You can set or change the date, the tokens issued is not the case here but the reason on whatever it is cause the change of date. Nah, it wouldn't possible change issued date after deployed any kind of token either its TRC or ERC.
This one is fixed too as explained. But I assume you are the developer then changing date would not be an issue @NimbleGo if you are gonna used the same contract that you have deployed.

Not just him, even a lot of users have different set of telegram and email attached to its high rank accounrs. Based on the current spreadsheet, the facebook participants are 422 and for Twitter is 404. But if we are going to compared the actual proof of authentication from real applicants, the thread is only three pages utmost. So there is possibility that he/they operate above 200 to 300 dummies more or less but chances it could be more

I know that theymos is the only one that accept merit source applications. But I think it's been a while since he add up new merit source applicant/s. There are tons of applications pending for months, so I was thinking maybe theymos was fed up with other works here (technical,advertise section, and etc) to entertain it. Or Im guessing that the applicants didnt pass his qualification but I doubt it. There are some really good applications on this LIST Open Merit Source Applications,waiting list.There are currently 97 trusted MS according to this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=merit;stats=sourcesSo I am thinking if this is possible, if those 97 merit sources can have an opportunity to vote and decide which application/s should be granted an opportunity. Those current merit sources were handpicked by theymos so I guess he trust the judgement of these people to look out for potential one too. Looks like total merit generation is also decreased from 21671 to 21171 (reduced by 500), assuming total merit generation stats at 21671 between tranthidung posts and Blacknavy demotion. I prefer beef up existing and active MS, but why not both? Some MS might be inactive or less active than usual. But this suggestion is okay too ( the first one) but its cool to have new merit source too on appropriate boards ( where we used the voting process I suggested)

That principle is like asking for miracle dont you think? Have some humility and maybe market will have too towards you. For me, confidence should be used in a timely manner too. Being proud of your analysis on trading is not bad at all. If you lose you will. These characteristics are just a bad omen to to those who dont know how to trade efficiently. Sometime, my risk apetite is very huge leading to some good gains and few loses too.
Market will do good also for you if you can read and analyze better his next move not just because you have some humility towards it.

I think everybody agree that there are some confusion on these cases and some dont mind. What if there is a new added option( for those usernames have changed) in the user's profile section which stated that he changed his username ( free or via vip donation) and that portion is clickable to everybody and set to view the old username of the user. This option is set to be active for a certain period of time, lets say 6 months more or less, until everybody who knows that user Y changed from X and anyone who have done transaction or deal will not be confuse as if where is X? At least by this, there is a transition and not absurd to everybody. Just a suggestion.
It bypass privacy of that user showing his previous username but for everybody concern its not bad addition for me |

Maybe suggestion about local board posts, it is still some discussion among the users of this forum. People from local boards are also a potential beneficiary of BestCHange service, here is no reason to demotivate post in the local section. Maybe with limit 3-5 post per week in the local board can be eligible for weekly quota.
I also posted on our Local board, and I think many of us too but posting on Local are rarely seen valid on some campaign with the exemption of Chipmixer and some few others. I understand why BestChange didn't count it as valid post due to the nature of their business hence it will not so beneficial to them. In addition, it will add more work for them to understand different languages posted by users on different local boards. Having said that, Im not sure if Google Translate can be useful on this case.

OP I think its appropriate to change the title into lighter or more subtle cause your labeled (uncompleted scam) is too much and will damage the reputation of the project if this turns out to be a legit one. If your giving a warning you should use correct words such as suspicious/beware. You can find it suspicious that they lack some vital information such as whitepaper, website, team profile and etc. But we shouldnt judge them too early maybe they just preparing to launch these details.(act when the information or any form of plagiriazed or proven modus are there). Also like @Rikafip said followed the format of proper reporting.

Even though the infection percentage is pretty low and the number of deaths are also low, looking at the current trends doesn't really give confidence for non-essential businesses to operate. I believe Philippines will have to wait for more time unless the number of infection subsides.
Agree with this. The country cant able to produce a flat line result for the infection. Allowing the operations of casino would only result to non stop new cases.
If the article is right and some land based casino are preparing then its gonna be a lot of a mess. I am sad with the fact that government lower the ECQ to GCQ allowing some of the companies and employees go to their work. Not because I dont want them to have money for a living but the sacrifices of frontliners were means nothing cause this decision will only surely increase cases definitely. So better not to open those land based casino at all until there are some improvements seen on the results. |

Few users have been granted that request by theymos and we all knew that reputation is also part of this decision and if you are an established member of this forum. However, some exception could be made like this case: Yes, a change from alia_armelle to alia is a minor change which I would normally do for anyone who can convince me to spend time on it. (If I recognize your username, I'm much more likely to handle your requests. I'm also much more likely to look into your scam accusations...)
I never accept payment for this sort of thing.
