I've finished watching one season of Mr. Robot because it has been mentioned in various threads in this forum and from what I watched I think your reason was because the main data drives are located in China. I'm not sure though because I don't really have a deep knowledge about the subject. It was like all of their hacking activities needs to get something done in China as well. For example, if they want to hack a company, they also have to hack the drives in China or get help from the Cyber army from China. If what's in the story of Mr. Robot is actually a real thing, then China is a huge part of the Internet, both in bitcoins and in the dark Net. But I think the actual reason why people say that China controls bitcoin is because they hold a huge part of the total bitcoins in circulation. ^obviously evilcorp controls bitcoin lol |
