The Philippines is an archipelago found in the South East Asia. It is surrounded with bodies of water like the pacific ocean, south china sea and others. The country is composed of 7,100 islands and is famous for hospitable people.
What are your thoughts about this country? What is the first thing that comes to mind when you are thinking of this country?
Let me know.
I was born in Philippines and I am so proud that I am Filipino. When foreigners talk about Philippines, it is all about tourist attraction and the people are hospitable. Well it is true! In fact, we have 7,100 islands that is rich in natural resources. Filipinos are also beautiful and handsome, kind and have faith in God. Someday, Philippines will spread its identity all over the world.
642  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I need an opinion on rejecting a job offer or crypto on: December 14, 2017, 10:59:52 AM
I have opportunity in overseas job around 1000 usd. but my mind now not in a stable manner.

please guide me whats the best option doing crypto currency on the home or move to the job overseas?
You can do both of it. Its up to you. If you have luck on you job overseas then you take it at the same time try to divide your time with working cryptocurrency. You have opportunities and grab them both because if it will loose you will regret at the end. Just manage your time and take a risk. Also have faith with God.
643  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Will Change Everything on: December 14, 2017, 03:21:14 AM
Not everything can change the bitcoin but bitcoin can change a lot of thing...can change the status of life of one person who is using bitcoin....
Your right! Bitcoin will not solve all problems in humanity, bitcoin just help those problems to surpass like financial problem. Bitcoin may fade, but the problems of our world will always be there. Yes, bitcoin can change the system of transaction, eliminates poverty and help to be successful but not anytime. Bitcoin is just a man-made.
644  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: All these forks make bitcoin seem scammy.. they should never have been done. on: December 13, 2017, 02:45:43 AM
Seriously we had Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold, though some argue that one's a scam, and now Bitcoin Diamond all within a 6 month time period? In 5 years how many forks will there be? They should never have forked the coin at all, not even once. They should have created another coin with a different name from scratch. Forking constantly makes the whole thing seem like a big scam from an outsider's perspective.

Forking will lead to another coin eventually taking bitcoin's place in my opinion, though hopefully people don't see that hey, anyone can create any coin they want at any time, so why should I buy this particular coin? There's 15 bitcoin forks here in 2019... what the hell is going on?  I like that I can store money without having to worry about unconstitutional civil asset forfeiture, but it seems like the way things are going the blatant greed is showing through.  Just another way for people to create a coin they can dump and make their millions, which is fine.. I like making money too, I just hope this short term focus on gain doesn't harm people's perception of bitcoin as a whole.  In any case as long as the money is there, people should flock in. 500 billion dollars from a global economic perspective is still peanuts. We could have 2 trillion in combined market cap and it's still peanuts to the global economy.
I never thought how forks can destroy the foundation of bitcoin. At first, I saw how those forks contribute to bitcoin but now, it seems like people are not anymore trusted bitcoin, specially those who are aware. Forks will make a bad influence of bitcoin. Somehow, I never wish that bitcoin will decline because of forks.
645  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto following same evolution as fiat? on: December 12, 2017, 08:49:49 PM
As cryptocurrency gain more traction and 'normies' begin to become more accustomed to it, we will soon see it proliferating into mainstream usage.

There are many similarities between the evolution of crypto and fiat.

Before fiat gold was the currency of choice. It held value to people for a long time but had many problems as a currency, most importantly in liquidity. Fiat evolved to solve this problem, yet was originally set against a gold standard in order to convince people of its value. As fiat matured the FX markets allowed each currency to find a natural value and replace the gold standard. As the financial system matured other assets came into circulation including securities such as bonds and shares.

However fiat was from the outset a physical store of value, and had a very hard time adjusting to the instant, widespread and annonymous nature of the digital world.

Enter bitcoin. In the crypto world bitcoin has held the role of gold, a speculative commodity and the standard at which other cryptos are valued. As it grew in use people began to believe in its value, giving it merit. However there are many problems within its network, like gold, which prevent liquidity and use as a widespread currency. Just as fiat did altcoins emerged to solve this problem. Set against the value of BTC they attempt to solve liquidity issues. Bitcoin, as with gold, has began to transition to a commodity asset, allowing altcoins to take the role of highly liquid currency. Exchanges have yet to stop using what i call the 'bitcoin standard', but efforts are being made which will allow the value of altcoins to be positioned against each other much like the FX markets. In the place of securities we see tokens emerging, each with their own unique monetary benefits.

Cryptocurrency has democratized currency. It has opened up the financial system to anyone and everyone across the world.
What i would love to see soon is a new state formed with no fiat in place, instead allowing its economy to develop with cryptocurrency.
Im not sure that cryptocurrency is mature enough for it yet, but it would be an interesting experiment in use case.
I think if fiat currency will remove, third world countries will suffer this changes. In reality, cryptocurrency is not really matured in our world. Many of countries are behind this trends, it will take time just to spread cryptocurrency in the whole world. Bitcoin will not follows what fiat evolution had, I think before it was created there are different research that made. Bitcoin will not be successfully to launch if there are lots of critics. That's why bitcoin will lead to a great change in our economy but we have to acknowledge also the usage of fiat. Both fiat and cryptocurrency are needed in this world, no need to demolish one of them.
647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: mining on the adroid phone is not possible? on: December 09, 2017, 12:58:55 PM
it is true no possible mining on the phone ?
It is possible but I think there will be a great problem since the operating system of cellphone is too far from computers, specially those computers that packed up by intensively high system. I am sure that cellphones can't be a reliable source when it comes in mining. It's better to have PC rather than using of android phones.
648  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could we expect more years like "2017"? on: December 09, 2017, 11:44:14 AM
Expecting 2018 to be a huge year for the crypto world just like 2017. Just look at how bitcoin is growing recently which itself says a lot about the excitement for the upcoming year. So many people including me feel that bitcoin will touch 40k by this time or earlier next year and after that, 100k will be the next goal for the king of the crypto world. I am very happy to be a proud member of this vast and enormous crypto world during these exciting times and I am loving it.
It's nice to see that bitcoin improves a lot since the opening of 2017 till the end of 2017. It indicates that 2018 will be a huge event for bitcoin. We have to be positive that bitcoin will goes up to 40k dollars. I want also to hold bitcoin but I don't have anyone of it.
649  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Women in the cryptocurrency industry on: December 09, 2017, 09:52:07 AM
We should not discriminate people though gender identity. As long as we work in a good way. And for me, all of us has starvation and we must earn to in order for us to fulfill our necessity and wants. Gender nowadays is not a big deal anymore.
650  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is holding bitcoin Greedy? on: December 09, 2017, 05:11:30 AM
Most people now with the rise of bitcoin value, just want to hold bitcoin for as long as they can so that they can maximize their worth. But isn't it a little too greedy to just keep holding bitcoin?
We've all read that story in the school with the moral "Greed is a Curse".
So what if too much greed in bitcoin may backfire? What if, the hodlers end up with nothing?
So when we say we invest something we are greed? We are holding bitcoin because we want to earn. And that is called profitable sources. On other hand, we can say that we are greedy if we get bitcoin to other. If we are hacking somebody's wallet and put it on our wallet, that is a greed!  People who are holding bitcoins now are smart because they think that they will be profitable someday.
651  Economy / Economics / Re: What makes Bitcoin to move this fast? on: December 09, 2017, 02:24:54 AM
I saw on other threads that the 21 million coins of bitcoin have already circulates in our economy. I don't know how this it is authentic. He also said that it is the reason why bitcoin price is growing up but someday it go slowdown. I am searching other articles that proves it and contrast this idea. I just want to share what I've saw and I am not making a hoax.
652  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Who is the BIGGEST bitcoin holder in philippines? on: December 08, 2017, 09:23:13 PM
653  Local / Pilipinas / Re: 21 Million bitcoin? on: December 08, 2017, 12:00:51 PM
Just curious what if namina na po lahat ng 21 million na bitcoin ano po ang mangyayari? Kelan po kaya mamimina lahat to? Is this means end na din po ng mga miners and ng bitcoin? What do you think guys posible bang mamina po lahat ng bitcoin?
654  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Homework services on: December 08, 2017, 06:06:44 AM
Hello! Guys, is this right i understand designation of bitcoin? -  This is the new generation of decentralized digital currency, created and working only on the Internet. No one controls it, currency emission occurs through the work of millions of computers around the world using a program to calculate mathematical algorithms.
I were do my homework, and found this quote.

655  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will 2018 might easy to see 30-40k/BTC? on: December 08, 2017, 02:08:56 AM
40k-50k? Wow! I think it is impossible. I am predicting that bitcoin price will reach it's limitation by the first quarter of 2018 and it will slowdown by the half of 2018. We are not sure that if it will rise up or go down. We just wait until that time will happens.

657  Economy / Speculation / Re: When BTC will go down on: December 07, 2017, 03:54:40 PM
This is hard to predict. Last time today I checked the price it was around 14600$ and now is over 15500$, in just couple of hours. This will not last forever that is for sure and the price will drop down but the question is for how much and in what moment. I think this could happen at the very end of this year or begininig of another but I don't dare to say how much.
Never before we have experienced such fast price growth and I think things are happening beyond all predictions.
Wow! Its amazing to see that bitcoins increasing in just a time. However, there is no permanent in this world except change. Bitcoin will reach the apex of it's price but definitely it will turn down. A lot of things may happen in 2018 maybe it will goes higher than we expect or it will be on the floor.

660  Local / Pilipinas / Re: BIR susunod din kaya sa ginawa ng IRS on: December 05, 2017, 12:21:13 PM
https://techcrunch.com/2017/11/29/coinbase-internal-revenue-service-taxation/amp/
Coinbase ordered to give the IRS data on users trading more than $20,000
