I think diamond is a good investment for many people though there are no general purpose for diamond save for some technical thingies. It is more like an artwork rather a commodity. It is better than btc I think because it is more on rarity and quality of the diamond you have(save for the quality is the size of your diamond).
so if it's not like a commodity, why is the price still expensive, is it the same as the OP's emotion, which makes it expensive. people will look fancy and be seen if they use diamonds. maybe for people who have millions of $ it's not a difficult thing to buy, but ordinary citizens are totally useless, even for investment. better buy commodities like gold, silver, or anything else that will provide added value in the future. |

All over the world we can stocks near 12% down since the end of January, when Corona virus showed up.
Bitcoin was neat 10k, and we still didnt lose 9k.
Btc is doing extremely well. it is not skyrocketing like gold but we are holding strong.
I am impressed and we can see that bitcoin price is not correlated with stock market.
yes I also think the corona virus has no effect or impact on the crypto market, because I don't see any drastic increase or decrease at the time the virus starts to become viral all over the world.
I still believe that the purpose of this virus is to weaken the economy of some countries more than it is a deadly epidemic.
So you conclude this is an attempt to bring down a country or make some countries' finances go down, if the assumptions you say are true, isn't this too much to be a little harsh at the expense of human lives for certain interests  |

I don't really read news quite often in terms of crypto because I don't put too much time in it like it is my full-time job, but when I tend to need the updates from how the price seems to move especially to BTC and what likely caused it, I tend to look at Forbes although they aren't only focused in crypto, but it has become like a blind pick of news for me when I first started reading news in crypto.
If there's gonna be news articles focused on crypto, I would choose Coindesk.
Ok, I agree with Forbes, but as you said it does not tend to crypto, so the main topic is not there, you can see CCrypto News, Coindesk, and Coin Telegraph for more detailed information.because the site is all about crypto. maybe Forbes is already famous for other news but for crypto you should consider what I'm saying. |

I guess I always supported a free market and if Justin Sun (which I dislike very much) managed to take control of steemit, maybe he deserves to control it at the end as well? I am not saying he should do bad things just because he can but if steemit is not strong enough to fight off an attack at this level, how could it really hope to be a decent coin in the future as well.
Even if Justin sun completely removes himself from steemit and sells it and just leaves, how could be sure from now on to the future that nobody else will try something like that. Steemit had a chance to show it is resistant and it failed so right now whatever happens it is an coin that is untrustworthy for me.
why do you say that?is it because of justin sun who just bought it that you say the coin cannot be trusted. that's a bit of irony because you associate project performance with the owner. although under the new leadership then not all systems will change dramatically there may be an update from justin to make it better, who knows?  |

depending on the project if indeed they have a good development then the price of the coin will go up regardless of the rising price of BTC.

Some of my friends are still not able to withdraw their money from this scam exchange sites and they have told me about that. A temporary product just a trick to attract the demand to throw their money to the bcnex scammers. Not so many people were complaining in this forum. if so it is unfortunate when they also promote their projects through this forum through the bounty program. there are many people who complain about it especially the hunters because they cannot withdraw on their coins. but not all of them hunters can do it but in a long time. |
