This could be in the top 10 worst btctalk threads ever.

I'm sure the OP is joking around but even the title makes me queasy.

I am currently weighing my options on how HONEST I can be at this time... The exit NDA certainly targets such activity.... At the same time, I am aware that certain protections are afforded to people in this situation, so like I said, I am reviewing my options.

This speaks volumes.

Anyone at hashtalk reading this? Danger Will Robinson Danger

You would think there would be more outcry from the hashpoint miners. They mined hashpoints for 3 months with no income yet they received absolutely no preferential treatment or perks.  These are the guys who should have a chance at getting 20 bucks a coin but, no, they will get the shaft. Talk about getting bent over a stump. Poor sobs.

644  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: January 25, 2015, 08:06:31 PM
They must have lightened up on banning over at hashtalk.

Sparky and the cryptocanada dude are still alive in the "honors-program" thread. This is high drama waiting for the hammer to fall.

I love how others weedle their way clear of banning but still getting a poke in. Clearly very skilled.

"I am sure the morons on HT will blame "us" dumpers once again. Why can they not figure out what is going on? "

They know what's going on. Its all about trying to exit without losing their shirts. Cannot blame them for that.

They will blame their grandmothers and the man-in-the-moon if it helps the price. Its all about the money.

I feel sorry for the poor buggers. Going down with a sinking ship is bound to create some desperation. I don't want to see anyone get hurt in this racket but it happens all too often.

Gaw will come out of it smelling like the proverbial rose.
646  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Paycoin (XPY) is scam on: January 25, 2015, 01:29:49 AM
Many suspect Gaw of dumping coins but I have not seen any definitive proof as yet.  The way this whole paycoin/paybase thing has transpired makes the *premine dump* VERY believable.
Gaw has, literally put squat into infrastructure since paycoin's inception in Sept. All this time and only a basic paybase/exchange.  The "coin adoption fund" supposedly consisted of millions of dollars. What did they do with it?

Gaw is far from transparent about the whole thing which sets off so many alarms its not funny.
647  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Zen Hashlet PayCoin unofficial uncensored discussion. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: January 18, 2015, 08:11:33 PM
The only thing keeping Paycoin alive is the "true believers" and investors who are in too deep. They keep pumping money into it hoping to drive the price up far enough to exit.

The cult is not that stupid to know when they are getting shafted left, right, and center. Gaw's "no show" at the conference has to be a major wakeup call.

Holding paycoin at this point is Russian Roulette. The bagholding event could be beyond anything we have witnessed thus far.
648  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Zen Hashlet PayCoin unofficial uncensored discussion. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: January 15, 2015, 10:23:12 PM
@suchmoon,

"The dispute is mostly whether the intent (or at least some of it) was malicious, and whether the company can actually deliver something in the future."

Thanks for clarifying. You said it in one sentence where as it takes me a page of beating around the bush.
649  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Zen Hashlet PayCoin unofficial uncensored discussion. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: January 15, 2015, 09:43:55 PM
I'm having trouble wrapping my head around this whole Paycoin fiasco.

If its a scam: it is the worst run scam ever. Garza does not come across as a slick conman to me. A good con artist would not KEEP running off at the mouth like this guy does. It is apparent he cannot stay away from keyboard despite all the trouble it gets him in.

Is this a case of gross incompetence or is it a young, frenetic, guy with a grandiose plan that executes and organizes badly?

You also have to ask about his team. How skilled are they? Paybase is no hell. Does Josh hire anyone who says they can code and then abandon them to the task?

Did Gaw have the funds to pursue development in the first place? 'Let's make a bunch of promises now to bring in some bucks and fix things later. People love me.'

We know for sure he mislead people with promises and timelines.

Despite the arguments its all bad for Paycoin and investors.

650  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 13, 2015, 10:56:50 PM
Why aren't the mods banning all the trolls??? It's because of them that the price keeps crashing!

People, don't listen to them! Just hold tight.. this price drop will be nothing when the next rally happens and we're over $10,000!

Don't panic. Hodl.

Group bear hug?

Get your fiat in place.

30% off SALE coming soon.

It was obvious this was coming.

I sincerely hope its not a 50% off sale.

654  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Zen Hashlet PayCoin unofficial uncensored discussion. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: January 11, 2015, 09:11:46 PM
And there are still idiots nice people on HT who believe the whole purpose of Paycoin was for Josh&Co to hand them free hamburgers and somehow the whole plan went awry and it can still be fixed:

https://hashtalk.org/topic/28732/wallet20-as-a-way-to-help-a-paycoin/10

I guess many who are caught up in this may never come to grips with the fact that the whole purpose of Paycoin was to take money out of their wallets and put it in Josh's.

I can understand people not coming to grips with: "Holy crap! My $10,000 investment is in the crapper". Denial, desperation, and straw grasping.
655  Other / Off-topic / Re: First Flight with the new Bebop Drone on: January 11, 2015, 08:59:02 PM
Loved it. Great video quality. You should get someone to video you flying the thing too. Would be nice to see the actual machine.
656  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people hate islam? on: January 11, 2015, 08:54:21 PM
I don't hate anyone.

I live by one simple rule. "I won't shoot at you if you don't shoot at me".
657  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Zen Hashlet PayCoin unofficial uncensored discussion. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: January 11, 2015, 08:27:01 PM
If he had a shred of real business sense, he might have been able to make the coin work... wishful thinking right?  Grin

If the notion for this coin and its technology were in the hands of someone capable, someone who could have made these things happen, could it have been useful?  Undecided

"Community takeover" phase coming soon. Stay tuned.
658  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Zen Hashlet PayCoin unofficial uncensored discussion. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: January 10, 2015, 07:11:22 PM
They just can't figure it out: https://hashtalk.org/topic/28648/why-cant-we-still-use-xpy-on-the-hash-market-gawminers-com-and-hashgear/34

Paul Revere, a lot of your posts are funny--but come'on mayne--why you gotta call us chumps ?   Grin

Chumps, morons, idiots, retards, etc. remarks tend to disarm the good info posted.

Kicking someone when they are down does not create an ally - only more animosity.

Then again, this is btctalk. We get it all here.
659  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DigiByte turns 1 year old today! on: January 10, 2015, 06:20:31 PM
Happy Birthday! One year in this space is, indeed, an accomplishment.

It is a pleasure to follow digibyte discussions. Little drama and much positivity.

I would like to stop for just a moment, and ask a question concerning the repercussions of what is transpiring here.

If Paycoin / Paybase fail, then many people will lose alot of their money.
I understand the reasons that you want this to occur for the founders of Paycoin, but have you stopped to think how many other people will feel that sting as you try and de-value the coin further?
If you want to be "whistle blowers" and police wrongdoing with evidence of that wrongdoing brought to the authorities, I applaud your efforts.  We all need watchmen to help keep us out of trouble.  But please think about those you are calling stupid for having faith in the company, and try to help them / warn them BEFORE they take a further loss.  Reveling in the decline of the price, and wanting to smash the coin out of existence, will do nothing but hurt those that are invested in it.  You should feel some compassion for those of that have XPY holdings, and try to warn against the drop in price to help your fellow man.

I started here and on LCT over a year ago... I do not post very often, but I do read. Today I have posted twice...i am as upset about the matter as anyone on EITHER side can be, but it will not help the ones that do not read these pages to deflate the coin purposefully.  Your efforts would be better spent compiling the evidence and reporting it in a manner that would allow Journalists to research/verify/and publish.

I'll stop now, as I am not going to say anything else on the matter.

That is a thoughtful and fair post.
