A lot of times I see problems like this. Especially when too much of users start posting on the forum together. like when bounty manager Bounty Detective post a campaign then many bounty hunters start POA posting together. Any chance your office looks like this?  I've had this message in the past, before I added a "delay" between scraping pages. The first 10-20 pages are usually without problems, but after that the server starts rate limiting your IP to reduce server load. This has nothing to do with other forum users, unless they share the same IP address. And then there is such an effect on the whole forum. I could not login my account for this problem yesterday. And I've heard it happened to a few more people. what wrong with Bitcointalk? Are those people using the same Wifi? In my house I use my Broadband connection alone. But I don't know how many people in my city use this forum using the same company broadband connection. What is happening is that people use Bitcoin, it does not officially declare it in their business for fears to penalties.
It happened to me something similar as Op:
I was buying a phone to give a family member and the seller knows me that I use BINANCE APP and asked me if I wanted, I could pay the phone sending crypto from Binance Pay.
I did not make the payment with crypto because I had already exchanged my local currency. But on another occasion I will do the test to pay with Bitcoin or any other crypto.

If there is a website banned in your country then it is better to avoid it. use another site which site is legal in your country. if it there is a matter of investment. Because if you use an illegal method, if they block your account after investing, you will lose your entire investment. Then you can't appeal for it because they already have a ban there.
Of course , I don't see any reason why needs to push playing in casino sites that has banning of your country when there are so many sites available from that? In ny Laptop i am also holding a big amount of Altcoins. But i didn’t use any Antivirus yet. Windows Defender antivirus protection is enough for my coins security. Coz i am avoid click any unknown phishing link, i didn’t download and unknown and risky apps and Crack apps. and i didn’t put others People’s pendrive in my laptop. I have been using my laptop for the last 6 years like this way and I have been holding different crypto currency in different time on my laptop but I have never encountered a laptop hack.
