Has anyone reached level 5 yet? If so, how long did it take you?

A few days , If you login and play every three hours.

Have you actually paid anyone yet?

I am a little suspicious since everybody is getting scammed when signing up for these topics. See these threads:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=333865.160
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=326237.580

It takes 500 activity points to reach level 5.
You gain 1 activity point every hour plus 100 in the beginning.

So the op answer makes it sound even more fishy!

you cant gain 1 activity point every hour because of your limited resources.

Judging from you first reply , the second one which is more stupid and the high number in the ref= link , you have no clue about this game.

sure, if you buy many gold you can get to level 5 in less than 30 mins.

If i buy gold...
I pay 5 euros for 1 gold , with 1 gold I can buy 4x100 packages that's 4 levels.
It means that with 50 euros i can reach level 40 and earn 1.74 bitcoins from you.
And you'll get like at most 1000 resources , worth 1 euro at most.

6282  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Miners: Time to deprioritise/filter address reuse! on: November 27, 2013, 01:12:50 PM
I assume you have already implemented this , can you give some feedback on its' effects?
I know that there are lost of variables , (time between blocks which leads to more or less transactions) but do you have any average on how the number transaction/blocked mined has evolved?
6283  Other / Archival / Re: Mining pools list on: November 27, 2013, 01:09:09 PM
NOTE FOR POOL OPERATORS: If your pool doesn't appear here please post the pool's statistics as they should appear in the list below.

Why Ghash.IO is not listed?

Bitcoin Chile

Probably because it is a Private pool.
6284  Economy / Economics / Re: Why bitcoin isn't currency. on: November 27, 2013, 01:06:33 PM
Who says it is not a currency?!

Watch the video about senate

the people , by using it as a commodity or a store of wealth or investment rather than a currency.

Who thought that it is really profitable to get "hacked"  not to hack somebody else account.
6286  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitcoin to Cash Hacked on: November 27, 2013, 12:42:01 PM
Lots of "hacks" recently , if bitcoin reaches 10k , everything will be hacked.
The most profitable way in the bitcoin economy. Getting haked.

Whats going on ?

Does this thread turning into scam.

Anyways is there a way to get yourself removed from the list under whom you signed as referral as i have reached much higher level starting again will be time loss Sad

No , there is no such way.
The only way might be that the scammer might get his account deleted or blocked on goldentowns so you end up with the default referral in the game.
6288  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Will China go to war with Japan? on: November 27, 2013, 12:20:08 PM
China will never risk a war.
Right now they will get their ass kicked in so many forms , both on the war from and the economic one that is madness  to even think about it.
Also China is not known for winning wars Smiley

There are people using apple devices with no problem , with bitcoin clients.

STAMP:

9k coins to $1k
5k coins from $1k to $8k

All the newborn millionaires want to cash out at $1k

They do not realize that we will go up to 5 digits like a hot knife through butter once that the $1k resistance is broken.

Dude, do you ever sleep?

You seem to be compatible with about 3 different time zones!!

Judging by his overall posts he gets some healthy 4-6 hours of sleep.
Most of us won't make it till 80 anyhow Smiley))
6292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: concerns on the bitcoin system: isn't it TOO perfect? on: November 27, 2013, 09:49:43 AM
Satoshi "just" brought already existing ideas together in a clever way. It's believable imho that he is just one person, and not a zillion dollar funded government agency.

Regarding conspiracy theorists that are often unfamiliar with open source and large community-driven projects and can't believe how such a thing can come out of the blue, I often point them to MAME. I don't know how many thousands of man-centuries have been put into it, it emulates thousands of arcade games almost "too perfectly", is driven by passion alone and surely has no government agency or corporation behind it.

That makes Satoshi like Apple , and Apple is evil Smiley))

Just did, time for revenge!

The best way to get admins attention is to post on the Goldentowns forum. They don't seem to respond to emails or PMs.
That would also alert other players that Bambity is a scammer.

I think it's free to post once every hour in that box on the right side of the game.
We can at least try once , what's the worst it could happen?
Get banned Smiley))))
6296  Other / Off-topic / Re: How much are cigarettes in your area? on: November 26, 2013, 07:41:56 PM
I dont understand they tell us that cigarettes are bad but still it's very popular every. Sometimes the price is very low, like in Vietnam

What's so hard to understand?
People start smoking because they think is cool , they can't stop and they say fuck , it's my health as an excuse.
Lot's of people do drugs and they know it is bad but they go on.

6300  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Analysis of BTC/Crypto - Need feedback on: November 26, 2013, 07:28:19 PM
BTC  Advantages:
-No central control over the currency.  Once you have crypto-currency, you control what you do with it
yes
    -Money can be sent anonymously
not quite , it is semi-anonymous
-Money can never be frozen or taken away from you
frozen no , taken away yes
-3rd world countries with little to no banking access can now transact among themselves and hold currency without the need for a bank
i'm sure you refer to the people in those countries , not to the country itself , so yes
-Money can be sent all over the world instantly
yes
-Lower fees will reduce costs for business and lower cost of goods
yes it means lower fees , but will the merchant lower the sale price? it's the economy and the competitors that will dictate this
-If/when people lose faith in Fiat, crypto will be an extremely natural alternative.  If we get another Cyprus situation, why wouldn't you put your money into crypto? Better risk than leaving it in the bank
well , in Cyprus actually very few is any bough bitcoins , most bought goods or jewelry
-People who are not getting returns via stock market, etc will be looking for yield, if crypto continue to soar people will jump in
There is no cap in the stock market you can trade what you think it's gonna rise next , while bitcoin will have a cap where it won't go any further
-There is a natural floor in crypto due to illegal/other types of services. IE drugs, prostitution, hiding assets from a spouse, etc so there will always be some kind of future
yeah , the usual fud , and I never saw escort services accepting bitcoins
