If such thing happens (either one exchange is overpriced or underpriced), then some traders will use that opportunity to buy/sell their Bitcoins to get some profits. After that, if the liquidity is enough, the price will eventually come back to the market price (same as other markets).

Most traders won't use an exchange with very small liquidity. So even if that arbitrage opportunity exists, the risk would be greater than the benefits, and the exchange will eventually cease to exist.

Why not try with P2P trading? Make a post here to sell your coins and wait for it, or request help from somebody trusted to sell your coins on Changelly (which as you said is forbidden for you). The fees might be higher but I think it's worth it, compared to risking all your coins to some shady exchanges.

Sekedar nambahin aja, setahu ane mesin pencari image itu memanfaatkan beberapa teknik, antara lain kesamaan pixel dan manual check (tapi ini sangat jarang). Beberapa gambar yang resolusinya rendah bisa aja diproses dulu dengan teknik tertentu agar pixelnya jadi lebih jelas, sehingga tetap bisa ketemu gambar yang identik. Tapi, kalau pixelnya udah buruk sangat, misalnya diblur sampe tinggal 5-10 pixel, ya tetap bakal sulit untuk mencari gambar yang serupa karena jelas gambar yang bisa dianggap mirip lebih banyak. Oleh karena itu kalau ada yang HD mending pake yang HD aja (HD dalam arti kualitasnya oklah, ga jelek dan ga bagus-bagus amat).

I think you should push this issue to your bounty manager. It's impossible for the staff to filter out which people is legit because they don't have access to the spreadsheet. And as you said on your post, the bounty manager should do a better job.

Sometimes you can even find names like satoshi, theymos, etc on the spreadsheet, and some lazy manager would still count it. Ask the bounty manager to require proof of authentication to solve this. If he don't change, post on that thread that you didn't join that bounty at all.
