6241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just info for all of you : "Stake BNB to Earn Free Tokens!" on: November 29, 2020, 09:29:40 PM
The winners here are those people that own a lot of BNB. Last time, I was just reading an article from them on how to earn without trading.
And this one feature is part of it. This makes their coin valuable and worth it for the sake of other projects.

I agree with your point. It's quite clear that Binance keep supporting their token chain by lunching staking offers from time to time.
However, we don't see this support for other chains created by binance. We all know that binance has a list of its own tokens developped to be used within the different binance dapps like the USDC stable coin.
It's how they make their own token to have a continuous flow in the market. This is their use case and other token projects are also being helped by them. For Binance that's a win, for their tied up projects, a win as well but in the long run we don't know.

Are you sure about that? So what if you staking 1000 BNB and then the price of CAKE and BNB both go down? Then you cannot sell BNB because you have staking and CAKE is low value, then you only lose more and it takes a lot of time for your money to return.
Staking is also an investment, so I hope you will analyze carefully about CAKE as well as the market in the near future before making such a hasty decision.
What I'm saying are those BNB holders. I haven't explained that they can take advantage of whatever Binance is up to. This cake staking is just one feature that they have and I think there will be other projects like this that they'll be advertising and supporting soon.
6242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoins replace Bitcoin?!?!? on: November 29, 2020, 08:57:03 PM
Heard of that on 2017. But where they are right now? all of those who have thought of it because they got hype with the altcoin that they hold probably are not minding of it anymore.
Bitcoin can put altcoins into trouble but alts can't.
6243  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the Cause of Price Hike Now in the Market? on: November 29, 2020, 08:12:07 PM
Demand.
There's no other reason for such an increase, it's always being caused by the demand. Even if seasonal, there's also part of demand's contribution in it.

It's supply and demand. Those are the two core components that determine price.

In 2013 and 2017 there was a noticeable "drying up" of BTC supply on exchanges. Holders were refusing to sell. New buyers were withdrawing coins from exchanges instead of placing asks on the order book. All of that meant there were less available BTC to buy, causing prices to spike even higher when new demand hit the market.

That's how bubbles are born: insane levels of demand and a collective refusal to sell. HODLers have a huge effect on the market.
Well yeah. I'm assuming that everyone is aware of the supply of bitcoin having its limitation at 21M.
We've got a natural demand and it just keeps on increasing with all these institutional players and news that are coming out. It's very encouraging when people see such news and it's giving an idea to everyone that this time, it's no time to waste.
6244  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING SITE INVESTMENT on: November 29, 2020, 07:42:19 PM
No doubt with the aforementioned casinos. It's truly possible to earn a profit with those but it's not as instant as what others are thinking.
In this type of investment, patience is what you needed most. It's not the same other investment that you know because it's growing through time with the ups & downs of the casino too, you're part of their growth or loss.
I think investing in a casino is an inaccurate choice because what you say is true, because a casino place will provide many benefits when there is still demand and many people are gambling there, if not those who visit the gambling place then the investment you make will not make a profit.
It is not accurate. Just look at the progress of OP since he's started. As I've said, you're part of the casino even of someone wins or losses.
Note: Bitcoin's price was lower when he started.

6246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Surges As Whales Accomplish ETH 2.0 Phase 0 Mission on: November 28, 2020, 06:44:18 PM
If ether has such a prospect for the future, I think part of the investment should be kept in this cryptocurrency. But should we buy it now when it cost more that 500 USD?
You answer your question and that can be done easily. As you've said it can be kept as an investment which means it's a yes. If you are an investor and you see that there's a profit that you'll get on it in the future.
You'll buy at any price that you see right now. People will always look at the expansiveness of the price but when it's at the low price before, they don't ask this question.

So the idea of investing in this gambling site is not in doubt if one can make a profit from it and already analyze the risks.
From every investment report op generates, we can learn from it that profits do not always give the same results.

6249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH still going higher as our anticipatiion on: November 28, 2020, 02:19:54 PM
I really hope this comes back quick is been a crazy day and many people panic sale so not to lose money But by doing that people just plunge prices left and right I really hope this doesnt continue because right now people are just carefully watching the market
It didn't continue. The price has recovered and just as what you're wishing for, it didn't have a continuous plummet. You expect a lot of people to dump their ETH  or any other altcoin that they hold if they are not confidently seeing a plunge.
That's the usual reaction of a holder that isn't used to this situation.
6250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Look like xrp is take over on: November 28, 2020, 03:07:42 AM
One world currency? if there will be that kind of currency it won't be XRP. The government will choose to have their own very own currency than to rely on XRP.
Although it's a centralized coin and it's also favorable to the government. But, they wouldn't allow it to be controlled by the company. Instead, they'll choose to have their own created currency than it.

Ok If their own currency then what it could be?
So I can buy Early ico... Lol
Libra? joke. But that's in the hot news recently.

6251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: I suggest raising the topic of bounty companies!!! on: November 28, 2020, 02:35:19 AM
Quote
The solution for your demand is only to look for those bounties with a reputable manager that holds a guaranteed payment. They have at least a good choice upon managing a bounty.
Guaranteed payment is also 99% never going to happen thing. Escrowed tokens can be a thing but very few I have seen in the past and most of those were of course run by well known managers.

The intention of these projects is to raise money and not to pay people who promote them so of course bounty hunters get less attention than what investors get. Also teams know well how to screw its hunters by not delaying token distribution while advisors sell of their profits and exit and the bounty hunters get their shitcoins and prices -100%  of ICO price.

Sad but true, the entire bounty system is a mess worsened by its own participants.
Yeah right. All of the favor goes to those project owners, their team, advisors, and everyone who's part of the creation of that project. But for the bounty hunters, there's not that much left for them anymore. They get the tokens, say that there's an escrow but that scenario you have said is the next thing that they have to deal with.
6252  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the government accept it? on: November 26, 2020, 11:58:16 PM
Barter is the name of that ancient times trading.

1. Will the government of a country ever want their banking sector to be abolished?
 2.  How will the government collect taxes from the people?
 3.  If the government can't keep track of people's legitimate money, won't corruption increase?
1. Nope, it's a heavy part of the government and they won't allow that to happen.
2. It's easy for them to collect tax as in for everything including crypto gains.
3. For individuals, they can't. But they are also hardly accepting it if most transactions are in crypto/bitcoin. That is the reason why there is regulation.
6253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: I suggest raising the topic of bounty companies!!! on: November 26, 2020, 11:26:19 PM
You can't demand that to the bounty owners. Their bounty, their rules.
The solution for your demand is only to look for those bounties with a reputable manager that holds a guaranteed payment. They have at least a good choice upon managing a bounty.

6255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $WAVES to hit $10 price soon? on: November 26, 2020, 10:32:44 PM
About the price:

Waves was at $2 in October but at the time of this post, it is at $7.6. The recent high was at $8.7.

What are your opinions on $WAVES in the short, mid and long term?

Not an investor of it but with all of the increase that is made in a short period of time. There is no doubt that it's also taking a positive effect on bitcoin's rally. If your goal is to see it at $10, there is a big possibility that it will. The price during January was under $1 and hit a decimal price while it's the same in March.
It seemed inevitable that waves was going to hit 10 dollars per coin during the next days but now with the correction we are seeing on the bitcoin price this is probably going to take longer than expected, if this is just a correction then it may take another month or two before we see that price but if this is the end of the rally then you could need to wait at least for 6 months if not for a year in order to see such a high price for waves.
This correction hit everything and this will make Waves take time to reach $10. I don't have any timeframe when is that possible to happen.
But as soon as this correction is done, we'll see including Waves to have a better price and recovery.
6256  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers lose more money than win. on: November 26, 2020, 10:09:43 PM
Yes, I don't think most of the gamblers lose more rather than than earning.
It is a real thing that most gamblers are losing more than what they're thinking of how much they could earn. I think you have just used the wrong comparison.
Only bettors who win jackpots or win from really high odds are the ones who win more than their losses.
They win but don't ignore that some do win too.
6257  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns [Last update: 19-Nov-20] on: November 26, 2020, 09:46:11 PM
There is a new signature campaign payable in BTC, but manager (I don't know why) post the thread in Bounty section:
There were campaigns that were also posted in Bounty's before that pays bitcoin so this isn't new. I've seen that they've made a new thread on the Services and they've changed the rate, at least a bit higher.

6258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You can't always hit the right target on: November 25, 2020, 09:04:26 PM
start acting like a real bounty hunter, if projects don't work out then move on because it's bounty hunting
You can't apply this to those bounty hunters that are joining even if they've already seen some red flags with a bounty. There's no bounty, there's no good manager, there's no potential good result for the project.
All of those can't be understood by them especially if it displays a huge pool of reward.

What I am worried about waves is that it seems they can't attract much users in their platform waves.exchange. $10 is very possible to happen, however, I don't know if they can attract traders on their exchange. They already migrated to a new one and yet, it seems they are not making any noise in the community. They do need to have active marketing. Seems that they are lacking on that aspect.
I haven't got into their exchange but I've seen that they have it to compete. But as long as their token remains competitive with other altcoins, they can continue what they are developing.
There is tough competition with exchanges and it's no question why they are hardly getting users on their own platform.
