In mining, just go with the alt coins. Bitcoin mining isn't profitable now and it takes a lot of money if you will just start and the return isn't that reliable. Miners of bitcoin today are making more money because they started earlier and they are now having more than 1 mining farm. I use the CCleaner program, but I'm not sure that this program protects against viruses. It simply removes parts of programs that are no longer needed. Removes various garbage and cleans history.
