6201  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Meet Than and Then on: February 11, 2019, 03:53:35 PM
This is a very nice topic on the difference between the two words and in context were they should/can be used and in situations when they are correct or wrong
But i do not think there is actually a large number of members mixing the both words up,this(both of'em) are easily understood words with distinct meanings attached to the both of'em.
But it's a nice topic and it was an interesting read I must confess, really educative and enriching

I'm not age restricted, do you think its because my account is new?
This seems the most sensible answer, probably because your account is new, there maybe certain restrictions which will be bypassed as time goes on,just give it some time or make more enquiries about it.
The same restriction can be said to be synonymous with that of the forums,in terms of minutes between posting.
This is probably an issue of new account restrictions
6203  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Guide on avoid red tags by supporting already known scam projects on: February 11, 2019, 08:09:12 AM
What's just left for the newbie interested is to click the search button
But sadly newbies hardly use the said button to get informations for themselves, rather they come into the forum with simply the motive to earn quickly
This sort of threads is a timely reminder for them,on what to do and what not to,and it's posted in the beginners and help section which is easily accessible to all newbies who are here for the right reason
6204  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to find a mentor for trading on: February 10, 2019, 08:37:27 PM
So many claim to be experts at trading, and end up giving out advice and strategies in exchange for payment, and this strategies are not always correct, itd better to study online especially via YouTube and learn all there is to learn without actually seeking for a physical mentor.
Most times it could even be risky as one could be tempted to give out personal informations to this very expert which could be used against them
6205  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is stoploss worth it ? on: February 10, 2019, 08:32:46 PM
I always trade with stop loss, and it helps me in more ways than one really, losing is one thing no trader loves, but ironically it is one which is inevitable for any trader,so stop loss helps traders to at least make losses minimal and keeping it at a reasonable level.
Stop loss isn't always advantageous, but it offers more advantages than disads
6206  Other / Meta / Re: yla1974 bun. on: February 05, 2019, 05:43:26 AM
If the forum does not prohibit sale accounts, then it is profitable them
The forum doesn't have any profits from the sale of accounts as it has no connection with members who decide to trade their accounts.
The forum encourages us not to sell accounts but doesn't state it's against the rules, but definitely if one is caught in the act,its a straight red tag.
I think the rules on account sales should be changed and it should be made known that it's against the rules and should not be done
6207  Other / Meta / Re: information for georgian people, with georgian language. on: February 05, 2019, 05:36:43 AM
1 - ANN - name :  -------- "ANN ალტქოინების დაანონსება"
 2 - bounty - name : ------ "ბაუნტი პროგრამები"
Update :
 3 - speculation  :  "ვარაუდები"
 4 - mining  : "მაინინგი"
It seems you wish to have a separate board on your local section for mining and speculation discussions, but I think this would not happen as its possible to discuss such in the main board created for discussions in your local language and at the moment there is no demand for it
You could start threads on mining and speculation on the normal boards for it in English, and if you want to do so in your local language, you can start up a thread there and self moderate it
6208  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto to crypto exchange transactions available on Binance on: February 04, 2019, 07:24:13 PM
Binance has so much improved in the past years, and with more and more features to help it's customers to trade easily.
I think this is a good service to their customers and will further more boost their popularity and attract more investors
6209  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why not use poloniex!! Be careful people! on: February 04, 2019, 07:16:17 PM
I trade using poloniex and I've been problem free since I've been using them, but that's not to say less of your claims,we as customers most times have different experiences and most times we can't use it to generalize the credibility of the service providers.
To me poloniex is cool,to you it may not be so
6210  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How long do you think this BEAR MARKET will LAST? on: February 04, 2019, 07:10:31 PM
It's not wise to try to predict the price of the bitcoin, price analysis from experts usually turns out to be incorrect, and with all the ups and downs in 2018,the best thing to do is just to watch the price and not try to forsee or envisage it's future price.
For now we're in the bear market and we cannot predict when the bull will come along
6211  Other / Meta / Re: Humble request to unban my account - darkie199 on: February 04, 2019, 06:59:24 PM
I don't think the message in any way gives out any glimmer of hope, firstly it states that you've been permanently banned
And by permanent it means it cannot be undone.
I understand the "You may appeal here",but it also let's you know your chances are not good.
There are no second chances in cases such as this
6212  Other / Off-topic / Re: Protecting your email is of great importance on: February 03, 2019, 08:24:20 PM
Staying secure and safe is top priority and should be done no matter the cost or what it takes, this topic is another wonderful one that helps to keep us ahead if scammers and fraudsters.
Once we are aware of such precautions,it makes it very difficult to fall prey to their scams
Never click on any link you're not sure of,that is the easiest way they can get to you
Also change passwords regularly and use different passwords for different purposes
6213  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Please register/login before buy/sell anything from Bitcointalk forum. on: February 03, 2019, 08:12:26 PM
I doubt If admins would ever enable trust rating for guests,if one is sure that he or she wants to trade on the forum then it is only wise that they own an account here in the forum where they can ascertain the credibility of their potential partners.
I think this is a rare case(mistake)and one that shouldn't be made,it costs little or nothing to get an account on BTT, and one can conscript his or her account based on the purpose of creation as long as it isn't against the rules
6214  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What sites gives latest Bounty Campaigns? on: February 02, 2019, 07:03:19 PM
Does really Bounty campaigns work ?
Bounty campaigns are a good way to earn some spare money for posting on the forum
But it's no longer as profitable as it was,and more of scams have taken over the market
Though there are bounties that reward in bitcoins, and they are to an extent reliable and can be trusted, thats why they are specifically for higher ranked members.
Trying one or two ICO'S isn't such a bad idea, but make sure they are handled by reliable bounty managers.
But do not post on the forum solely for bounties, try and come up with worthy posts that will earn you merits and hence make you eligible to even participate in the bounty program in the first place
6215  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Will be giving merits for those who worth it(NEWBIE & JR. MEMBER ONLY) on: February 02, 2019, 06:57:10 PM
Another giveaway thread, and I think this one is seeking merits instead of actually just wanting to hand them out, since the previous threads all had merits handed out to the OP Grin
It's best you just search for good posts and merit them"based on your standards",with less attention; since you have limited Smerits
6216  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Some suggestion while advertising in signature space. on: February 02, 2019, 06:43:47 PM
4. Do not join the signature campaign that do not meet your posting habits. If your posting habit is of around 10 post per week than do not enroll in
signature campaign that ask for  25 post in a week.
Great point you pointed out here, and this very mistake is really contributing to the large amount of spam on the forum and most is due to inability to meet requirements weekly, which leads some members to one line spam replies as they are unable to make the large amount of posts required of them

And only those who do not see the forum as a sort of a job would heed to this advice, but those who do would simply join campaigns not withstanding the amount of post required and that which they can afford to make effortlessly.
6217  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Guide]: How to disable signatures without using scripts on: February 02, 2019, 05:51:31 AM
We have scripts you can install and it'll blocked selected signatures based on the sittings.
What are the ways and methods of creating such scripts,or have such scripts been created and are in use at the moment,if so maybe a link to it would help really.
6218  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: MERIT RANK UP FOR NEWBIES support on: February 02, 2019, 05:14:34 AM
Yes, and According to bpip.org, He's being Auto banned already.
Since this is a rather useless and generic thread from a copy paster,i think a mod should lock this thread since the OP is already banned and inactive from the forum.
6219  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Misuse of the quote button on: February 02, 2019, 05:10:52 AM
I think forum should ban Multi quotes or pyramid quotes. They are just increasing the length of post without any value addition.
For long quotes, quoting can be limited to say 100 words.
There is no way it can be banned as it has it can also serve a good purpose, especially on a post with multiple pages, its cool in such threads to probably quote an entire text,if you'll be reacting to all of it
Where the issue is, happens to be full quotes on the first or second page, and most annoyingly on the 1st reply,it just makes things look childish and it'll be appreciated of individuals who do such would really grow up and do the right thing
6220  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't let those spelling mistakes & poor grammar turn your post into a shitpost. on: February 02, 2019, 05:05:11 AM
Yup! Checking your post before posting it is very necessary. Reading your post repeatedly after you wrote is an effective way of checking
Without one crosschecking his or her post before posting, then such member is liable to making typo errors, due to either trying to type fast or phone predictor wrongly changing some words, its appropriate to read before posting, and even after posting,if errors are detected, its good to edit and correct such mistakes.
Though coherency remains the most important, but it's advisable to make it easier for your readers to understand what's going on in your mind
