6361  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin to satoshi converter on: April 26, 2018, 11:39:01 PM
Hello guys ! I'm a developer and I have created a google chrome extension which allow to convert bitcoin to satoshi instantly.

Isn't it just a simple matter of multiplication by a factor of 10?
6362  Other / Meta / Re: Threatening with "Negative Trust" for Merit Usage on: April 26, 2018, 11:24:18 PM
There are 218,169 active accounts (users) in the forum.

Sorry to post offtopic, but if you look at that image you will see BPIP has only processed 23.16% of the accounts as of your screenshot.  We were hacked about a week ago.

Edit:  I have left the OP neutral trust, as it looks as if he is abusing the system. I will change it to negative if this blatant pattern continues.

6363  Economy / Lending / Re: What is the warranty if I lend some BTC? on: April 26, 2018, 10:57:48 PM
Read about the collaterals in the stickies. The only way to stay on top of a borrower is by securing a collateral of value from the borrower. Of course for people whom you know and trust you can try doing non-collateral loans. Still its always safer to accept a collateral to give a loan.

Keep in mind no one will send you collateral directly, as you could simply disappear before sending the loan.

If you have no trade history, you need to use an escrow, which adds to the fees.  :/

Please don't spam your shit in Project Development - read the rules.

Try to be true in your reply at least.

Check this, whether you answered me or not when sharing remainder pm to you in 4 day.

You left out the forum time in that screenshot.  It could be five years old.  :/
6366  Other / Meta / Re: Merit system should be removed ! on: April 26, 2018, 02:25:00 PM
personally me think merit system should not be there and ranks should be done via there post counts and quality of its posts

That's what there is now.  You need activity (posts) and quality (merit) to rank up.  Smiley

Check Lauda's untrusted feedback, before you trust her.

Do you understand that trust is not moderated and anyone can leave it without even a valid email address?

Anyone can post that Lauda has a 12 year old lover.  No one will believe it because it's untrusted.

If a DT member (someone whose trust you can see by default) were to state the same thing, proof would be demanded or they would be removed from DT.

Reading my untrustred feedback, I really should be tortured for all long as they can keep me alive, don't you think?  Do you believe the things they write about me?

6368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] 🔥🔥InterValue: The New Form of Blockchain 4.0 🔥🔥 New! on: April 26, 2018, 08:13:16 AM
Hmmm Blockchain 6.0 was just released - seems you are behind in the times.  :/
6369  Other / Serious discussion / Re: "Not equal" (the book) on: April 24, 2018, 08:26:07 PM
OP copy/paste from https://www.talk4btc.com/Thread-Not-equal-the-book?pid=574#pid574

Probably also your account, but best practise is to quote a couple paragraphs, then post a link to the original.
6370  Other / Meta / Re: Post the proof of your hacked account here on: April 24, 2018, 07:53:49 PM
This is a good idea. The mods can find all the list in one place.

This is actually a bad idea.

With the individual threads, the mods can deal with an issue and the thread will end.  Easy to see on the topic screen.

With your method, the mods have additional administration work in keeping track of the status of each complainant.  Sad

@AdolfinWolf - separate issue.  Your thread is "planning", this thread is "reaction".
6371  Other / Off-topic / Re: New planet on: April 24, 2018, 07:37:37 PM
If ever scientists discovers a new planet like earth and you will give a chance to transfer on this planet and live forever will you take the chance ? and why ?

The average citizen will not have this chance for hundreds of years.  It's too expensive right now, so only the politicians, brightest and richest will go.

Robots will be expected to do most manual labor.
6372  Other / Off-topic / Re: Flat Earth on: April 24, 2018, 07:34:28 PM
Other than message boards and forum trolls, I have yet to meet anyone in real life that shares this theory as fact.

Many celebrities have now stated they were just joking when they said they believed the earth is flat.

6373  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Blockchain in business on: April 24, 2018, 07:25:40 PM
I don't understand how blockchain could be applied into business. Anyone has a real life example of the advantage of a smart contract?
Blockchain technically can be applied into every business which wants transparency in their operations.

Transparency and immutability.
6374  Economy / Reputation / Re: Coin-Secure Exchange Hack - Tracking & Discussions on: April 24, 2018, 07:17:31 PM
It's really hard to track them once they have entered the mixer. Those bitcoins are as good as gone.

Only if the owner of the mixer doesn't track the coins.  How many of these amatuer operators wouldn't be curious, or save for later extortion?

Get a serious enough hack, and the FBI will seize the servers and track those coins down.
6375  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Proof of concept: Tool that unifies sharing coins in one easy to use UI on: April 24, 2018, 03:38:37 PM
Now I am not sure if this is even possible...? You'd probably have to install the original software for each project under the hood and communicate with it?
Any developers here that know more about that?

Technically possible, but you'd have to get each project to give you API access, and they may not want to.
6376  Economy / Reputation / Re: How to remove my red trust? on: April 23, 2018, 10:59:13 PM
I have been tagged as red trust user. How to remove my red trust? My account probably hacked, and got involve in selling my account. How can I contact the moderator and explain what happen to my account. He did not answer my personal messages. Can you help me?
Thanks in advance.

Better have a good believable story...

I'd tell you more, but I was already thanked in advance.  Smiley
6377  Other / Meta / Re: Another view on merit data, the timing on: April 23, 2018, 10:40:58 PM
Interesting about the time of day, the rest not so much.  :/
6378  Other / Meta / Re: Where can I find new members to award with merits on: April 23, 2018, 08:08:59 PM
but there seems to be a new influx of members who don't care.

Agreed.  I think the word is out that you can get merits underground so people aren't worrying about it.

Theymos should decrease the max merit sent per person per month to 10 from 50.  :/
6379  Other / Meta / Re: Where can I find new members to award with merits on: April 23, 2018, 07:04:59 PM
It's no good looking on the beginner's or discussion boards. They are all about bounty and air drops and social networking stuff. I'd like to award members that are interested in Bitcoin and reputable crypto currencies, but I've almost given up trying to find them.

I have the same problem.  I need to get rid of sMerit.

I'll send you 20 merits to track Cody Ceci down for civil proceedings.   Tongue
6380  Other / Meta / Re: I am flabbergasted that it actually happens on this scale on: April 23, 2018, 07:02:55 PM
It is probably worth it, if they can collect ~40.000$ in less then year.

It that forty dollars, or forty thousand dollars?

Forty thousand dollars worth of tokens yeah, but certainly not USD.
