6281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What do you think about DASH coin? Could see the ATH Again? on: February 12, 2021, 03:10:05 PM
I used to read tons of news about DASH in South America, along with Bitcoin Cash. Merchants everywhere, ATMs even and people were all saying they were fleeing their local currencies and choosing Dash and other crypto. But the funny thing is when I met people from there, none of them knew anything other than Bitcoin.

Plus we all remember Dash's shady beginnings. But if ETH can forget the dark past I guess Dash can too?
6282  Economy / Services / Re: Those who run a live casino or are considering investing in this business on: February 12, 2021, 02:02:57 PM
Get your business proposal out, and send it to the casino support you can look for them in the Official Announcement sections in Gambling. Supposing you're a real person with a real opportunity, ignore all the PMs you're going to get here from random people looking to scam you. Just saying;)
6283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: DEX w/o KYC: Bisq or Atomex on: February 12, 2021, 12:42:28 PM
Never tried atomex but bisq is quite good and has been around for a few years now (used to be called something else forgot), I only know localcryptos other than this that has also a good reputation.

As hugeblack says above, I don't trust atomic swaps. Prefer to use p2p platforms. Can check this list I just found too:) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5224711.40
6284  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Help: A list of LocalBitcoin alternatives (P2P marketplaces) on: February 12, 2021, 12:08:31 PM
I found a gold mine: https://kycnot.me

This site is too cool for us. It checks all these criterias besides non-kyc for the site:
Quote
Verified   P2P   No personal info   Cash accepted   No account   Tor   KYC if suspicious   Custiodial   Refunds w/o KYC

And, it also lists out other non-kyc based services and utilitiy sites. Pretty fucking cool.

A lot of new and unfamiliar names on this list for me, could be interesting. Would anyone have used any of these services?

We currently use a few traders that now have their own private whatsapp and yahoo chat groups (used to be localbitcoins but now they ban a lot of different types of payments and anyway easier to deal with people you know already from there) but sometimes still good to find new routes.
6285  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: February 12, 2021, 10:00:37 AM
In a bid to further my positions in this group, I've gone for a lot of draws. Have a good feeling we'll be seeing cautious teams set out especially with the big four or big six anyway, because of Europe competition coming up. City will play their game in hand for this round too, pretty tough Spurs and Everton. Big wins still expected though they're on fire the whole time now with a dozen consecutive wins!
6286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ BitcoinPRBuzz.com's ⚽ Spanish La Liga ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread on: February 12, 2021, 08:46:18 AM
Huge huge weekend once more. I'm still very much at the bottom but have not forgot about my picks, make sure you do the rest too my friends. The prizes for this pool are actually so much more attractive now because of BTC price aren't they?Wink

Real looks like a good bet for a draw today or Valencia handicap what do you think?
6287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should i wait for a pull back on ada to get in on: February 12, 2021, 08:13:53 AM
Not advice for ADA but for crypto in general. If you're looking to get in, and you actually believe in the tech and the project and what not, then you get in and strap in. Waiting for dips can save you some money but if you believe in longterm gains then it doesn't really matter what price you get in.

Note that this applies to proper crypto projects of course.
6288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: FreeWallet locked even Elon Musk. I still don't trust them. on: February 11, 2021, 07:05:46 PM
Elon may be trolling them and may not even have any accounts with this company. It is hard to believe someone who claims to believe in bitcoin for such a long time is using some poorly created web wallet for his billion dollar worth of bitcoins!

I smell something fishy going on for sure. Elon won't use freewallet, unless it's for fun and to try them out. And he won't even ask them to unlock his account if he got it locked. He'd just move on.

Like you said, impossible he actually sent any coins to freewallet! Much Publicity damn.
6289  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: February 11, 2021, 04:54:55 PM
@leela-1334 I wouldn’t get my hopes too high on Kane staying at the club, because he wants to win trophies and that’s clearly not happening at Tottenham, hence I feel that he’ll leave at the end of the season.

Also Bale was always going to be a risky gamble, but sadly it didn’t pay off for Mourinho so you’re right, Bale has to leave for good at the end of the season.

Yes,,, I was never expecting him to stay. He left us, and only came back because he ruined his relationships at Madrid by not learning the language and all those comments. He wants to win trophies but that attitude is not really something that will help him. No hard feelings, he can go as he has not done much for us anyway even when he is give the chance. Better for us ultimately.
6290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this even normal? on: February 11, 2021, 04:00:30 PM
Bounty projects don't have the same team members so be expecting different kind of habits and attitudes from them, you can't do anything than follow their rules if truly you want to get paid, this is just the way things are with bounties, some will end up paying nothing and some will mistreat hunters but later consider them, it's been like this since the beginning

Been getting worse, but who can blame them? I think we just need to wisen up and start treating these jobs like they are: peanut jobs. A proper role somewhere with a recognized project and actual utility and community is never going to be easy but it pays off in the end.

Then again, I guess most people don't want to wait to get a big payoff. Familiar story of crypto.
6291  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐Bitpunter.io⭐ | List of Licensed Bitcoin Casino and Sportsbooks 🥇🥈🥉 on: February 11, 2021, 02:38:24 PM
I checked out few reviews you made and I would update information for Sportsbet because I am sure they are offering bonuses after registration and they are accepting players from United Kingdom on their other website sportsbetio.uk but I think Bitcoin is not supported there.

There are many complains for 1xBit website and all their other websites and I think their rating should be lowered than 4.5

Yeah Sportbet I would say has a lot more bonuses than the regular casinos (most offer deposit bonuses with high wager requirements so very difficult to tell these apart from each other). Playing there for a while now you see event-based bonuses, and daily boosts on sports that give you the best odds anywhere.

Spot on about 1xbit too! Can't believe they're still getting good reviews after a long history of poor customer treatment.
6292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP Rally Starts Today! on: February 11, 2021, 02:06:35 PM
^ This is the sustained pump that Ripple is famous for. Just wait for the dump that will come when the next big event comes along to remind everyone that oh, actually this is a centralized company controlling most of the supply doing whatever it wants to line their pockets!

And then another pump to make us forget:)
6293  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Comments on CBN Ban:How IMF and World Bank’s Policies Destroy African Economies on: February 11, 2021, 12:51:17 PM
IMF and World Bank also destroyed us in Asia. But instead of blaming them, blame our own corrupt governments.

An increase in the minimum wage does not hurt the business, it hurts the businessmen that are profiting billions of dollars every year. Look at Dan Price, with his company having a huge wages for his employees, the productivity and their revenue increased a lot of times and that is because his employees are given a living wages enough to save money. There should be a dramatic increase in minimum wages because the gap of the last increase in minimum wage and the inflation is so wide that a puny amount will not be enough.

It never hurts the businesses. If business can't afford to pay minimum wage, they shouldn't be in business. If all the profits come because you cut corners from production and wages, then you're not running a good business. Min wage respects the quality and expertise and skill that goes into producing something (product or service).

That seems as good as it gets, I do not think that it would really change too much of anything to be honest if it was just waiting around for getting paid. After all if I collect under 1 satoshi, and do it 4 times per hour, and combine get 2 satoshi I would end up with the same thing as getting 2 satoshi per 4 hour instead. That is actually even saving time for the claimer, instead of doing it every hour constantly, you would be capable of waiting around for it.

However I do suggest people to keep spending the free money they get back on lottery and gambling because if you are getting just few satoshi that is really not the optimized way to use this place. I have been around for years of course so it is easy for me to say this but I have spent some money on gambling and lottery so now I have 60+ satoshi per claim (I think it was 88 at one point but I might have claimed too much), that is a lot better.

I have 80 per claim, that's with the full bonus activated from wagering so yeah, it would feel like a really big drop for people like me who maybe claim it 4 to 5 times a day, but of course if I could get 400 satoshi from a single day claim, and with a chance to go higher for loyalty, then ok it's fine.

Not that I'll rely on it for more but yeah, if you wagered a lot to get where you are, you'd feel you might play a lot less if it required you to wait a long time to get something.

And as I was saying yesterday, BTC ATH and keeps climbing. Doge not going anywhere. Time to put in some big investments?
Do you mean put big investment on Doge investment? IMO this is not the best time to invest since DOGE still around $0.07+, while it was even below than $0.01. I also waiting DOGE falling down and back to it price before make some investment

Price has never mattered regarding crypto investment in Bitvest bankroll (with regards to profitability). I think it made over 100% profit in January alone, and before that for 2 or 3 years it has consistently made me positive returns. People love gambling doge, but yeah now that market's in a rally of course people are more careful.

But that's not affecting luck. Just volume.
6296  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: February 11, 2021, 06:55:47 AM
Well, we officially now have both Spanish giants out of Copa del Rey, all eyes now on La Liga (and perhaps Champions League). Barca didn't actually play so bad from what I could tell. Just that Sevilla's gameplan worked out better. Koeman must be feeling like Zidane now. All or nothing in La Liga.
6297  Economy / Speculation / Re: $80k within 6 weeks, new ATH October 2021 on: February 10, 2021, 06:00:38 PM
No, I totally understand your point, you posted it when we are still in the super fast rally, and then we went into a period of consolidations. But with the current hype of Elon Musk and his Tesla, we could at least hit $56k-$60k. And if you remove the consolidation phase in your prediction, we might as well be in the $70k-$80k at least.

A good $50k'ish wont be bad though till Feb 18th right? And then we work on till $70k-$80k as you predicted.

Absolutely good news if 50k is still in March. This rally is bigger in terms of dollar amount so naturally, it will take a longer time but the other good thing for me is it's not going up super crazy (ok except for days like Elon's pump) because we all know when it goes up so fast in percentage the fall is even harder and more painful to deal with later on.
6298  Economy / Speculation / Re: FUDS are big Confirmations that were in a Bull Market!!!!!! on: February 10, 2021, 04:41:08 PM
When will that audit into USDT Tether will finish? That's still a major outstanding FUD this year.

I bet they will release that tether FUD when btc reaches another ATH at $50k or whatever so they have another chance to buy in cheaper  Roll Eyes

But Tether has finished several audits in the past already and supposedly satisfying all the 1:1 deposit and balance requirements but then these results aren't even transparent to anyone else outside the company.

But each few months they just go and print even more USDT and people still buy into it.
6299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Nigeria CBN false statements about Bitcoin on: February 10, 2021, 04:08:58 PM
All are lies, they can claim that very possible terroists can make use of cryptocurrencies but as of now, we Nigerians know how the fiat are so weak to allow terroists to make use of fiat. They use fiats for their operation, they have sponsors which make use of fiat and from US SEC, it is clear how we cryptocurrencies  are not that used in terrorism the way people are thinking of. Boko Haram has been existing before the creation of bitcoin, so do all other high ranked terroists. Fiats are used also for money laundering and many other criminal activities.

As an Asian I know the same. All the biggest crimes are committed with banks and with USD. Our local currency is laughable and you want to use BTC? All the criminals will laugh at you, they know now about blockchain and it is traceable. For small time crimes maybe but try sending millions of corrupt politicians money in BTC and it is an instant red flag on blockchain.
6300  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: February 10, 2021, 12:02:11 PM
Atletico have 2 missing games and Barcelona have 1. Atletico can still make the point difference 11 if they win those games. As I said before, there is a tight schedule ahead of them and the results they get from there will be very important on the road to the championship.

They've been doing seriously well with the pressure. I hate having games in hand but they're actually just winning points (and don't forget Celta was a tough team) and all thanks to the super genius move to bring Luis Suarez. He's going to be so important against Chelsea too with Champions League coming up, imagine a 34 year old guy breaking Ronaldo's record and fit as a lion;)
