money and will just gamble it away which what casinos want. BTC acts the same way which btc casinos wants BTC gambler to spend it all.

It's a cheap that is not for gambling purposes only and its accepted widely in the crypto world.
It's quite different in gambling tokens where you can only exchange it in the site or exchange in certain exchanges, that's why people choose BTC over others because of its big liquidity and they will not worry a lot since its more stable than other type of coins, including gambling tokens.
1 more thing maybe i will add, is when people don't need to reveal their identity when gambling with cryptocurrency. Although some gambling sites for now ask their users to do KYC, others are not. That is why i pick crypto gambling than fiat.
639  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I'm now accumulating 15 altcoins, what do you think? on: October 09, 2019, 02:10:49 PM
If you choose 15 alts, it is better to choose them from the top 100 markets, because if you look for coins that are in the middle of the market, you can get to the scam
Top 100 coinmarketcap is good (in case what you means from 100 markets is coinmarketcap). At least they are more better than new tokens that full of speculation. Maybe my suggestion if OP want to pick tokens, which already have produdt or roadmap really updated by developer.
640  Economy / Speculation / Re: what do you think is the best rate price for btc? on: October 09, 2019, 06:09:40 AM
Hi guys,

I am curious to know what for you is the best average btc price.

Thank you so much everyone who will answer me.  Grin
Of course, best price for bitcoin is the highest. Especially for people like me who mostly have bitcoin from earn. Maybe for who buy, as long they get profit will be best price for them. But for who bought in high price, sometime they blame bitcoin for their loss.
