My funds is still not credited to my account. A lawyer, Roelof Bijkerk, has 100% evidence that the same owner of 1xbet runs 1xbit.
But 1xbit is nt respsonding to his mail. He has contacted now the Gaming commission in Curacao, and if they coorporate, it will win. but may take some time.

Please reffer to the General Terms p.20: "In the event of duplicate registration aiming to circumvent restrictions imposed by the company, the company can make any decision that it deems to be fair and reasonable: - to block (close) the account (including any duplicate accounts)" Which means creation of duplicate account accounts is punished only in case of creating them with order to circumvent restrictions. |

A sign person can not operate a gambling site but I think they took their time to answer a complaint in other for them to come up with the perfect excuse just like we just see here when they don't follow gambling terms and condition themselves. 1xbit has scammed me as well!
for about 550 mbt 0 which is now around 15000 eur.
I deposited 200 mbtc and made it up to about 760
In my email i got this message about 10 days ago, since they refuse to solve it
"We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions.
You can withdraw the deposited sum only."
They allow me to withdraw money (80 mbt), and when i started to winning to much, they void all my bets.
They put my balance to 120 mbt again, and I was only able to withdraw this funds. they owe me about 550 mbt
The bets I placed were normal. I hope 1xbit_official can help me, but I am sure he will say that this will be the decision of security.
If they decide to keep the stolen money, I will start an accusation topic and I will keep posting into that and here for the rest of my life.

What irritates me most is that they don't give any reason and they don't release any company data at all. You can have a certain value judgment about a bookmaker, but at the very least company data will be available and they have an official gambling license. Where should you knock if you have been scammed by 1xbit? They can only save their reputation if they start paying people and opening and resolving old cases.

Hi dypper, Received a reply from our security. There were a lot of questions received from you, and some of them are different or even contradicting. I suggest you to focus on 1 thing and 1 account, and contact our security department (not a blocking department) directly from the email your account is connected to. As I said in my previous posts they will try their best to keep being active as long as they can to scam more people.
Even if that 1 case that they solve out of 5 cases is a real case and was not made up by themselves so that they can tell other members they're solving issues and with that fake trustworthiness, it still would be more profitable for them to keep going with their scam gambling website as from the looks of it somehow there are still some people that register for this website and start betting there.
They can just as easily get money from those 4 out of 5 that they don't solve and probably make up various excuses that these users acted against their TOS to not pay and refuse withdrawal.
In case of rules violation unfairly received wins could be frozen, but deposits are returned (in case they weren't withdrawned yet). Which means in worst scenario both a player and a casino will remain with a 0 loss. Sincerely, 1xBit team |
