In 2013, I wished I was an early bird who bought BTC in 2009.
In 2017, nevermind. Thank God I bought 4 years ago
Actually, same in 2020
Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

No more regrets this time for me as it will just don't give me anything.
I just be thankful that I'm now in the track and have some pieces of btc. Let's make it grow and we don't have all the time to be rich so stop be pitiful.
643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever gambled to escape worry, trouble, boredom, loneliness, grief or lose on: September 10, 2017, 08:23:06 AM
When you gamble when your thoughts are in trouble is too risky. It will tend you to lose amount that you didn't expected. In that state you have many thoughts that are running in your mind so you can't think right. Better to pick up your thoughts before you do this, talk to someone to release all your emotions and what's bothering you. Then just go back when everything's ok and play without worries.
644  Other / Off-topic / Re: I am getting sick of fucking Chinese idiots on: September 10, 2017, 06:19:08 AM
a lot of those ICOs were scammy.

All of China is a scam.  The whole damn thing.  Scam is in their blood.

With China all things are possible Grin
Maybe its also good that China has banned the ICO so the percentage of scam will be lessen in crypto world besides Russia and Western countries is in with us to show their full support so it's not that big lose. Just look at the brighter side of this. No China means no scammy ICO and the big whales are just playing again in the ocean.
645  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Where to invest my Bitcoins? on: September 09, 2017, 02:28:20 AM
I think best option for this time is ICO project or trading. Don't waste your bitcoin by investing in HYIP system, you'll loss it all Smiley). But before start with any ICO project or trading you should do a lot of research about it cause it's not easy as you think. You need to know which one is the good project or coin you should invest in Cheesy. Just careful Cheesy

Well investing now in ICO is risky but a short term investment. That's why China banned all ICO and they accuse it as intentional fraud and illegal fund raising. So when you invest in ICO better to invest what you can afford to lose so when thing goes wrong you still have something to get.
646  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BUY high sell low ? on: September 09, 2017, 01:51:06 AM
Happened today with those with weak hands. After a screenshot of an alleged email from Bittrex instructing China, US and Singapore based traders to move their coin, price went down like someone hit the wrong button. Panic sellers selling at below buying price. Price maybe down at one point but its not going to stay there for for a long time.

Well of course, price will not stay there for a long time, it will fluctuate no matter what and it's just a matter of time.
People who panics are the one who doesn't trust their coins as well as the crypto world even the old ones here are not used to the fluctuations like they're easily swayed by the whales.
647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do I pay taxes when I sell an alt coin for bitcoin? on: September 08, 2017, 12:18:34 PM
Do I need to pay taxes if I sell an alt coin for bitcoin then rebuy a different alt coin. I never took out actual USD so I am unsure how that would work. Or am I only taxes on actual USD made when I cash out?

It all depends on your country's law. Too bad if you're country have this law because you need to abide this whether you like it or not.
Well as for my country, there's no need to pay tax or whatever fees. We can convert btc into fiat like how much we want to convert. We just need to transfer it to our local wallet and choose where we want to get out money.
648  Economy / Economics / Re: 1Bitcoin as a gift from someone on: September 08, 2017, 11:54:57 AM
If you be given a gift of 1BTC by someone and for you this amount is already something you did not expect. Will you sell your bitcoin right away and convert it into cash or just keep it for a better price to come or invest it or what?

No need to ask question for this. Of course many will just hold it like all of us don't wanna miss the train.
I hold 70% of this for long term or even for short term as I know I still have profited to this. And the remaining will definitely buy some promising coins so my coins will circulate and multiply fast.
649  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: September 07, 2017, 07:34:11 AM
my strategy to profit from bitcoin is to buy coins at low prices and sell them when prices go up

Well that's everybody should do to make a good profit.
Always buy when everyone is on panic and sell when everyone is greedy.
Also I hold 75% of my coins in long term while the remaining is for short term holding or buying some potential coins, in this way not all my money won't just sleep in my wallet.
650  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Wallet on: September 07, 2017, 07:10:28 AM
Yes, you are right! I use mobile wallet, there are many wallets you can choose. Like the mobile wallet Mycelium, Breadwallet, Greenbits, Electrum, Copay, Airbitz, Coin.space etc, or the safer hardware wallet like Ledger, Trezor, keepkey, digital bitbox Grin You can also think about desktop wallet like Bitcoin Knots, GreenAddress, mSIGNA etc.  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

As you see there's a lot of wallet that you can choose to store your coins and these aren't attach to any exchange.
And please don't store your coins in exchange, just deposit what you'll use in trading. After you're done trading transfer it immediately onto your wallet. And also always use wallet that gives you seeds and private key.
651  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin or other coins on: September 06, 2017, 11:26:10 AM
what make bitcoin better and incomparable to the other cryptocoins  ?

1. Decentralized
2. Pseudonymous
3. Price
4. Having strong support from the community

For me these what makes bitcoin incomparable to other coins that's why its the dominant in crypto world.
Yeah there's always an issue needed to be resolve but this what makes bitcoin itself. Nothing can beat it.
652  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where do you get your ideas for investments? on: September 06, 2017, 09:37:45 AM
I get the inspiration to invest in bitcoin is from my friend.
he has experience and earnings in investing bitcoin.
and I did not follow some experts.

Well like you, I get my ideas in investing through my friends. They are all well experienced than me and I'd rather listen to them as these are all their own real experience. They can give me do's and dont's in trading. Also before I invest in some coins I ask them if its good. Also I read some articles just for back up.
653  Economy / Economics / Re: The phrase to describe Bitcoin on: September 06, 2017, 09:09:52 AM
For me the best phrase to describe bitcoin is "In order for you to get rich, you have to be making money even if you are asleep". This phrase best describes bitcoin for me because I think one would be a hypocrite if you do not admit you are here for the money, and we all are here for the money; thus through bitcoin or even altcoins they are constantly moving its price every minute so even if you are asleep the capital you are investing in these coins are moving.

Wow I like that phrase also. It really described how and what bitcoin can make us rich.
Meaningful and catchy. Yeah we're all here because of money and bitcoin can give this to us if we're smart and wise trader. With the right capital and right choice of coins becoming rich will be within reach by our hands.

655  Economy / Economics / Re: How to invest in bitcoin? on: September 03, 2017, 04:51:12 AM
I have seen many ways to earn bitcoin, and still not familiar with some of it. I am a student and I wanna ask how to invest in bitcoin, and if students like me are capable of doing that already?

Please share your thoughts. Thanks.

If you want to invest you can start buying now, for all we know btc keeps rising and we can hope for more to this.
But if you don't have funds but eager to have some sats you can start joining signature campaigns as they will pay you decent amount and do trading so your funds can grow.
656  Economy / Economics / Re: How many can resist selling off their BTC for huge profits? on: September 03, 2017, 03:38:04 AM
I sold some once before, missed out on serious money over the coming weeks...never again.

HODL.

We can't blame each other as the price is totally tempting. Grin
I also sold once before when it hits it ATH because I want to taste the moon and I think its not that bad to sell as I profited enough and I don't want to be too greedy. But now Im just HODling it for the future rise.
657  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Trading VS Bitcoin! on: September 02, 2017, 10:37:51 AM
Hi Folks!

Who do you think is profitable Trading bitcoins for other payment method or mining them?

Everybody feel free to reply you're free  Smiley

Mining will cost you some fortune but if you have some equipment its also profitable but if you don't have any equipment then this are not profitable so don't try it. While trading is more profitable than mining as if you're a smart and wise trader you have a sure profit. Your main capital is just your knowledge and all will follows. Nothing more nothing less.
658  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Need advice for bitcoin wallet.. on: September 01, 2017, 06:56:08 AM
The most secured is "cold storage", but it isn't convivient to make "everyday" transactions. So if you want to invest in long term make "cold storage" wallet.

Yeah so true but its good for long term holding and this a secured one. You can use this one and try using other wallets for your daily transaction. Try coinbase if its available in your country but dont store huge amount of coins here as it have a third party. Coinomi is the best for me, almost of the coins are in here, its also a multi signature wallet so I find it awesome.  Cool
659  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price of 1 Satoshi rise to $1? on: August 31, 2017, 06:41:32 AM
Keep on dreaming.

Yeah like there's nothing impossible in bitcoin as its really unpredictable. We never know when will bitcoin take us to the moon. Many are still hoping to make this will happen. But the 1 satoshis per dollar will surely not just take few years but many years to happen. Lets just hold our coins as long as we can so we can all be tasting the moon.
660  Economy / Speculation / Re: what will you do? on: August 31, 2017, 06:18:38 AM
hi, what will you do? If the bitcoin price is suddenly cheap

Of course, I will buy a lot.
That will be a great opportunity for us, I will use my savings to buy at least 10btc. But the problem will soon to arise as the demand will increase but the supply will be limited. There will be chaos in the community.
