You should edit your title and change it to "Post-ICO Bounty"

I have no problem with post-ICO bounties as long as there is an allocated fund already. If there is an escrow, then the better it is. It will be more attractive for hunters I think.

Wait, you are considering Waves because the price is going up and not the fact that they have a really working product or the technology?
Waves has been on my radar since last year.

I think your topic should have been ICOs are the cause of the dump of Ethereum market.
While what you said is true about ICOs dumping, I do not believe it can bring down the entire market. I'm sure you have not forgotten about the dominance of Bitcoin.

I also like what the Waves team has done to the platform. They have come a long way.

Whether or not it will take the place of Ethereum remains to be seen.
We are also expecting some updates on the network by 2019 and 2020. We'll see how it goes.

Some say it will be 2020 when BTC will reach $20K again but I am not optimistic on that prediction.
I would be happy if it reaches $10K, a slow and steady growth.

The market is indeed in a huge correction state and only the strong projects will survive. I also agree that it is better to invest long term in projects with real use case instead of those pure hypes. 

Ethereum1x and Ethereum 2.0 will come after constantinople. I think that is what we should think of rather than the short term effect on ETH pice of the hardfork.

It is definitely a popular advise given to those in panic. It is a good strategy but it is not the best strategy all the time. I agree on OP's position to give real advise instead of just "HODL!". We should be able to know which one is the better option (sell or hodl) at a particular time.

You have not heard or read about the upcoming events like the hardfork (constantinople) or the ethereum 1x and the ethereum 2.0?
The price may not look good but if you look at the entire market right now, almost all coins are not looking good.

I have read an article about that too, some early bitcoin supporters are not that impressed with bitcoin ETF.
if it will be approved, I believe it can trigger a decent rally so I'd rather have that than a bear market.

I guess the reason why nobody is talking about is because people are just tired of reading or talking about "experts" opinions and predictions. We have already seen a lot already and most of them did not come true. I hope he gets it right 

It's not just for the brave but also for the "no better option".

This just shows how brutal the market can be even to strong projects like ETC.
It will be interesting to see what the new team will do to ETC. Waiting for further announcement.

Security tokens are gaining popularity so we will probably see more STOs in the future.
Cross-chain of public blockchains could also be a thing in the future but maybe in five years?
The others, I have no idea if they'll ever become a trend.

Inflate? You mean to say overvalued?
I am not going to say any figures since you can already read a lot of predictions from self proclaimed experts on crypto-related websites. I just feel that crypto will have a decent recovery like bitcoin going back to double digits. Events like bitcoin bakkt or ETF may trigger a rally, add to that the Ethereum hardfork.

I have been waiting for an official announcement about the constantinople hardfork actually. It is good that the dev team finally reached an agreement. Hopefully, there won't be any more delay.
