when will legalization bitcoin? why this does not happen? are there any countries that have legalized bitcoin?
or already somehow now it is possible to legalize the income received from Bitcoin?
from what I heard and read some article the bitcoin in japan has become 100% legal and I myself don't know what the regulation because I don't live in japan. That is right that the Japan already made 100% legalization of bitcoin in their country and there is more than 200,000 stores that are accepting bitcoin right now and i believe that bitcoin is a good way for them to increase their income because if they just hold the bitcoin that they collected from payments then their income in bitcoin already go up to 200%. I don't think that there is regulation in bitcoin in Japan because the government only do to the stores is to tax them based on their income. |

The prediction of the experts are slowly getting true and that is why i keep collecting and holding bitcoin because i believe that someday the price of bitcoin will go up to 10,000 USD and that is the day where i will just sell my bitcoin and i will keep the few for long term holding again and i will build my own house and buy the nice things that i wanted since i was a child like a nice car.

There has been a lot of accusations form banks, that bitcoin is perfect for money laundering and is used for supporting crime.
I think they can do a lot of harm to bitcoin market and they will eventually start with harsh campaign against it.

it will not happen because banks are not concerned with bitcoin. which makes them uncomfortable is in terms of payment because the transaction payments through bitcoin cheaper than the bank, therefore people generally prefer bitcoin. Not all the people knows about bitcoin and i don't think that the banks are not concerned with bitcoin because some of the banks already notice bitcoin as a threat for them because when more and more people recognizes bitcoin as an opportunity then they will pull off their money from the bank and put it in bitcoin so they will have a cheaper way for transaction and also investment at the same time. |

Yes; you are right that bit coin will taxable after the legalization and declaration of the regular and permanent currency of a country otherwise it will be taxable if anybody convert it into fiat. So according to present situation bit coin is not taxable at the moment. Taxation is the only way for the government to make money in bitcoin and if they will legalized bitcoin then it will be easy for them to control it because the bitcoin will be under to their law and they can charge taxes in a cryptocurrency exchange which is a big fish for them and they can get lot of profit by doing that so it is just like give and take for bitcoin. |

If the government have not been able to totally hinder bitcoin from making progress I do not think bank can successfully fight bitcoin because most people are believing in bitcoin already.

Bitcoin is both and you don't need to try hard to determine which is the suited term for bitcoin because you can use bitcoin as an asset by putting some investment by your own money in the cryptocurrency market and hold them for a little bit long and wait for the price to go up and make some money because of that. Probably the most that worries government is that bitcoin is anonymous. That why they are saying that bitcoin or any other crypto is used for criminal activities. You cannot blame them cuz of that its theirs opinion on this subject. However this dont mean that all use this for that we here dont use this for that purpose, we trade buy invest. If this is criminal activity then we all criminals if government this like that.
Off curse few years back there were some lines that dark coin back then i think was used to transfer large amount of cash to US and they didnt do anything about it cuz they didnt know ho send it and for who was send. This is probably the major thing that government want to know everything who is sending and who is receiving that is why they wont accept this as future money.
That is the disadvantage of bitcoin or other cryptocurrency is the anonymity and that is why it is hard to please all the governments because the anonymity of bitcoin will become a hole for the criminals and hackers to just abuse it to transact different things like illegal activities, for example; buying and selling drugs, child trafficking and so on. So the governments are just afraid to trust bitcoin because of those things that might happen. |

I don't think that there is something or someone who will compete with bitcoin because even there will be a competition for bitcoin then it will not be enough to eliminate bitcoin and replace bitcoin from being the top 1 cryptocurrency in the crypto market. Absolutely not, we're a stronger community with or without China. China as a whole we're struggling to be on the same page, but we still have people globally that Chinese or are originally from China that still support Bitcoin no matter what so it's a complete loss in that regard.
We can still do the same things in the future even there is no china that supports the bitcoin foundation and i believe that because of the banning of bitcoin in china, it will encourage more countries because people will think that they will have more chance to make more profits because the big fish is already turned its back from bitcoin and we can now take advantage of it. |

Currently I do not think bitcoin can be worth $ 7000. but it could reach that level next year. When the bitcoin gold event ends I believe the bitcoin value will decrease. I also believe that the price of bitcoin will decrease after the fork or the release of bitcoin gold because it will be a selling day for the bitcoin holders because they finally get the bitcoin gold and they can cash out all the profit or money that they got in bitcoin which will give them a secured profit and comfortable feeling because of the successful investment. |

The best time for me to invest on bitcoin is when the people are panicking to sell their bitcoins because the market is falling down and everybody are just dumping their bitcoin and leaving it even they will get losses. what I like most about bitcoin is the convenience given, meaning bitcoin can be easily used whenever and wherever. of course it will give us satisfaction if using bitcoin.
Using bitcoin is not a priority for me because when you use your bitcoin then it will be gone and it will not comeback to your bitcoin wallet and since the price of bitcoin is volatile, you have some chance that you will regret for selling bitcoin because bitcoin can increase the price significantly and that is why it is not worth it or satisfying to sell bitcoin or even use it.
