6361  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: buy fast and sell fast on: November 09, 2018, 03:14:32 AM
If in trading apply fast trading strategy,
What obstacles are constraints
and weaknesses?
I guess it isn't possible. Unless you have a bot that will execute the trade. Even day traders has difficulty making it almost a success.

The obstacles I see is that all will be for naught on trading fees if only you execute stop-loss.
6362  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Transfer times and fees? on: November 08, 2018, 02:01:57 PM
Why did you have to transfer your bitcoin from one to other exchanges? Are you doing arbitrage?
Rather than XRP or LTC, I think XLM is a better choice. Most exchanges only take around 0.01 fees to withdraw, which is relatively cheap if you compare it to XRP or LTC.
I guess he isn't doing an arbitrage but rather he just want to eliminate the hassle of transferring btc from an exchange to another one.

XLM is a good choice but if I were you just stick on exchanges that has low fees on alts that are fast on a transaction.
6363  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Transfer times and fees? on: November 08, 2018, 08:32:15 AM
I do a ton of trades a day, but I have to transfer cryptoccurency from one exchange to another. Since bitcoin transactions take a lot of time and theres a fee, what do you think I can do? Should I sell the bitcoin on the exchange for a fast currency like NANO and then transfer it to the other exchange and then sell the NANO there to get back the BTC? Do I make any sense? Any answer will help thanks 🙂
That's good to do bro to make the transfer fast. Just do transfer a coin/token that has speed of lightning on every transaction.

I just made an example. What about XRP? Isn’t that the fastest one? I would need the fastest and most widely accepted yeah.

Maybe you are correct with that again and it's available in this article I just read on Medium see the reference below:
https://medium.com/@johnhinkle_80891/the-fastest-cryptocurrency-transaction-speeds-for-2018-498c1baf87ef

I guess the OP knows but can't decide which to. Hope it helps you.
6364  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin rise in 2019 on: November 08, 2018, 08:19:35 AM
Follow some crypto enthusiasts and analyst in the crypto space and you'll know when or will it rise again but as far as I can see there's no way the current price be low and it will be on that stronghold of $6k I guess.

I am not optimistic by 2019 but rather 2020.
6365  Other / Meta / Re: Dashboard upgrade on: November 04, 2018, 01:57:50 AM
Perhaps we are preparing for another level of membership.
Maybe a silver membership then and so forth updated every year. Wonder what features will be on that specific membership if there is.
6366  Economy / Economics / Re: ECONOMIC ANALYSIS/RESEARCH POLL: Cryptocurrency replacing fiat in the future? on: November 04, 2018, 01:42:20 AM
With what we have right now I guess it's better to work it in parallel, and remember that government will never allow a decentralised one that they can't suck for their greed of money to utilize power. And there might be a chance that government will create a decentralised blockchain if it will indeed replace fiat currency, you know business as usual.
6367  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Show kindness on: November 03, 2018, 10:05:31 AM
Just like we need a merit to be a Jr member I was wondering do I need more merits every time I wish to increase my rank and also for buying or investing in coins? just need help.
It is indeed a must to have merits to make your rank be higher than your usual rank by now. DdmrDdmr has sent you the link to know more about the rank, merit etc. here in this forum. Good posting may ensure you to get more merit specifically if you are helping the forum for an instance. DdmrDdmr is the best example of that one. He just been registered this 2018 same as the implementation of the merit requirements but look at how he gain much merits that maybe in next year he'll be a Legendary no doubt about it.
6368  Other / Ivory Tower / Re: Should bitcointalk play a part in educating its members?. on: November 03, 2018, 04:13:29 AM
Bitcointalk is already playing its part already (providing the platform, resources, costs, extra stuff...) it's people who are not looking to learn
A lot of things can be asked and learned here

And we're not only learning in here some or most even earn as well and even others has get good opportunity in this forum especially to those who sells their services and to add this forum is the best way to trade too since there are many reputable members who lurks in here. Hope that many members will know this one and didn't have to ask a lot rather take part also on learning process when they have other craft on their sleeves too.
6369  Economy / Reputation / Re: Exposing Amazix on: November 02, 2018, 05:46:20 PM
The good thing is this thread may not be attacked because the OP said so that Amazix are hiring bullies. If this be attacked by bullies then the OP's judgment seems to be true. When I refer to those bullies they might not be the one to give bad sentiments in this post but it may be on some heavenly words to prove Amazix is an honest company. Just expressing some thoughts.
6370  Other / Ivory Tower / Re: Should bitcointalk play a part in educating its members?. on: November 02, 2018, 05:31:02 PM
And may I add that blatant spoon feeding may be avoided too. I know forum is a place to find good answer/s to questions or give some enlightenment to its members but considering that we have a search button of what you really wanted to know is helpful too. We all been a newbie but as the forum gone huge for years I guess the search button is the helpful tool we can rely too. I am giving this opinion too on some noobs that even open a thread or asking same questions over (raise to the power of five or something higher) and over again when in fact internet or even this forum is huge enough to get along a problem to be solved.
6371  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Blockchain at crypto meetup, conference at forum on: November 02, 2018, 05:20:11 PM
If somewhere may isang meetup, conference at forum nearby Visayas I may have a little hesitation to attend in it. Hoping na hindi naman costly yung fees for the venue or sa bayad ng mga speakers na dadalo. If it will be educational for all at gusto maiparating sa nakararami ang knowledge sa bitcoin, blockchain or mga helpful tools na dagdag  kaalaman tungkol sa crypto sana may libre din or small fees. Good to know marami na ang naeengganyo sa crypto this days and good news din na ang Pilipinas ay isa sa crypto friendly here in Asia too.
6372  Economy / Speculation / Re: What factors cause the fall in price of Bitcoin? on: November 02, 2018, 09:26:14 AM
Crypto has hundred different factors on its price but if there is hundred factors in its fall I have some hope of thousand factors in its growth. Be positive bro if you want to play along on crypto make sure you got a bitcoin in hand then play with it through trading, investing etc.
6373  Other / Meta / Re: Hey. Why banned my girlfriend's account? on: November 02, 2018, 02:04:11 AM
Hey. Why banned my girlfriend's account? For participating in a bounty campaign?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2415059

Because the forum has sense that you are GAAAAAYYYYYYY! Glad that you can create an account again but I guess it will be not for too long again since you still don't know how to grow and just thinking of sucking bounties. Get a life bro.

I guess OP is just imagining he has a girlfriend but it's was him the whole time hallucinating again.
6374  Economy / Speculation / Re: How high do you think or hope bitcoin price to go up next year? on: November 01, 2018, 04:36:28 PM
Not only thinking for next year but for the coming years to come. Crypto is its in infancy stage and may continuously growing for best so we better keep hodling. There  may be some fluctuations on its price but I'm not intimidated by it 'cause I know we are on the right track.
6375  Other / Meta / Re: Continuous Bumping for Long Time | Report to mod? on: November 01, 2018, 04:32:03 PM
That for sure is prohibited and against the rule of the forum and anyone doing it should get some punishment they deserve.

Don't know what's the uproar of the bumping and considering it is Mercatox there might another plot Huh Who knows, that user should deserve a shilling punishment as well.
6376  Other / Meta / Re: how to unsubscribe from bitcointalk on: October 30, 2018, 02:42:02 PM
You can start spamming now, plagiarize some contents or do the best thing that will get you out here that will be easy or simply forget everything about this forum.

Elaborate your stand brother!
6377  Other / Meta / Re: Evolution of rank names on: October 05, 2018, 03:07:06 PM
I was thinking or maybe theymos did. Maybe one day a silver, gold and platinum member can be bought too in this forum. Just a pure speculation though, but who knows?  Tongue
6378  Economy / Reputation / Re: Campaign that gives incentives that post on their ANN thread on: October 04, 2018, 04:53:57 PM
So now I know after you explain it

When I enrolled their bounty, They weren't asking for bumping Their ANN Thread, They have asked for post on 7 different ANN threads

The Fact:
I did post on many (7) different ANN threads not on MIXIN ANN Thread
So Technically I did not bump their ANN Thread

So all that reasons above enough for normalizing my trust status?
How can we know it if it doesn't stated on the bounty thread rules itself or in the google form? Can you provide any conversations that they asked you not to post on their ANN threads?
6379  Economy / Reputation / Campaign that gives incentives that post on their ANN thread on: October 03, 2018, 06:57:33 AM
[Bounty][CMCTop100][XIN] Mixin Network - New Generation Transcation Network
Archived

This is their google form for registering: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScmTDMJXoUguB0mCLxzXSCrGXI4oyhGyJFjomgHK2yXZLjbZA/viewform

They have a strikethrough on their bounty thread for signature campaign but the form hasn't been removed yet and their haven't been any announcement that it was excluded on the bounty now. Hope some DT member will go through it and examine what should be done with it.
6380  Other / Meta / Re: Ranked member's involved with ANN bumping. on: September 28, 2018, 03:36:20 AM
Care to let us know which accounts you're referring to?  I'm curious about that.

It could very well be some higher-ranked members are hard up for cash and are resorting to shit-bumping of ANN threads--but I think it's more likely accounts doing that are either hacked or maybe even purchased.  There have been so many hackings of bitcointalk accounts, it's unreal and I'm sure a lot of them have made their way into the hands of spammers.

I agree with this if you have a proof of it then don't be afraid or intimidated by their rank. Not are all are being hacked but sometimes those are being bribed or paid just a fair guess.
