Por si alguien se sorprende por haber recibido méritos esta mañana, hoy he realizado una de mis acciones de descarga de méritos antes de que " caduquen". Esto lo hago periódicamente, y realmente obedece al cúmulo que se obtiene por mis hábitos de meritar en TXs de 1 y 2 a lo sumo en general. Con la acción de esta mañana, es como si hubiese meritado los posts remeritados con 2 y 3 méritos respectivamente de entrada, en lugar de con 1 y 2. Actually, and interesting retrospective exercise is to revisit one’s own first merited post, especially if you’ve been around for a while. The posts have a context given by the thread that should be taken into account, but all in all, revisiting the first meriting post of people is quite interesting to see (I’ve just done so on a few of the profiles on this thread – over the 120 day window timeframe). Hace algunos meses leí un caso de un banco (no sé si el mismo que citas) que transfirió cantidades importantes a clientes que eran empresas por error. De memoria, recuerdo que el caso citaba que varias de ellas habían ya gastado ese dinero, pensando que era legítimo. Dado que ya se lo habían gastado, no se vieron obligados a devolverlo, dado que les causaría un grave perjuicio, y el error partía del banco. Uno podría decir que la doctrina podría aplicar a este caso sobre la base del bitcoin gastado, aunque me da que no habrá jurisprudencia para ampararse en una resolución similar al caso anterior. Tampoco aplica en este caso el precepto de la publicidad realizada por error, dado que, según entiendo, la promoción se abonaba claramente en una stablecoin, y no en fiat. |

Asumir tendencia a partir de los datos de un mes escaso es tomar el todo por la parte. A buen seguro que habrá inversores que hacen el movimiento indicado, activados por la caída de bitcoin y las demás criptomonedas, de la misma manera que habrá que entren a jugar sobre la base de los precios más bajos. En todo caso, veamos los gráficos con varios meses de datos para ver si ha tendencia o un movimiento puntual de un par de meses.

Es uno de esos temas que va apareciendo de vez en cuando por aquí y por allá, y que no acaba de tener mucho eco. Quizás sea debido a que es un tema técnico, no del usuario típico en primera instancia, por lo menos no hasta que no se desarrollen productos/servicios que lo aprovechen de manera inherente. Algo menos de 100 clientes de Blockfi han recibido, por error, una recompensa en BTC en lugar de en un stablecoin. El problema es que se ha transferido en BTCs el importe numérico completo, sin contravalorar a BTC (que tampoco era la intención, pero bueno). Como resultado, los clientes receptores han recibido valores de hasta 701 BTCs (supuesto caso extremo) en su cuenta, algunos de los cuales han retirado lo recibido hacia direcciones que controlan fuera de la plataforma. La compañía les ha reclamado su devolución, ofreciendo una recompensa, y he ahí el dilema ético que algunos tendrán. Algunos lo devolverán sin problemas, y otros se lo pensarán, ponderando si pueden quedárselo sin consecuencias. Es posible que esté relacionado con el tema de los fees y la consecuente velocidad de la confirmación de la TX. Al fin y al cabo, son productos de relativo bajo valor, donde es importante el plazo rápido de entrega, y tener incertidumbre en torno al momento de confirmación y el importe de la TX no es bueno para el que sólo busca una pizza rápida, dado que puede transformar la experiencia de usuario deseada. Esto también tendría su lectura más profunda … |

Ahora no vale tocar las (pocas) previsiones que dejamos en este hilo, pero por ahora, y aprovechando que el rio pasa por Pisuerga, el que más se acerca en su previsión soy yo, con los 35K$ que reflejé en el OP.
Claro que nadie se esperaba esta caída por una cascada de eventos y/o tweets, que tampoco me parecen de una gravedad tremenda como para el efecto que han tenido (lo de China no es nuevo realmente). Veremos cómo queda a finales de año, y espero perder de largo con mi previsión …

De hecho, para las campañas que pagan en bitcoin pero tras contravalorar un importe fijo en USD, se da ahora la paradoja de que a más baja el bitcoin de valor, más bitcoin se obtiene de la campaña. Esto tendrá su gracia sobre todo si el valor de bitcoin se recupera (en contraposición a lo que está haciendo ahora).
Pongamos que bitcoin recupera el ATH durante este año. Querrá decir que, respecto de hoy, los ingresos derivados de la campaña habrán generado un 87% (*) más respecto de lo generado hoy en términos de contravalor a USD.

No es que sea la panacea, ni el sueño dorado, pero parece que algunos ponderan y se lanzan hacia la residencia en Andorra para ahorrar en impuestos. Los requisitos no son bajos, y está lo de residir más de medio año en el país, pero el artículo abajo referenciado cita cierta tendencia al respecto (entendiéndose para grandes montos). Más allá de los impuestos en sí en el momento de la venta en España, creo que el gran problema de muchos es el histórico de obtención de los bitcoins (minería, campañas, swaps, faucets, etc.), sin haber considerado (por x motivos) que determinados pasos en el camino sí precisaban una declaración a Hacienda. That’s actually what I do, refreshing the results page every now and again at will. Just to add to that the following inconveniences that one should consider if they use the search function for this purpose: - It might be best to delimit the message age to a few days, to focus on near-time quotes. - Normally, sort by most recent topic first. - Search seems to work on complete words, not partial. That means that if your user name is quoted with and @ or a 's, you won’t (I believe) get a hit. In order to overcome this, you can place several search keywords in the search function, separated by spaces, and using the "match any words" option (i.e. @DdmrDdmr DdmrDdmr ddmrddmr's DdmrDdmr, ddmr2, DdmrDdmr's). - The search function sometimes does weird things when simply refreshing the results page (which is what I do). Every now and again, it returns results that are completely unrelated to the parameters. When it does so, you need to go back to the search parameter screen, and change something before hitting the search button again. - This method depends on one actually refreshing the results page at will. Edit: Altered search string example and separated by spaced, not coma (coma would be part of the search string) |
