I rarely see a project in ICO that's related to car go successful. And $100k looks too high these days, most ICOS barely make that much.

Yes, they need to rectify their whitepaper and edit it.
If they want serious investors on board, they should make a well-written whitepaper.
$100k is not too difficult to attain if the investors will see this project as a promising one and if the foundation is good.
But right now, I don't think they qualify  for that criteria.

Are you introducing the project seriously? Your post is too sketchy, nobody cares about your project with such a layout. This project is not new and not really attractive, it is unlikely to attract investment. Good luck to you!

 You could have already hire someone to at least proofread your document for as little as $5 on a fiverr or even on this forum before you posted it publicly. This way, you are just showing how unprofessional you are. This is not how a serious project is started.

Even if you 3 buy yourself lambos, hire staff and develop app, you still have $9,000,000 to spend on cars   It is like 450 Kia CeeD hatchback. You know, cities size of Moscow have about 500 cars running in car-sharing services, but their population is almost 2 times more than whole Bulgaria

Thank you for your feedback. We'll review our roadmap and make some changes due to covid-19 our date is not exactly. We want to buy Tesla model 3 performance [50k$] as first car and start to develop our service [application/marketing/legal regulation e.t.c]. Yes we were analyse car-sharing company in Moscow. But we don't wanna use normal car like Kia CeeD, we gonna make e-cars infrastructure and buy about 200 Tesla Model 3 standard range plus for doing our business that's why hard cap is 10M$.
I know that population of Moscow is almost 2 times more than whole Bulgaria. But most of our customer will be tourists it's about 15 millions people per year and this number increase every year

why not look for private individuals or investors from Bulgaria itself? you can easily pitch this concept to them and for sure you can get their attention if your presentation is good. at least you will not go far in raising your funds or asking from the community via ICO as ICO is almost ignored nowadays, now that we are still in the pandemic crisis. it is better to look for those private investors so you can really move forward even if your ICO fails.

The white paper and the team behind the project are the most important things when I analyze new projects. For any project, white paper should be of good quality and should not contain plagiarized content regardless of the size of the community. If they are serious about the project, there is no valid reason not to do it in a proper way, right?

We're look for private investors or any investment fund from world. Our CEO have conversation with local businessman but it's not so safe to tell our idea to local investors because they can steal our ideas. ICO it's one of the way how to find small and huge investors in the world. Also we're planing to make a least one IEO. Sure we will move forward if our ICO fails.
