ভাই, বাইন্যান্স বা কু কয়েন এর মতো এক্সচেঞ্জ খোলা এতো সহজ না। আমার মতো প্রোগ্রামিং না জানা লোক এই ধরনের এক্সচেঞ্জ অপারেট করতে গেলে সব ক্ষেত্রে লোক ভাড়া করে কাজ করানো লাগবে। আর দুনিয়ার সব জিনিস দিয়ে মানুষ কে বিশ্বাস করা যায় না। আজ অব্দি যতগুলো স্টার্ট আপ দেখেছেন, খেয়াল করে দেখবেন এদের সবাই প্রোগ্রামিং করে নিজেরাই কোড করে তাদের প্ল্যাটফর্ম দাড় করিয়েছে। আমি যেটা করতে চাচ্ছিলাম, একটা ইন্সটান্ট এক্সচেঞ্জ খুলতে চাচ্ছিলাম। যেখানে একমাত্র আমার ওয়েবসাইটে আমি নিজেই ক্রেতা এবং যখন কোনো ইউজার কিনতে চাইবে, তখন আমি একাই বিক্রেতা।
গুগলে বিটকয়েন টু বিকাশ লিখে সার্চ করলে অনেক গুলো ওয়েবসাইটের লিংক পাবেন। কষ্টের ব্যাপার হলো এদের বেশিরভাগেরই রেপুটেশন অত্যান্ত খারাপ। প্রথম প্রথম ছোট ট্রাঞ্জেকশন করে গ্রাহকদের বিশ্বাস অর্জন করে, তারপর বড় এমাউন্ট স্ক্যাম করে দেয়। যদিও বাইনান্স পি টু পির যুগে এসব এক্সচেঞ্জ চালানো খুবই কঠিন ব্যাপার।
ভাই আপনি যা করতে চাচ্ছেন তা অবশ্যই ভালো সবার জন্যে, কিন্তু দেশের বাইরে এমন মানুষ পাওয়া অনেক কঠিন। আমি ফরামে জয়েন করার আগে বেশ কিছু সাইটে কাজ করতাম সেখান থেকেই বিটকয়েন নিয়ে জানতাম, তখন কয়েনবেজ এ পেমেন্ট দিতো, ১৫-২০টা সাইটে কাজ করলে সারাদিনে $২ ডলারের মতো আসতো, তখন একা ছিলাম অনেক মজা হইতো। তখনকার ভালো ভালো কয়েকটা সাইট ছিল যেখানে ১ ডলার ও বিক্রি করা যেতো, অনেকেই প্রতিহিংশার কারনে সাইট বন্ধ করে দিয়েছে আবার অনেকে স্ক্যাম করেছে, আবার অনেকে জেল পর্জন্ত খেটে বের হইছে, এইসব মানুষদের সাথে অনেক ভালো সম্পর্ক ছিলো সেই সময়, যারা একটু ভালো কিছু করছিলো তাদেরকে হয় মেয়ে দিয়ে ফাসাইছে নাহয় পুলিশি ঝামেলাতে ফেলছে। এগুলো আমি খুব কাছ থেকে দেখেছি। এইসব কারনে আমি নিজেও অনেকবার ফরামে ইনএ্যক্টিভ হয়েছি । আর আপনে বাইনান্স পি টু পির কথা যদি বলেন, এখানে লেনদেন করার কারনে আমার সাথে আগে কাজ করতো মাইক্রোস্টোক সাইট গুলোতে, তাদের ১০জন এর উপরে যাদেরকে আমি খুব ভালোভাবে দীর্ঘদিন ধরে চিনিতাম তারা এই বাইনান্স পি টু পির এর কবলে সবাই জেলে আছে এখন। এগুলো সব গতো ৩-৪ মাসে ঘটে যাওয়া ঘঠনা। আমারো ভয় হয় মাঝে মাঝে। দুইদিন আগে বাংলাদেশের অন্যতম "ব্রাক ব্যাংক" তাদের গ্রাহকদেরকে জানাইছে দেশের বাইরে থেকে কোনো উইথড্র দিতে পারবেনা কেউ, মানে সরকার আসলেই একটা বেকাইদাতে আছে বর্ত্মানে। আমার মতামত হচ্ছে বাংলাদেশে যদি কখোনো বৈধ হয় বা লেন্দেন বৈধ করে তখন আপনার এই পরিকল্পনা কাজে লাগায়েন, এখন নিজের নিরাপত্তার জন্যে হলেও মাথা থেকে এগুলো বের করে ফেলেন।

যাইহোক এখনো কিছু কিছু ওলামা কেরাম ক্রিপ্টোকারেন্সি কে জুয়ার সাথে তুলনা করে এখনো হারাম বলে আখ্যায়িত করেছেন। এই ক্রিপ্টোকারেন্সি বিষয়ে আমি যতটা জানি হাদিসে কোন কিছু লেখা হয় নাই। তাই ইসলামী বড় বড় ওলামাকেরাম যে ফতুয়া দিবেন, ইসলামী অনেক বড় বড় সংগঠন রয়েছেন তারা ইসলামের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী যে ব্যাখ্যা দিবেন তাই আমাদের মেনে নিতে হবে।
সমস্যা আসলে অন্য যায়গায়। আজকের দিনের বেশিরভাগ ওলামাগন ডিজিটাল কোনো কারেন্সি সম্পর্কে খোজ খবর রাখেন না। বাইরের কিছু দেশের ওলামারাই এখনো খোজ খবর রাখেন না এসবের ব্যাপারে। একটা ব্যাপারে ফতোয়া দিতে হলে ওনাদেরকে জানতে হবে যে উনি আসলে কিসের ব্যাপারে ফতোয়া দিচ্ছেন। ওনাকে জানতে হবে যে বিটকয়েন বা অন্যান্য ক্রিপ্টো কারেন্সি কিভাবে কাজ করে। কাজ করার মেকানিজম টা কি। ওনারা যেটুকু জানেন, সেটা হলো, বিটকয়েনের দাম অনেক বাড়ে আবার অনেক কমে। তার মানে এটা জুয়া। এর কারনেই এটাকে জুয়ার সাথে তুলনা করে থাকেন। আসলে যেসব আলেমগণ বিটকয়েন কে সরাসরি জুয়া বা হারাম বলে আখ্যা দিতেছে তাদের আবারো ভাবা উচিত কারণ কোন কিছুকে হারাম বলার পূর্বে শক্ত দলিলাদি লাগে তার পূর্বে কখনো হারাম ঘোষণা দেওয়া যায় না। তাছাড়া আমি মনে করি তাদেরকে ডিজিটাল কারেন্সি সম্পর্কে অত কিছু জানতে হবে না তারা যদি বর্তমানে আমাদের এই কাগজের টাকার ইতিহাস সম্পর্কে জানে তাহলেই হবে, তাদের যদি ধরি তাহলে এই কাগজের টাকাও হারাম হয়ে যাবে, কারণ কাগজের তো কোন মূল্য নেই। তাছাড়া আমি বাংলাদেশি কয়েকজন টপ লেভেলের ওলামাগণের এ বিষয়ে মতামত দেখেছি যে বিটকয়েন হালাল কিনা হারাম এটা নিয়ে এখতেলাফ রয়েছে এজন্য সরাসরি এটাকে তাদের মধ্যে কেউই হারাম বলে ঘোষণা দেয়নি, এখন এটা নিয়ে যত যাই বলুক ভবিষ্যতে দেখবেন যে এটাকে সময় ও পরিবেশের প্রয়োজনে হালাল ঘোষণা দিতেই হবে। যেটা হয়তো রুশ এর আলেমগণ করেছেন। ক্রিপ্টোকারেন্সি নিয়ে রুশ উলামা কাউন্সিলের ফতোয়া https://www.somoynews.tv/news/2023-12-23/yGKDw8tNজারি করা ডিক্রিতে মুফতি আলাউদ্দিনভ বলেন, ‘ইন্টারনেট প্রযুক্তির যেসব খাত জনগণের জীবনমানের উন্নয়নের সঙ্গে সরাসরি সম্পর্কিত, সেসব খাতকে কাউন্সিল সবসময়েই সমর্থন করে। এই নীতির আলোকে কাউন্সিল মনে করে, মুসলিমরা ক্রিপ্টোকারেন্সির ব্যবহার ও বিনিয়োগ করতে পারবে। এক্ষেত্রে ধর্মীয় কোনো বাধা নেই।’

অনেক সময় পুলিশরা ইচ্ছা করলেও সে সৎ থাকতে পারে না। ওনারা চাইলেই আবার সবার নামে মামলা দিতে পারে না। বদলির হুমকি, অমুকের ছেলে, তমুকের নাতি রা অব্দি পুলশকে থ্রেড দেয়। অনেক সময় দেখবেন পুলশ ঘুষ ও নেয়না। কারন তার টার্গেট একটাই, মামলা দিয়ে প্রমোশন কনফার্ম করা। যেনো ভবিষ্যতে আরো বেশি কামাতে পারে।
হ্যা ভাই, পুলিশ অনেক সময় অনেকের কাছে অসহায় হয়ে পড়ে  , ফেইসবুকে আমিও দেখছিলাম একটা মটর সাইকেল এর নাম্বার প্লেটে লিখা মুক্তিযুদ্ধার নাতি। , এটা নিয়ে অনেকেই ট্রল করেছিলো, আসলে মুক্তিযোদ্ধা আমাদের কাছে একটা আবেগের নাম, যেখানে অনেকেই এটা খারাপ ভাবে ব্যাবহার করে শুবিধা নিয়ে থাকে, আবার কিছু মডেল এর গারি আছে পুলিশ দেখলেই অইগুলোকে আগে সাইড করে দেয়ার চেস্টা করে বিশেষ করে পতাকা বাহি গাড়ি গুলো। আর প্রমোশন এর ব্যাপার তো আরো যটিল একজন কনেস্টেবল থেকে এসআই পদে জেতেই অনেকের অবস্থা খারাপ হয়ে যায়, শুধু কাজ না লবিং+টাকা সবকিছুই লাগে। |

আমার যতটুকো জানা এই সকল ঘটনা বেশি ঘটে মুলত ব্যাক্তিগ আক্রোশ থেকে, আপনার সাথে আমি একমত, একজন বড়ভাই বলেছিল পুলিশ ঘুস খায়না এটা ভুল, কতো লিমিট পার হলে সে ঘুস খাবে এইটা জানা জরুরী কারন এখানে এখানে একটা কাজ কতোক্ষন পর্যন্ত মানুষ না করে থাকতে পারে এটার একটা লিমিট আছে, এরোকম পুলিশ এর মধ্যেও এমন আছে যে বছরে এতগুলা মামলা ছাড়া বেতন বারবেনা, তখন তারা এটা করার জন্যে মরিয়া হয়ে উঠে, আর পুলিশ সপ্তাহের সময় তো কোনো কথাই নাই। আমি নিজেও হ্যানস্তার শিকার হয়েছি। |
