I use Mac. Pretty much what I need to do is to import my Exodus' private key (which I've already exported) into Electrum only to sign a message, because with Exodus is not possible to sign messages. But I never did something like this, so I'm trying to understand how to do it without messing up.
So in this case I should create or restore (which one?) a new wallet in Electrum in order to use Exodus' private key?

Tranquillo, non deve essere verificato. Pensavo anch'io di dover rinunciare, invece mi è bastato un profilo fake: pare che controllino solo la località geografica. Cioe' tramite iP? Perche' io ora sono all'estero...

Mind posting a screenshot (by hiding your private keys of course) on the window It's showing? To import your private keys, you should go here (pic from google): ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi1.wp.com%2Fcryptohustle.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2016%2F01%2Felectrum.png&t=663&c=3T2GDDku-Vze3Q) ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.thecleverest.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2014%2F03%2Felectrum-import-private-key.png&t=663&c=657hvAxFSSu4zg) Just as a reminder, If you import private keys to Electrum, the seed won't be able to recover that new address/private key you imported. Omega, I just tried to import the private keys in Electrum but there is no import option, only Sweep and Export. What's exactly the sweep? And what does it happen later, is there any risk / conflict with Exodus? Can I use it only to sign a message? Thanks a lot!

(Aragon and EOS are now supported)
They never announced this, did they?

@miner45678 do not keep your MNE on livecoin. make a wallet at myetherwallet and send them there. Easy as pie and a lot safer.
But to send MNE to MEW do I only have to create the new token in the wallet and then send them from LiveCoin to MEW using the same Ethereum address, and MEW already knows those are MNE despite the same address of ETH?

Just as a reminder, If you import private keys to Electrum, the seed won't be able to recover that new address/private key you imported.
You mean Electrum's seed, while Exodus' seed would work anyway, right?

Is there any Poloniex staff on this topic? I've been waiting for the Level 2 Verification since May, I opened a ticket on May 16 and still no answer.
I have to withdraw and of course I have problems because of the 2k daily limit, I don't wanna pay the same fees multiples times!
Today, after more than 2 months, I finally got verified for the Level 2. Can't believe it. But at least they could send an email confirmation...

I usually check the cryptocurrencies prices on WorldCoinIndex, and I never saw Minereum there, now I tried to type MNE and comes out a currency called Munne?! The chart looks like Minereum history, how is it possible? Did they make a mistake in the name? https://www.worldcoinindex.com/coin/munne

Am I the only one who's happy because of the good news regarding the project but also worried because the price keeps going down? ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif)

I'm not sure I understand your question? re-phrase it If possible. You previously said that "that there is no problem If your private key is imported in both Electrum and Exodus at the same time", so what I was trying to ask is: if I leave the private keys in both Electrum and Exodus, can I see my balance in both of them? I mean, I open Electrum and I see my X Bitcoins, then I close it and open Exodus and they are there as well?
|
|
|
You should also understand that there is no problem If your private key is imported in both Electrum and Exodus at the same time.
So in this case, if I understood correctly, depending on which wallet I open I can see/use my balance in it?

So guys, just to be sure: I export the private key from Exodus, I import it in Electrum, I sign the message and we're fine until here. But then what happens to the private key in Electrum? I mean, do I have to delete it or simply logging out Electrum forgets about it and I can simply open Exodus?
|
|
|
No, you will need to export the private key to a wallet that supports signing such as bitcoin-qt, armory, or electrum.
And exporting the private key to Electrum am I also gonna move all the Bitcoins? Or can I sign the message without actually moving the Bitcoin from Exodus?

Guys, I was trying to claim the Lumens using a Bitcoin wallet ( link) but it's asking to sign a message with my Bitcoin address: I've never done that, is it possible to do it with Exodus?
