6261  Bitcoin / Press / [2020-08-01] How the FBI tracked down the Twitter hackers on: August 01, 2020, 03:06:16 PM
A timeline of the Twitter hack composed from court documents published today.
After earlier today US law enforcement charged three individuals for the recent Twitter hack, with the help of court documents released by the DOJ, ZDNet was able to piece together a timeline of the hack, and how US investigators tracked down the three suspected hackers.

The article below uses data from three indictments published today by the DOJ against:

Mason Sheppard, aka "Chaewon," 19, of Bognor Regis, in the United Kingdom [indictment].
Nima Fazeli, aka "Rolex," 22, of Orlando, Florida [indictment].
Graham Ivan Clark, believed to be "Kirk," 17 of Tampa, Florida [indictment, courtesy of Motherboard]....

FA Cup final is today! but where's the hype? where's the excitement?  Grin

anyway, I've added this match to a small multi which also has another league cup final (benfica - porto)
https://i.imgur.com/6lmY6oX.png

the most important game of the season for the Gunners, and chelsea are ready to ruin the party, surely we're gonna see some goals from each side, right?
Almost forget it! 3 hours 30 minutes to go Smiley
Well I think there will be many goals as you said and there will be magic 3 goals scored or received by Chelsea Grin
6263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More than 50% of bitcoins from Twitter hack have been sent through mixers on: August 01, 2020, 10:51:24 AM
Well not surprised at all, we already had a talk about this in another topic, that was an expected move although I thought they will use mainly mixers or non-KYC exchanges, and not cashing it out directly lol!
6264  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Network fee is killing my small profit on: August 01, 2020, 10:39:49 AM
You will be able to make real profits only with big deposit, sorry
No he actually can make profits with small amounts too. It only depends on the way he uses. I am aware of people trading that way but directly. For example, $50 = 0,0043 BTC. I will send to my client that amount using a wallet that allows me to select fees (satoshi/byte) so that client might wait long to get his funds (not necessarily of course). Or else, I will sell those 0,0043 BTC for him with $53 (or $50+fees) if he wants his funds faster.
6265  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: August 01, 2020, 10:29:24 AM
my eyes are on Atalanta - Inter
this is the direct battle for the second place in SerieA, but it's also a good training match for the CL e EL going on next week

Should be a great match. I just hope both sides will see this as an opportunity to clinch 2nd place and have a final check before European commitments. They could also go the other way and decide to rest most of the players.

I am waiting for line ups before placing the bets today and then going hard  Cool
Key game to determine who might be the second but remember a draw can let Lazio claim back the second spot if it will win vs Napoli.
Actually today games are pretty good, the best one of course is Atalanta vs Inter, but Juve - Roma and Napoli - Lazio are quite interesting too Wink
6266  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Snipie's gambling investment test on: August 01, 2020, 10:20:33 AM
Gratz! I guess that he was also a reason for last 6 weeks in red. I have a filling that he was doing some sort of martingale system. That's why despite statistic advantage casino was loosing week after week pushing you into  loses unless whale hit killing strike and whipe himself out.
Thanks! Not sure if he was the only one responsible for this long dip but certainly he was implied in keeping our profits negative. For now BTC investment is stable around 53k satoshi. I saw someone playing yesterday with the same attitude so I think he is back Wink
6267  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: July 31, 2020, 03:32:15 PM
Well i can't believe that wolves are among those top 5 favorites to win the Europa League , the list based on the lowest odds are :

Manchester United @2.6xx
Inter milan @5.3xx
Leverkusen @6.1xx
Wolves @7.0xx
Sevilla @7.8xx

And the nearest event is between inter milan vs getafe on 5 August, the odds for inter to win the game at home are @1.9xx now , pretty nice price over there.
What makes that odds quite high for inter hmm?
Are they having bad records playing against Spanish Teams? I'm not sure.
Actually Inter is doing good in Serie A after the pause while Getafe isn't that good in La Liga. Of course this doesn't mean necessarily anything but Inter seems to pass this game.
Of course the other listed teams are doing great and we will have interesting games to watch especially after the end of most leagues
6268  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Stable At $11K – Altcoins In Green: The Calm Before The Strorm? on: July 31, 2020, 03:20:23 PM
In my view, bitcoin should stay in this level for some time, between 11k and 13k, for stabilization, then resume the way up.
This requires generally a long consolidation period, couple of weeks or even months, but definitely possible!
I am always sceptical about fast rising and expect a dump just after it. Didn't expect we pass $11k and even to stay there for that long! We will see!
6269  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: July 31, 2020, 03:07:02 PM
No sane coach will come to Barcelona while there is Messi. While there is a Messi no one can implement his own game scheme, he cannot buy the players he needs. Messi is a big problem for Barcelona at the moment. But even without Messi Barcelona cannot.
Barcelona has been dealing with many problems those last years related or not with Messi. He is a key player and games tactics mostly rely on him whether the coach likes it or not.
New coach will surely have dozen problems with Barca this year, cannot buy new players, have many old ones, conflicts between some of them...
6270  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: July 31, 2020, 02:53:44 PM
most likely Barcelona will be the favorite in this challenge, but Napoli will not be intimidated, to remember that both teams will play away and will no longer be at Camp Nou

But you guys do realize Barcelona are not the favorites in this campaign at least according to the bookies right? They should be able to progress past Napoli or any of the other teams who have never won UCL but the minute they meet a past winner, I doubt they will be the favorites. Even Messi does not think so!

Barcelona can still be made a favorite team and I think playing with Napoli can also be more interesting in the two opportunities in this CL but do you think this city is worth favoring?
Messi will insist to keep going for his team even if the league fails then CL can be an ambition for them.
At least for Barcelona game vs Napoli, I think they can do it. Napoli aren't that excellent in their latest games in Serie A, their result was 1-1 in Italy so personally I think Barcelona gonna pass it unless they will play with really shitty performance which I doubt since they will try to win something this season..

Remember when Newcastle fans were talking about signing Coutinho and a bunch of other high profile players? LOL  Grin
That's a pretty good news. Mr chainsaw apparently get pissed seeing his wanna be team losing barely all its matches after the pause so he decided to cut them the deal and withdraw from this mess. Good!
6272  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: July 30, 2020, 01:16:02 PM
Resurrecting this topic from the shadows since the games will resume next week.
Before the pause is different than after the resume. Many teams changed completely and others became even better: Inter, ManU, Wolfsburg, Leverkusen, Sevilla, Wolves!
6273  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: July 30, 2020, 01:07:02 PM
Juventus lost again what a shame... this Juventus has no chance next week with Lyon.

Maybe is better they will go out with Lyon than with Manchester City losing with 5 goals.
Will not say it is 100% defeat vs Lyon but performing like that will not let them go too far in Champions League. And lol at the 5 goals which is possible indeed if they will face City!

https://www.gmx.com/sport/10067186-bournemouth-seek-legal-action-goalline-technology.html#.1559516-stage-hero1-1

Bournemouth is considering legal action, since they are relegated, and hawk eye technology for goal check admit their mistake on the match between Sheffield and Villa, which could make them stay in the league, what do you think about it?
A desperate and useless move imo. You failed to avoid relegation zone during 38 matches and trying to blame others for that... Then every team will consider legal action for hundreds of mistakes happening during the season...doesn't make sense..
6275  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Snipie's gambling investment test on: July 29, 2020, 09:45:13 PM
Congratulations to you OP, hope this win will continue, great timing, bitcoin is bullish, so that should result to bigger exchange rate.
Thanks  Smiley
Sweet moments, unless I determined to keep this topic updated for quite long period, I would grab my profit right now and reconsider my strategy. Maybe a bigger amount could be better or try another coin for a long period.
6276  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: African bitcoin ATMs on: July 29, 2020, 08:35:44 PM
Nice to find many ATM's in the African continent and in different countries. In Africa most of the northern countries banned bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general, at the opposite the southern countries made it legal. And I am not surprised to see South Africa leading with ATM.
6277  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin touch $15K till end of 2020? on: July 29, 2020, 02:44:07 PM
There is still higher prediction about Bitcoin price, I didn't predict too high price but I believe that bitcoin should touch or Crossed $15K Till end of 2020. What's your prediction about it ? Is it happen or not?
Can you give some backup that will support your prediction? well we really can't say what will happen for that long but there is always a possibility that it might happen. In my random guess I think the bitcoin might be around $13k by the end of the year.
Generally in November and December, the price surge and of course we all remember 2017 ATH, while during the summer it is generally a bit lower. Now since we are at $11k (maybe more during next days) then it might be why people are expecting the price to rise at certain level later.
6278  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Snipie's gambling investment test on: July 29, 2020, 02:37:32 PM
I think there could be like a manipulation in the betting wins and losses? I do believe that it could it could be configure in the computer so that team could play and win. So investment here is not really a good idea and they just trying to get your money in a legal way. If I were you guys just join a gambling platform that does not make any investment. You should not trust your money to them. See now the result. It seema they had too much profit now in betting aftee configurations.
You are free to think about anything.
Seeing the data, the actual BTC invested in Yolodice are 413.60472014. The investors part of it is 245.27077600 BTC which is 59.3% of the household.
For LTC the actual amount is 9,106.43523223 in which investors hold 8,492.21312125 LTC (93.2%).
For Doge the actual amount is 111,479,004.98496436 in which investors hold 72,450,501.64360307 DOGE (65%).
So theoretical, players are playing vs each others and the house is winning especially in LTC then in doge and BTC.
If a player lost 10 LTC then investors will split 5 LTC (not exactly, just an example) between each others and the house will keep 5 LTC for itself. Now if a guy won 10 LTC then the important part of it will be taken from investors 9 LTC normally while the house will just lose 1 LTC. Correct me if I am wrong.
In Yolodice, with BTC during the previous weeks, investors lost much because some players were winning a decent amounts, now when this guy lost around 22 BTC, my part as an investor holding around 0.005228% of the house share was around 100k satoshi.
6279  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: July 29, 2020, 11:39:45 AM
After both Inter and Atalanta winning their respective games yesterday, the second place will be determined at the last face to face between them!
Lazio could claim it too if it win its remaining two games and in case of a draw between inter and Atalanta Wink
6280  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2020-07-15] Elon Musk and Bill Gates 'hacked' in apparent Bitcoin scam on: July 29, 2020, 11:33:38 AM
Are you talking about this one?
-snip-
Quote
The interviews indicate that the attack was not the work of a single country like Russia or a sophisticated group of hackers. Instead, it was done by a group of young people — one of whom says he lives at home with his mother — who got to know one another because of their obsession with owning early or unusual screen names, particularly one letter or number, like @y or @6.
The Times verified that the four people were connected to the hack by matching their social media and cryptocurrency accounts to accounts that were involved with the events on Wednesday
Great. I don't understand why they are linking one guy to twitter, working for it and saying it comfortably. I think they aren't saying the truth in this part at least and trying to troll investigators
