A community manager, manage the social media accounts, blog, forum and every platform the company is using. You're supposed to generate content that gets the community active.(content to generate, comments, likes and any other interaction you can imagine) You have to provide support in all the social platform the company is using. You need to create a SMM strategy etc, there are a lot of others things a community manager has to do. (article writing, video creations, social network posts, calendar, blog updates, analytics...)
To build on this, a community manager will be right minded - imaginative. Do not use a programmer (like a telegram bot writer) because they will be left minded - logical. |

Merit is not a good moderating reward in my opinion cause people can make 500 alts and boost reports on the main account  I agree with this logic. People can easily rank up their main account using this trick. You two don't understand how the merit system works. 500 alts would have 0 sMerit to give away. :/ |

I challenge myself from my past experiences and situations enhances ability to improve.
Challenges - like all experience - build character. But does it improve? Not all the time - many times an experience will lead to negative development of the character. For example, a person does a small crime like secretly acting as the escrow of their own transaction, in an effort to make more money. They get away with it, and the experience convinces them they can get away with dishonestly. So they more on to more serious crimes. |

As you can see,
Vod started a discussion with me about the ratings. Vod noticed my red rating towards him would affect him (while he thought I was on the default trust list.)
Vod suggested that ratings to be changed.
Tone changed after he realized I was not on the Default trust list.
Vod admits that he doesn't think I did anything wrong. ("I'm sad though that you keep that up there, even after I decided what you did wasn't untrustworthy to me and removed the comment.")
I proposed that we both remove our ratings then, because Vod apparently doesn't see my actions as untrustworthy anymore and I don't necessarily have the need to announce the world how much I trust Vod.
I guess this pissed him off. (After all, I did tell him that I don't trust him.) After this, he changed his rating towards me as red and blocked me.
I was willing to keep it as a neutral, but when you admitted via PM that the feedback was retaliatory and you actually DID trust me, I had to act on the dishonesty. The new dishonestly, in addition to the old dishonesty, is what led to the fresh trust. I indicated this to you here: Ah. Until this message, I believed your post that the feedback was not retaliatory, and you just didn't trust me. :/ You confirmed it here: This is the case, but there's no need for everyone else to learn about my trust towards you. I understand you view it differently, but it's natural for us to view ourselves as infallible. |
