This question isn't general because almost all tokens are pumped and dumped depending on the kind of project. Tokens are pumped by different factors and also dumped by different factors. So there will always be rise and fall because that's how traders make their money daily, weekly, monthly and so on.

This is a great write up. I love it. I will just like to add a common thing that everyone can use when you feel the market cap is decreasing, its called TETHER(USD/USDT). This is mostly available on top exchanges. You can convert your Btc/ETH holding to tether anytime you feel there is a downtrend. It really helps a lot, and you can easily convert it to btc/ETH when you feel a uptrend is coming soon.

I will prefer NEO. Its a good coin with its own blockchain thus, it can host other upcoming tokens on its blockchain. This will really make the price go up and make it gain more popularity. EOS is also a good coin to invest into. Diversification is key in crypto.

I will say its better to keep your tokens on the wallet because its safer and gives you rest of mind. Exchange sites can't hacked or attacked at any time which can cause loss of your tokens.

Thanks for this detailed explanation on KYC and AML. This is of great importance in the crypto community and very soon, it will be made compulsory among other top exchanges. Bittrex mandate KYC for all users so as to be able to withdraw .its also good that most exchanges are now strict on this.

Firstly, you should have a good reason for buying any coin. Make sure you have done your TA & FA excellently. And set a target gain for yourself. I will Also like to add that buying the dip is a strategy that needs mastery because you can never tell when to buy at a dip unless you want to take the risk and hop in at a certain dip. Howbeit, buying the dip of good coins will give you rest of mind even if the price dips more, increase is certain to occur in no time. That's why we need strategy to buying the dip. There are different phases of buying the dips with your capital and sound analysis of the coin you want to trade . we all need to learn this.
