6301  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: TA Dashboard for Bitcoin on: January 24, 2021, 09:55:57 AM
Simple and modern, not so much different from what I've seen before but definitely one of the simpler and faster loading ones which is great for smaller devices with weaker connections like me who use data instead of wifi:)

My only question is maybe a really stupid one. I can change the timeframe but I can't see the date even if I hover over it...
6302  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Official betting partner of ARSENAL FC 🚀 on: January 24, 2021, 09:24:50 AM
Really, really wish we could see more MMA matches live but streaming is hard to find for these sports (ppv).

Anyway watch the highlights, great match and Poirier won this one by TKO. Legs. Base. Fist blitz. Drop. KO.

Classy, classy match!
6303  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 💜 — BLOG: Bitcoin Casino Poker: The Complete Guide on: January 24, 2021, 08:43:13 AM
Let's talk about poker.
You like it? Yes. You know how to play it? Yes.
I know how to play poker and I like playing with friends in real life using chips (not for money). However, I don't like online poker because decisions have to be made faster, and I don't like this pressure. Plus I hate those people who keep raising the stakes like crazy when the game has just begun, I get nervous playing against them.
But of course if we're talking about playing online, the points about the advantages in the blog are valid. And I've never played Caribbean Stud, so it was interesting to read about it.

Played in quite a few poker rounds from Sportsbet before, and I generally have the same pattern: kill off one or two players early and get their stakes, and then play properly but lose anyway to good hands. I actually also like taking my time but in general, you don't need more than the time given to you to decide, in fact most times I'm decided before it's even my turn:)

Online poker, what I don't like, there's always one or two bots or weird guys who do nothing logical.
6304  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't repeat same mistakes on: January 23, 2021, 07:32:09 PM
A lot of people joined the Bitcoin holding at $40,000 thinking the rise price would be heading to $50,000 but we can all see how market turns to be. Some have been holding Bitcoin since when it was $7,000 last year but their greed to make more profits didn't allow them to release it. Most of them have lost $8,000 on each Bitcoin they hold now base on the ATH and the current price.

I don't think a lot of people came in at $40k, most of it was from between 30-35k, talking about individuals who finally got in after waiting for years on the sidelines. So now we have a lot of people sweating hoping for that 40k, rather than looking to get more in at that price.

Can't imagine anyone holding at loss now.
6305  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Trading have an advantage over investing?? on: January 23, 2021, 05:18:30 PM
You can lose on one day in a trading and can't recover from it but with investing, you are not affected by the ups and downs of prices because the long term growth is evident if you look at the market, trading is pretty risky at first and you might not break even at some days and most wins are not that worth it, the 60% that you are saying is only possible if all the trades that you have done are all winning, it is difficult to get a winning streak when trading. That is my opinion about the advantages of investing over trading.

Trading is always risky throughout, not just at the beginning. As long as you have trades open, you don't realize any profit or loss, something very tricky and psychological happens to traders who have open trades.

Investment on the other hand can lose value, but you always have it. 1 BTC is always 1 BTC:)
6306  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ BitcoinPRBuzz.com's ⚽ Spanish La Liga ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread on: January 23, 2021, 03:36:19 PM
I'm having mixed feelings every time I read responses from Real supporters. I'm Barca so I should feel happy to read it all, you know because misery loves company and if I'm doing badly, then my rival should also be doing as badly or worse!

But at the same time, you know also that you only feel the satisfaction of winning when you also defeat the best at their prime.
6307  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it just the starting of fueling Bitcoin for riding to moon? on: January 23, 2021, 03:03:00 PM
Where do we go next? Sovereign Wealth? Central Banks? I do think these are both likely in the next few years, and six digit BTC prices will be the norm.

I think on retail it is still nerds and middle class people, but to be fair, even when it comes to sovereign wealth, it will have to come from countries who have a high percentage of nerds in their middles and upper class. I cannot see a developing nation's sovereign wealth fund take the same enlightened decision as Nordic funds for example!
6308  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How about a currency with expiry date...? on: January 23, 2021, 01:51:08 PM
In my country during the year 2016, 8th November the government announced currencies with highest denomination like 1000₹ and 500₹ won't be valued anymore. People are supposed to reach the banks and exchange it to any other denomination. In the event of this people suffered much, because there is no money to spend and banks were full of crowd. More than 100 lost their live standing in queue.

Whats the reason for such an immediate decision ?
The government stated it a reason to fight illegal funding to terrorism and recove the black money.

If there is validity or expiry for every currency same as day to day life needs, then people will make use of it and exchange to new currencies at the right time. This way everything can be made to be in circulation rather than getting accumulated for years. Here black money can also be avoided.

I remember that time actually, it really wasn't that long ago. The way it was just suddenly announced overnight also was quite reckless from the government. I understood it completely, because money launderers and black market illicit activities all keep their stash in thousands of these bills so the government wanted to smoke them out with no grace period. But poor people suffered in the end.
6309  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 23, 2021, 01:13:37 PM
There are news about Hulk's transfer to the cradle stone. Turkey is no longer fashionable on the agenda of past players how sad. But the Turkish lira and the euro When we look at this turkey prisoners.

Not sure I understand what you mean but if it's just about money and salaries, then I guess yeah, I guess now more and more people are moving to the big leagues with no money problems. But is there such a league anymore? Even England now the top clubs have to help smaller tier clubs with financial assistance in covid times.
6310  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Chainlink (LINK) a good investment? on: January 23, 2021, 11:54:53 AM
Chainlink made another new all-time high, and the price hit $23.5 per chainlink. who invested in this coin when this thread open they are already gaining profit. hope chainlink will cross $30 asap, CT people are very bullish on chainlink. also, a lot of new investors coming and investing at chainlik. regularly chainlink coin holder address increasing, its a good sign or next pump

Interesting enough is the top 3 LINK addresses which makes up 1% of all LINK possesses 81.737% of the total supply of the tokens.
This can make for easy market manipulation but I hope we will see that from this project.

https://en.ethereumworldnews.com/top-1-chainlink-addresses-now-hold-81-737-of-the-link-supply/

I always knew the LINK concentration would be something like this but it's really really crazy to see this kind of concentration. But is it really true that 3 Link addresses is 1% of all LINK? Are you saying there's only 300 Link addresses or individual owners? This really doesn't sound right. Whatever it is though, 4/5 of all tokens in 1 address is bad for the token economy.
6311  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: January 23, 2021, 08:31:24 AM
Another bad news for Real Madrid Zidane have been tested positive for covid-19 so he will be messing to manage Madrid team for couple of weeks. They have no too serious games but you never know now when they are gonna be gifting points.
Real Madrid lost the previous match 2-1 against Alaves. On the other hand, Levante occasionally became terrifying. If Real Madrid makes any mistake in these two matches, they will lose 3 points. Real Madrid players are skilled enough. Hopefully, they will not lose any match in the next 2 weeks.

At the rate Barca and Real have been going though, and looking even at the other leagues, Juventus/PSG/Liverpool/Bayern, everyone is dropping points everywhere. Spain is probably among the worst, losing more than drawing even.

Zidane is my enemy's manager but I would never wish him evil. Let's hope everything resumes normality in a while.
6312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust USDT? on: January 22, 2021, 03:00:37 PM
USDT for me is not an investment but only as a way to secure the assets that I have, so it's not a big problem for me, but for the past 6 years USDT is still safe and doesn't look a scam

You might need to review your post within the next 6 years hehehe. Also, I reckon that you have made that post without doing your research and approach the issue with a skeptical mind. Similar to what we should be doing on any project in the cryptospace.

I would say even shorter than that! If you are Ripple or Tether, or any other big centralized project trying to do business in a different way in a regulated space, AND trying to mainly make your markets in the USA, then you can't avoid all these potholes. Not to mention Tether is as shady as it gets in crypto.
6313  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: January 22, 2021, 01:43:29 PM
Monaco are going to play a home game against Marseille this weekend. Monaco are the 4th with 36 points and Marseille are the 6th with 32 points. Monaco have been doing really good (4W 1D). Marseille have been showing a bad performance recently (1W 1D 3L). I think Marseille won't be winning here too but I feel like this match will end in a draw.

Monaco fans must be feeling this could be it. Still a topsy turvy season for them, managing to beat PSG but then also losing other crucial games. I think Champions League qualification is still the top aim, rather than to win the league outright. Draw is probably the best outcome, which I'm taking in one of my multi selections:)
6314  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Btc whales wall street instutional big accumalation on: January 22, 2021, 01:07:47 PM
At times when I see post like it makes me questions why people believe anything they read. Do you think Blackrock team become the best by buying the top of the market, these guys are very smart and if they want to enter into crypto, it is either they have done so already or waiting for the crash. What you need to watch is the amount of money entering the market not the withdrawal, I can withdraw my Crypto anytime that do not mean I just buy it. Tether has stopped printing for now because there is no demand also money is not flowing into CoinBase they way it was in December. We are likely to see a retrace before we see new institutional money entering the space

But to me people like Blackrock just buy regularly. Of course they try to buy when market dips but the importance of longterm strategy is to have a plan in place to open yourself to as little risk as possible, which means average cost buying. If you believe in multiyear holding like Blackrock, then these dips aren't really important at the end of the game.
6315  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: January 22, 2021, 09:51:06 AM
Watched highlights and here's the thing. Liverpool look dangerous, but they're actually not really if you have a decent defence, which, let's face it, almost every team in Premier League has. Crossing into the box also isn't working out, Trent and Robertson don't look like their delivery is sharp anymore. You have tall defenders easy for them all day.
6316  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price tanking past couple of days was caused by... on: January 22, 2021, 09:00:53 AM
Bitcoin double spend so old story and everybody knows almost no service now will accept double spend attempts and they are easy to detect, even casinos have had detection systems in place for years now.

Maybe fudders can come up with something new one of these days?
6317  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Eth able to break its previous ATH within few days? on: January 22, 2021, 07:49:47 AM
I think the current Bitcoin downtrend is somehow pressuring ETH as well. To be fair, Bitcoin losing 10% was also reflected in ETH price, but credit is due as usually a small crash in BTC results in an even larger one for ETH but it seems to be holding on fairly easily. Again more holders than sellers probably mainly staking for ETH 2.0.
6318  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: January 22, 2021, 07:11:45 AM
And win we did. Pretty solid display and yes, regardless of the opposition I thought the clean sheet was something to build on. Live to fight another day in the cup, still in 2 competitions plus the La Liga so I feel like we are in an okay place for now:)

About Zidane losing touch with his team, utter rubbish.
6319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP - Buy in or Bail out? on: January 21, 2021, 04:45:38 PM
You can't make money without risking things. I wouldn't even consider buying XRP right now, I never owned any and I do not want to have it anymore neither and probably will never have it. However one thing is for sure, right now they are in a bad situation and that means we are going to see a lot more risk going into XRP as well. That means if we are going to end up with this type of situation, price will always be low and stay low.

HOWEVER one thing is reward promising, if Ripple handles this and comes out without any scar, that means they are going to be increasing the price and going in now with the hopes that Ripple will be fine? That is going to be fine and that is going to be the most awesome thing because you are going to be winning. Sure there is a situation where XRP can just stay like this, but if it does get out, you are going to earn a lot.

Speaking as a small owner here and I don't even mind saying I would never buy more now. It's still thankfully close to where I entered which is a lot more than what I could say last year, but I'm not buying anymore now for sure. Will definitely sell for profit, maybe to cover back what I invested, but this is make no mistake, a pure speculative investment for me. All the current events now actually strengthen that claim.
6320  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: January 21, 2021, 03:34:23 PM
Another early exit for Real Madrid, so once more Barca fans like me will be happy to progress and know we won't meet them. Not like it's really going to change things. Probably even worse to reach the final and lose again at the end;)

But anyway, good news our rivals are all also falling about.
