6241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull run / wishful think ? on: October 17, 2019, 11:29:53 PM
well, i dont believe that .
i just think with my logic, how people, or whales or big investor or whatever their name, will put their money to the crypto market easily without think first, or even if they think first, did they will think about consequence from their action ?

Investors are smart and intelligent, but I would agree that there are also irrational buyers here in crypto, specially newbies who thought that they can get rich very quickly.

maybe mass sell will come from another side who have been waiting that moment.
just because end of the year will come and u think bull will comes too ?
or someone can explain me about bull run signal or whatever u call that, because i totaly think that just no more than wishfull think.

I wouldn't say that this is a wishful thinking, what can you say when the price suddenly shoots up to $20,000 in 2017? Eventually we will get there and even more, just a matter of time. Everything here is timing, market works in cycle so you have to wait for it to happen at the right moment and see new all time high again for the altcoin market.
6242  Economy / Economics / Re: The 2nd generation of banking is going digital on: October 17, 2019, 11:06:54 PM
But I mean it is already happening right? Smart phone are a bridge already, many banks offer loans thru online applications and you can even pay your bills by just using your smart phone, so yes banking system is going digital already. And they can't really fight this evolution, cash less payments, crypto's gaining momentum, etc. I guess traditional banks should not feel threaten by the whole digitization, they should embrace it, adapt. Let's say push themselves to use blockchain technology and see how it can replace their legacy systems and make it easier for them to transition in this new financial revolution.
6243  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]:Crawford vs. Kavaliauskas on: October 17, 2019, 10:47:12 PM
Oh look, Crawford is fighting another fight outside the top 10, rather than attempting to unify the division.

Other than Jeff Horn, Crawford has barely fought anybody of note, and is clearly ducking the unification match with Pacquiao or Spence.

I actually think Crawford is trying to wait until Pacquiao is straight up too old, so he can walk over him.

Crawford will obviously win, but this isn't the fight we want to see.

I agree that we don't like to see him fighting no name fighters in the 147 lbs division. But I disagree that he is ducking the fight with either Pacquiao or Spence, clearly the roadblock is in his boxing promoter, Top Rank - Bob Arum. Who wouldn't love the big paycheck against Pacquiao? but since he is on the other side now with Al Haymon it's going to be very hard for those promoters to sit down and put the negotiation in the table.

I would say that fighters doesn't care about any unification, they simply wanted to get as much money as they can. And we all know that Arum protects his stable of fighters just like what he did during Manny's prime and he really build his career up to that mega fight with Floyd Mayweather. Kavaliauskas might be weaker but this is good for Arum, in-house fights and all money going to his bank account. I think Crawford vs Spence could happen, but it should generate a big hype similar to Pacquaio and Floyd before those two promoters step aside their difference because of the huge money that it can potentially bring.

With that said, Crawford by TKO in late rounds.
6244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Platform for create token on: October 17, 2019, 10:24:18 PM
Did you know that you can create a token by looking a fiverr gigs for a measly $50? Yes, you heard it right, just for a couple of bucks you can hire someone and then delivered to you. Just imagine the current state of the altcoin market today, no more developers who truly wanted to give crypto enthusiast a good project. And as much as you really wanted to get rid of scammers here, those bad actors has readily access to software developers and create a fly by night program, released it to the wild and claim their millions, run out and exit scam. Yes this topic can help, but I'm just give you a fair warning on how people played this game here.
6245  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fair bet on: October 17, 2019, 10:03:05 PM
It's this a work in progress or you do have a actual working website already. Yes, we understand this kind of game and If my memory serves me right, there's one or two games with this kind of concept. Again, roll out your website and then we can discuss it here, otherwise no one will bite on it, you could say it's fair but gamblers are not that dumb though, they need to see everything in a website to even try it, best of luck.
6246  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: October 17, 2019, 09:45:24 PM
Have the rankings been updated as Medvedev is currently showing he is on 5920 points which still puts him 1030 points behind Federer. As we get closer to the end of the season I'm not sure if he can catch Federer, that's if the points haven't changed.

Not yet, but yeah, I doubt that he will catch Federer in the top 3. But it is considered as a big accomplishment for Medvedev to rank 4 at the end of the season.

Andy Murray beats Cuevas in straight sets. 6-4 6-3, it is a hard fought match but eventually Murray come up on top. Cuevas give everything here, he even save 7 break points in the first set and Andy broke him in the 6 games in the second set. Now it's Murray vs Copil in the quarterfinals.

Looks like McAfee is taking it seriously by initiating this so called developers group. I'm sure there will be developers interested here because there are incentives. But it doesn't mean that crypto enthusiast will give their support to his exchanges because of his shady past and personality.
6248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: !!! THE MOST EXCITING NEWS TODAY !!! FOR YOU ??? on: October 16, 2019, 11:20:10 PM
As much as we wanted to see altcoin market recover this year, I doubt that it will happen regardless of any positive news that comes our way. It's literally dead as of now, with altcoins being down and far from their all-time-highs. Some are just barely surviving above waters while majority are very deep and we don't know what events will trigger a good bounce. When Bitcoin hits $13000, some altcoins recovered, we have seen Ethereum almost touch $300 and everyone has happy and excited. But after that the market goes on another downward spiral (including Bitcoin) shutting down our hopes again.
6249  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin's price on: October 16, 2019, 10:59:36 PM
The fact that bitcoin rose from as low as $0.003 to as high as $19,000 proves that bitcoin is really going beyond the moon. It's really wonderful how that increase was achieved in 8 years (between 2009 to 2017). I still remember reading an article in which the writer predicted bitcoin to reach a $100,000 in a 'very few' years to come. Though this sounds too much, I strongly believe it can be achieved (in my opinion, it might take time). What year do you think that such a price can be achieved? Also, what do you think is needed to make bitcoin's price grow faster and stronger?

First, there's no experts in this market, what I mean is that we can't really predict that price and we don't know when it's going to hit 6 digit. As you have said, you would have known that bitcoin is going to $20000 in 2017? If you have been long enough in this community, the price prediction circulating along that time is $5000. So its possible to hit $100,000, there is a important even next year, which is the block halving, so this could be the catalyst, but remember that it might take years tough, but it's to see when it's going to be achieved. We just let the market goes into a bull run and see how far it will go.
6250  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bakkt has traded only 7 BTC so far on: October 16, 2019, 10:34:54 PM
For those interested to follow their volume, here is a bot:

Quote
∙ Today's volume so far: 48 BTC
∙ Last traded price: $7,965.00
∙ Trading day progress: 55%
∙ Today's forecast: 88 BTC
12:02 PM - 16 Oct 2019

So I don't know if we can consider this a good sign, long way to go for Bakkt to really affect the price of Bitcoin in the positive way. I think the hype has died down already, unless some actors decided to pour huge money and try to play the market, Bakkt will continue to grind day-to-day, IMHO.
6251  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Canelo vs Kovalev WBO Light Heavyweight Championship on: October 16, 2019, 10:12:41 PM
Ryan Garcia is being groom by Oscar Dela Hoya to be the new face of boxing, but for unknown reasons there seems to be a some rift going on recently between Oscar and Ryan. On the other hand, Duno is very impressive and I think he can pull some sort of upset come Nov. 2.

It steam from Garcia's last fight (supposedly) against Avery Sparrow. Sparrow was arrested before their weigh-in for gun chargers buy Garcia was not informed by Golden Boy. And then Oscar tagged Duno to be the replacement fighter by then Garcia and his team says no because they wanted more time to prepare as they reason out that Duno is more dangerous opponent. And Garcia felt that Golden Boy was not protecting Ryan and instead trying to throw him to Duno.

But now the stage is set, I can't wait for this one, yes, Duno has all the tools to beat Ryan Garcia, so I wouldn't be surprise if he wins by knock out.
6252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm a Big Fan of Bitcoin, Libra's Chief David Marcus Says on: October 16, 2019, 09:52:17 PM
haha, i am loving the shitshow known as Libra so much lately. this last one is the funniest of all.
basically when Libra started they never even remotely mentioned the starter of all this and the biggest (by far) cryptocrurency, bitcoin. not on their website introducing Libra, not in their talks, not anywhere else.
people kept comparing them like idiots but the owners never did mention it.

now that it is falling apart, and every one of their partners (specially the big ones) are pulling out they are desperately seeking attention and are doing what all the shitcoins do: stick themselves to bitcoin to try and get some hype in name only.

Isn't it ironic, LOL, that's why crypto enthusiast attacks them because they don't about Bitcoin or even acknowledge them so to speak. Doesn't take away anything from David Marcus, maybe we can call him a bitcoin pioneer here, but what's odd is his statement, I mean the timing so obviously there's some meaning behind him saying that. So their could be marketing ploy behind this, and try to grab the attention that they are bitcoin enthusiast (really?) so that they can still salvage some reputation because their big partners are pulling the plug at this point, wherein it hasn't been released and yet those dropping out like hot potatoes.
6253  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: October 16, 2019, 09:31:12 PM
Antwerp Open ongoing:

Big news here is Andy Murray, he is thru to the next round of 16. No upsets so far as the top 4 went on to win their respective games. (1) Monfils, (2) Goffin, (3) Schwartzman (4) Wawrinka.

That's why the focus here in Murray, and let's see how far he goes here. He is slowly getting into the groove and maybe he is inspired because his a expectant father, third child actually.

I haven't seen Antwerp open yet, does  Medvedev and Djokovic have a decent run in this tournament? I wanna see this two play for the finals since they mostly identical in their games.

The reason you haven't seen Antwerp open because it's relatively new tournament added to the 250 tennis, fairly young I would say, just started in 2016. Previous champions are Gasquet, Tsonga and K. Edmund.

Speaking of Tsonga, he was upset by G. Simon, so former champions Tsonga and K. Edmund are out already.  Simon vs Wawrinka in the quarterfinals tomorrow. While Andy Murray will battle it out against Cuevas as to who will move in the QF.
6254  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Script for e curency online on: October 15, 2019, 10:53:42 PM
Which script using Alfacashier.com?

Hey no one can directly answer that question, if you are really interested then why not ping them?

I review your posting history though, and it looks like you are interested on building your own trading platform? I'll just advise you to be very careful and not just get something out of the fly, those free open source, it might contain some backdoors.
6255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DOGE reaches 30sats! Do you think it could go higher now? on: October 15, 2019, 10:24:10 PM
Doge seems to move historically in quite predictable cycles.

I.e., a period of long consolidation, bottoming at around 18-24 sats, before rebounding drastically to form sizeable bullish rallies, probably fuelled by the fact that the coin is so speculative and generates a ton of FOMO on the way up.

I honestly don't even think that exchange listings are needed for Doge's cycles to continue, because it's an inherent part of its value now.

I'd say short term, I'd be certainly long on Doge. But in the long run, I doubt that it's going to be a useful coin per se other than being a speculative token essentially.

Exactly, DOGE has been in the game for so long that it just goes on cycles so those kind of pumps we see we can categorically say that it's the normal flow of this coins. The current rise to 30 sats is no exception, people buy because of FOMO and then just dump it when there's enough profit for speculators. If you're into gambling, you know that DOGE is a good alternative and I think this what makes DOGE stand up but I don't see it being good for holding long term though, the current spike, well just like that, normal thingy for this speculative token.

6257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Old good airdrops on: October 15, 2019, 09:33:44 PM
Why are still people dreaming of 2017, wake up guys, as much as we wanted to see airdrops that could give up huge profits like 2017, I'm sorry but those days are over now. We are still in the bearish trend so obviously those projects don't have the necessary funds to give huge amount of money for airdrops alone. Besides, those airdrops today requires you to deposit some sort of money for gas, LOL, sounds very scammy to me. So let's move on, airdrops are no longer profitable this year and I don't know if we're going to see another good rewards in the future as far as airdrops is concern.
6258  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Guides for trading how to check if your token not performing well on: October 15, 2019, 09:07:58 PM
I usually just use coinmarketcap to look at the trend for BTC and Maybe ETH in the [past few hours or days. The top gainers and losers are not so accurate sometimes. You could find there shitcoins with low trading volume just making up to the list of top gainers yet in actual sense there is some wash trading in the back scene just to create the hype for the token or coin.

True, I quickly glance on those biggest gainers/losers and then say to myself, just another pump-and-dump scheme going on that coins, LOL, the next day you will see some magic numbers +100% gains then the next next - 70% losses. Although I would agree that I ride some waves early in 2018 on one gain and gain a lot of profits in like 3 days, sold off everything and didn't bother to look at what happen to that coins. If you know how to ride with them, then do it, but you have to quit when you reach your goal, because you don't want to be trap.

Yeah, if we will just pretty much do regular back-ups and then not clicking on suspicious links, there could be less victims here.

@coolcoinz - that so called porn malware or whatever they call it contains a secret crypto mining injection to any hardware that it can inject.

Just a suggestion, if you want to get a wider audience and get exposure, I would suggest you open a thread in this board, Services. You can create a ANN (Announcement) thread there and it could be used as a single point of contact if members here have questions on your new trading platform. Best of luck!!.
