1121-2212

Thomas Isidore Noël Sankara (21 December 1949 – 15 October 1987) was a Burkinabé military captain, Marxist revolutionary, pan-Africanist theorist, and President of Burkina Faso from 1983 to 1987.[1][2] Viewed by supporters as a charismatic and iconic figure of revolution, he is commonly referred to as "Africa's Che Guevara".[1][3][4]

Sankara seized power in a 1983 popularly supported coup at the age of 33, with the goal of eliminating corruption and the dominance of the former French colonial power.[1][5] He immediately launched one of the most ambitious programmes for social and economic change ever attempted on the African continent.

6283  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: August 04, 2016, 05:12:29 AM
Nothing special, i will waste biggest part of my money on bitcoins, cause if bitcoin dropped, it will rise again soon and i will get my profit for sure.

It depends on the situation circulating around that price decrease. From the current bitcoin price then reaching it again to $1, it's a disaster and others can say bitcoin is dead.

So before buying such large amount of coins if ever the price will drop to $1, consider these things:

- Why the price reached that status?
- Why it doesn't established a good support from $400, $300, $200, $100 and $50?
- If it doesn't established a resistance from the stated price then bitcoin is dead.

These are some reasonable investment advices. But still 1BTC for $1 would be very attractive for any bitcoin lover. Who wouldn't want to own 100 BTC by just paying $100? At such a low price Bitcoin will be more of a risky gamble than any form of investment. I would still buy them.

Everything is progressing with DigiByte Gaming and we are adding several new features to the platform.  We are most definitely still paying out DigiBytes.  However, following several recent exploits we have had to significantly tighten the parameters of the payouts to prevent spam and significant abuse.

Upcoming Changes:

* Accounts are limited to 1 summoner account (no longer 5). (This along with the referral system was being significantly abused)
* Switch to the questing / leveling system
* Additional Games
* Gaming API
* Additional services Smiley

Thanks a lot for the update. The site is working again. I finally got over 1000 DGBs =)

Thank you very much for the anonymous 390 DGB tip yesterday. I know my 1500 DGB is not a lot but everyone has to start somewhere with his altcoins.
6286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do Girls also gamble? on: August 03, 2016, 04:53:53 PM
I want to know that girls also gamble?

If yes then it looks like the number of female gamblers is negligible with respect to male gamblers. why?

If you take a look at some Chat room on the Major Bitcoin gamble site you will see a lot of female names. In my opinion 99.9% of These "Girls" are just dudes trying to get a tip. Some of them have actual Facebook pages. Probably also fake.

I don't know any girl that is involved with Bitcoin gambling so far. Not even my female gamer friends.

6288  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoins price decrease only temporary on: August 03, 2016, 01:14:22 PM
It really did shock me how much bitcoin went down overnight. We don't have to worry though because 1BTC is still 1BTC and this price is only temporary. We have no idea what would be the next movement of bitcoin, it's also possible that whales only did lower the price of bitcoin so they could buy more coins. We can't do anything about it so I suggest that we just all calm down and watch the chart daily..

Why wouldn't the bitcoin price decrease? A huge chunk of bitcoins were stolen and the thiefs definitely want to swap them into Fiat as soon as possible. They don't care if they are selling at 700$ or 600$. And of course the panic selling now doesn't help either.
It is just not clear to me why you would sell into this panic as a investor.
6289  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think that the current dump is going to destroy the image of bitcoin? on: August 03, 2016, 12:57:07 PM
Events like this one do serious harm to crypto's reputation in general, no doubt about that.

How can it harm the bitcoin reputation, if it's most important selling point of bitcoin? Yes, if you lost your bitcoins it's final. However, nobody can take it from you. It's two sides of the same coin.

This is correct. Bitcoin is the safest money in the world. As long as you never use it. Because using it is simply dumb, it's not for using. It's for hodling. Like a boss Cool

Depends on how much you paid for the bitcoins. Your money might be safe, but losing a lot in value if you bought at the wrong time.

Now with the price near $500 it is definitely worth considering storing some wealth in bitcoins.
6290  Economy / Speculation / Re: 350 USD in August on: August 03, 2016, 12:33:27 PM
It's coming

EDIT: This topic is my proof. Everyone thinks that it's not possible but why not?

I call it a bubble.

With btc @ USD 541.50 in early of this month. I guess is time I take back everything I said acouple of weeks back concern the price of btc bubble cos when said the bubble will happen I don't believe it and my question is. How do know all this right in time when btc was at peak price?

I wouldn't call hackers dumping $70M worth of bitcoins as a bubble. Once the panic sellers sold all there bitcoins, prices will start rising again.
6291  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Small earnings on: August 03, 2016, 12:31:38 PM
Give mine a shot:

leakybitcoins.com

You have a chance at winning about $0.55 USD (100k sat) every 30 minutes. This is considering the current price of BTC Smiley

Also, you can make a decent amount by building up a BIG list of paying faucets and visiting them on a regular basis throughout the day. I myself enjoy FaucetBOX related faucets because your earnings will accumulate in one location and you can withdraw to your local / online wallet after a minimum of 13k sat.

Good luck!

Why don't you show the percentages for winning 50k or 100k?

If you really want to get into faucets I would stick to faucetbox.com. There are faucets that pay you 400+ Sat per 2 hours.

Hello, I am having difficulty logging into Digibyte gaming with my Reddit account.

When i log in to Reddit i get

bad request (reddit.com)

you sent an invalid request

Any suggestions?

~Kayahoga

I have the same Problem with my Google account. Can't log link them.

Are you getting payout at the Moment?

All my payout within the last 8 days are stuck on "pending".

They might be in the process of moving everything to Azure or heaven forbid the donor for giving free digibyte has decided not to contribute anymore. Only the dev team can confirm what the status is. The community might need to give their digibyte towards the gamers.

The free digibyte has to come from somewhere , it doesn't magically fall off trees.

I understand that the DGBs must come from somewhere.
It is just that the website shows me for 8 days now pending payouts. So I am kind of waiting for them.  If there would be an offical message saying that they stop giving away DGBs. Or they are having issues with the website and payouts will continue in a week or so. It would be fine. I am just seeing any news from the admins or support.

The team will use some of the 250 000 dollars investment they got to buy some coins to fund the gaming, the community doesn't need to fund anything, everyone relax!

Everything is progressing with DigiByte Gaming and we are adding several new features to the platform.  We are most definitely still paying out DigiBytes.  However, following several recent exploits we have had to significantly tighten the parameters of the payouts to prevent spam and significant abuse.

6293  Local / Trading und Spekulation / Re: Welche Strategie würdet ihr wählen?? on: August 03, 2016, 07:10:03 AM
Hallo

Was meint ihr,???

6294  Economy / Economics / Re: What if US Dollar Crashes? on: August 03, 2016, 06:56:36 AM
I doubt that dollar will crush. As all American dollar has the best promotion, that's why it is so popular in the world and well known. Dollar rules the world nowadays. So I'm sure it will not crush in nearly feature, in far future - who knows?!

I agree with you the Dollar won't crush. USA is the first of the developed countries to start raising their interest rates again. It is far more likely in near future that we will see $1=1€  than a $ crash.

Bitcoin drops 20% after $70M worth of Bitcoin was stolen from Bitfinex exchange which exchange is next? what is the fate of bitcoin price? How do we protect against future re-occurrence?
Let us discuss this issue sincerely.

Just another security breach of a bitcoin exchange. Nothing new I would guess. Lesson to be learned: don't store your coins online if you have it is a small fortune.

Prices will go back up. No point in selling into this mess now.
6296  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Small earnings on: August 03, 2016, 06:45:16 AM
I've never used faucets or anything like that, but are there some faucets/websites where you can earn small amounts (I don't mean few satoshis, but a couple of cents)

Why you post this now? You are already in a signature campaign as a full member why would you start with faucets now? As a beginner it is good as a start into bitcoins but at your rank I think this is just a waste of time.

Check out the micro earning section on the forum.
6297  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do i need to know if i want to buy an account? on: August 03, 2016, 06:28:03 AM
Hello i got a newbie question, what information did i need to know before buy an account?
is it a good thing to buy an account? will i get any trouble by using the account I bought?

Don't buy an account here. It is just wasting your bitcoins. As newbie it is better to put in the time and effort to rank up your account. You will learn much more this way.

If you are looking for an account to joina signature campaign. It will take you weeks of posting to get back  the money paid for the account and you might even get kicked out of the campaign if your posts are unconstructive.

Just rank up to Junior rank and join your own first signatur campaign instead.
6298  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is fundamentally broken and unviable in current form on: August 03, 2016, 05:45:19 AM
The security breach at Bitfinex is just beyond the pale. No online wallets/businesses are trustworthy. I can't with a clear conscience recommend that anybody invest in or hold cryptocurrency until the community puts an end to the rampant theft.

I'm slow, and overdue, but now taking all my coins offline to a cold wallet, and not coming back until there is some fundamental change in security protocols, such that I will never risk suffering a 100% loss like some have experienced at Bitfinex. **I didn't have a btc balance at bfx at the time of hack, but I only got lucky.

That definitely makes sense to store your coins in a cold wallet. Of course online wallets are not secure. They are just much easier to use and access than any offline wallet. If you have only $50 to store in my opinion an online wallet is fine because a loss wouldn't mean the end of the world. But if you own more than 1 BTC you should never store than online.

1121-2212

Construction started in 2011 on the second aircraft, known as Solar Impulse 2, which carries the Swiss registration HB-SIB. Completion was initially planned for 2013, with a 25-day circumnavigation of the globe planned for 2014. A structural failure occurred on the aircraft's main spar during static tests in July 2012, leading to delays in the flight testing schedule to allow repairs. Solar Impulse 2's first flight took place at Payerne Air Base on 2 June 2014.
