6261  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you positive or negativeO? on: May 18, 2017, 11:59:46 PM
Im 2.6K USD positive overall gambling online... How much have you won or lost?
It is an impressive win percentage you got here and i would like to know what kind of gambling does you do,i do not really know my win loss percentage as i would purchase coins when ever i feel like rolling or gamble and with the price of bitcoin going up i just stopped doing it,my rough calculation would be it will be a loss as i am sure i made a huge mess with bet365 a couple of years back with sports betting.
6262  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin ever drop to $1200-$1500 on: May 18, 2017, 11:21:00 PM
I did expect for a correction some time back ,but with the present market situation i am not even sure what to make of it as the corrections we saw are just minute which means that there are investments coming in with every drop and not like we used to see earlier and we might see a good correction but i am not too sure when that will be and it all depends upon how much rally are we going to make with this run.
6263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Talk about Humaniq Token Trading on: May 18, 2017, 08:19:15 PM
bounty was distributed a couple days ago, a few didnt get them right away but most people did including me ive continued to hold the portion i got.
The coins went down and i was wondering why that is and now i understand it is because of the bounty,i never thought bounty distributions could make an impact in the price but now there is a good movement in the price of bitcoin as i am seeing some massive buy order and if they can get into more exchanges we will see more rallies, any word regarding them adding to Polo.
6264  Economy / Gambling / Re: DirectBet – LIVE Sportsbook & Racebook. Now Accepting Ether ! on: May 18, 2017, 05:47:11 PM
Hi directbet, will you be adding Bellator 179 in your MMA odds which is scheduled to be taking place on 19 may ,since this is one of the best cards they are putting forward i would like to know whether i will be able to wage a bet in your site.I really hope you will be adding Bellator events in the future.
6265  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 214: Cormier vs Jones 2 Info and Prediction Thread on: May 17, 2017, 11:42:10 PM
@Hydrogen i am going for a parlay for Bellator 179 ,Rory MacDonald vs Paul Daley, Paul Daley does not even have a chance against Rory MacDonald as he is a beast and he has defeated the current Welterweight champ Tyron Woodley and Paul Daley does not even have a good resume and i have seen his sloppy fights in UFC and Dana banned him for life for hitting the opponent after the bell . Cheesy another match is Liam McGeary vs Linton Vassell, Liam Mcgeary will take down Vassel pretty easily and will defeat him within two rounds.
6266  Economy / Speculation / Re: What would you do if Bitcoin price crashes? on: May 17, 2017, 11:15:18 PM
Since all of the coins are purchased well before crossing the $1000 mark i would not worry seeing a crash but i will be monitoring closely what the situation will be as i do not want to mess up and when ever i sleep i do have a stop loss in case there is a bad news ,since the price is stronger and the chances of a crash are nil and i do expect only smalls corrections  .
6267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I've Had Enough Of BTC - Converting To A New Currency on: May 17, 2017, 11:02:04 PM
The transaction delays are disappointing but if you are capable of providing higher fees then you might get it faster, the coins i use as alternative are litecoin and ETH because when i am trading and i am making a lot of moves i have to stick with alternative coins to reduce the fees i am spending at exchanges to increase my transaction speed and profit.
6268  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: May 14, 2017, 03:41:21 PM
I just made a stupid decision to wage a bet on NewZealand vs Ireland match in a parlay and i never thought NZ will be playing with a bench team, i am bit worried about the new bowlers NZ is experimenting in this match as they are not picking up wickets like i wish and Ireland does have a long batting line up and if they could put a good partnership they could defeat NZ.Rain has stopped play for now and i really wish they call off the match. Smiley
6269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: About altcoin on: May 14, 2017, 03:25:34 PM
Alt coin basically is the same with bitcoin all of them are digital currency, the differences is the coin offered a different features, like cheaper transaction fee and more anonymous an etc, but most of the alt coin being created is because the developer want to try to be rich with the coin that they created
So what is the purpose of us to use altcoin? Is it safe to join any signature campaign based on altcoins?
It is your choice whether you want to use a particular coin and you can join any signature campaign if there is an opening. I use litecoin and Ethereum to wage a bet in sports because they have faster confirmation times and lower transaction fees,so it is convenient for me to use those alts and the rest of the coins are used only for trading purposes.
6270  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin treated as money in Australia from 1. july on: May 14, 2017, 03:10:36 PM
Does it mean Satoshi was from both Japan and Australia at the same time? lol it's confusing or maybe they're competing to prove that Satoshi was from their country?
This however doesn't change anything from the root, of course if they start mining and have a vote in consensus and can actually effect the future of code in a good way that's something.
This is a strange way to analyze things, what does the legalization of bitcoin has to do with the origins of the creator  Tongue The time interval Satoshi was online is mainly UK and Australian time zones and other than the Japanese name he does not have any ties with Japan nor does he know the language and one more thing is that they does not need to start mining to legalize bitcoin. Cheesy
6271  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 211: Miocic vs Dos Santos info and Prediction Thread on: May 14, 2017, 02:11:06 PM
I think this should be it for jds. I agree that watching him, he's a bit too sluggish being a fan, it pains me see him get beat like that. and yeah the heavyweight division isn't that exciting anymore compared to the prime of jds, cain and even brock. perhaps randy couture  would consider coming back again LOL
UFC never had a dominant champion in the heavy weight division in their history ,the only division they always had exciting fighters was the light heavyweight division,as they had dominant and exciting fighters,Miocic is too good and he has improved a lot,JDS lost this match does not mean that it is time for him to call it quits as he is young compared to the other fighters. If you are looking for an exciting fighter in the heavy weight division look out for Francis Ngannou.
6272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 30BTC portfolio on: May 14, 2017, 07:56:12 AM
Just a quick update:
5000$ profit in 1week. I am happy! Smiley
How much have you invested and what all coins are there in your portfolio ,just curious to know because you terribly predicted the price of bitcoin to be around $800  Cheesy and now you made a $5000 profit in a weeks time, yes it was possible because every alt coin had a rally but curious to know which coin made you this much profit.
6273  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | Most Popular, Oldest & Trusted | Huge Community | Free BTC | Instant on: May 14, 2017, 07:45:58 AM
The only way to know about Happy Hour is to watch this thread, PD admins/moderators will announce Happy Hour here.
They won't post about it of their Facebook and rarely tweet about it.
I don't see anything about Happy Hour on PrimeDice's forum either: http://www.forum.primedice.com/
I think they stopped posting about Happy hours now as i have not seen Stunna posting about it here nor in their forum,i have heard they had a couple of happy hours and you could only know if you are active in the site other than that there is no way you could know that, may be because of faucet abuse they stopped spreading the news, only Stunna can answer that. Wink
6274  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet.com - bitcoin sportsbook and casino | BEST NFL and EPL odds anywhere! on: May 14, 2017, 07:36:04 AM
@BlackMambaPH they have the worst support system and  it will take some days for them to respond to your queries.Their bonus system really does not have any clarity and they wont be providing the bonus every time you reach 800 points ,their bonus system is just a joke,in their TOS it says that the bonus will be directly credited to your account ,their live sports book is the only reason i am wagging in that site.
6275  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Losing Faith in Bitcoin? on: May 14, 2017, 07:20:33 AM
The exchange rates doesn't matter much, as long as Bitcoin retains such a large userbase. You need to start worrying when the altcoins like Ether and Ripple attract a part of the Bitcoin users.
All these things are connected together,if the user base is large the price of bitcoin will be higher and so does the transaction delays with the current scaling issues the price would go up but they could not accommodate every transactions ,alt coins are attracting new investors and even they will suffer if the transaction per day is increased and we might see these issues in the future. Some of them have upgraded their protocol to segwit even though they did not need those upgrades.
6276  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 211: Miocic vs Dos Santos info and Prediction Thread on: May 14, 2017, 07:05:42 AM
I am yet to watch all the fights as the telecast i was watching was interrupted many times,Dos Santos came with a good game plan as he was kicking the legs of Miocic real hard and it looked like Miocic was hurt and i really thought that JDS will win the fight but Miocic started connecting really well and knocked him out with a beautiful right hand in the first round.
Poor Yair Rodriguez got his ass kicked real bad by Frankie,it was a brutal fight and i want to see how this loss will affect his future fights.
6277  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Mt. Poloniex, who is dumping when users can't sell? on: May 14, 2017, 06:38:57 AM
It is a really bad situation as i lost five hundred dollars in one coin that got delisted recently and i could not sell nor was able to withdraw in time and the price tanked really bad and after 24 hours they released the coin and by the time i lost a huge amount and i had to sell off everything at a loss as there was no positive direction from the coin itself, just purchased the coin to do some arbitrary trade and it back fired real bad.It was a good lesson after all and i would not dare to touch the coins that are going to be delisted ever again.
6278  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Returning to bitcoin after 2 years! shocked at confirmation time! on: May 14, 2017, 06:25:08 AM
This was not the bitcoin i had seen!
What in the world has happened to bitcoin
It is almost one day and the transaction has not been confirmed and as a result i am not able to trade in any exchange..
i have heard that the transaction confirmation time has increased but never expected this worst case.. at this rate everyone will soon abandon bitcoin and this is the reason perhaps bitcoin dominance has come down significantly in the crypto space
If you really checked the price of bitcoin you would not say that the dominance of bitcoin has come down significantly ,yes there is a significant change in transaction delays and the price of transaction has increased in the past few months and if you are not able to provide the required fees then your transaction might get rejected.
6279  Economy / Speculation / Re: China is coming back to the game, moon? on: May 14, 2017, 06:13:11 AM
I do consider the recent price rise is mainly because majority of the coins were stuck in Chinese exchanges and there was a shortage with the increasing demand and may be that is the reason for the price of bitcoin to raise this much, because in the past the Chinese managed to control the price with their huge volumes and would drive the price down, but this time around they could not do anything and so is the reason we did not see any major correction after the exchanges banned withdrawals.
6280  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin ETF - decision 15th May - Time and place on: May 14, 2017, 05:59:34 AM
What are the true advantages of ETF? Are we sure that we need it?
In short it is same like the mutual funds but on a larger scale ,the advantages on approval is that we will see huge investments coming into bitcoin which will impact the price and it will break more records on its way ,so these are the major advantages but to get approval it is really hard because the rule books says that it should be a fully transparent actively managed fund and bitcoin is a decentralized fund, but SEC has the rights to provide exemption like they did to powershares in the past.
