Non so quali siano le sedi di emissione delle carte, magari sono extra-ue (non trovo info precise su spectrocoin/advcash/bitwala/bitpay ad esempio)
La spiegazione all' AdE sarebbe l'unica possibile : "Sono possessore di bitcoin, con i quali ho pagato"
Cos'altro dovrei dimostrare/dire? Sarebbe tral'altro la verità.
Alla fine se non c'e legge in merito non sto facendo qualcosa di illegale.
Consideriamo un caso estremo : se avessi compato 2 dollari di BTC nel 2010, ai primi prezzi di mercato, ora avrei 2500 BTC equivalenti a circa 10 milioni di euro.
E' possibile che io non possa beneficiare di questo? Devo avere paura di non aver adempiuto a qualcosa che non esiste....

Secondo voi, le carte ricaricabili in BTC ed emesse all'estero (direi che lo sono praticamente tutte) sono soggette a controlli?
E' evidente che usare solo debit card non comporta movimenti da e verso conto bancario. Eppure con esse puoi pagare qualunque cosa e ritirare da ATM cifre importanti. Disponendo di carte multiple non ci sarebbe alcun problema a prelevare una milionata di euro in un anno.

It would greatly help people sell CAT and make money in referral commission if you could make a separate website where people can get each of their unique referral link and promote it wherever they like instead of pming you all the time the details about the people who they referred to your bitcointalk thread and contact you. If there were some such mechanism I would be much more interested in your referral program and finding it more convenient to get referrals to you.
I'm not paying 115 USD/REF to give people a link to spam somewhere. I'm paying 115 USD/REF to people who wants to manage an portal where customer can pay and send info directly to the reseller. And yes, the reseller must pay me and send me the info. Recently One of my reseller was able to make 1000+ USD in 10 Days, but he decide to be a real reseller : he give support, he look for people he spend his time. Hi Sampey How much profit you making per month in %, on avearge? Be honest please Would the bot still make profit if you run it 24/7 with random pairs? How many pairs do you trade at one time, 10, 20..?  Hi, it's not easy to give you answers, because there are too many variables that could comes in play. About Kraken PRoblem : i'm still waiting from Kraken that the finally set the final conditions about decimal places : CAT is able to manage decimal places if these data are returned by the api system (and these data on kraken are returned by the api system)
About indicators : i have some separate code about indicators, i'm actually looking at the best solution
First solution is to code all by myself (no externa libraries, more dynamism, more coding time)
