Dev,

Is there any roadmap for the coin. If not, how much time will it take to prepare.
As we mentioned many times before, it's imposibble to have a clear roadmap as each point will be suggested and voted by the community. Each "step" in Cygnus lifecycle will be decided by the community, so we can't "predict" any features, or developments.

Wrong. You could mention what skillsets your developers have, but guess what you don't have any developers. If the community decides on a Zerocoin implementation and tech that prevents blockchain bloat? then what? You're going to magically pull some skilled devs out of your hat?. You give nothing substantial, you hide behind this community consensus thing.

This whole coin in a scam and you are awaiting a Bittrex add to dump all your coins. These 37 pages are filled with mooncries of kids dreaming to be rich and hot air.

You have all been warned.

can we know the best ideas from the poll so far?
You plan to keep the topic quiet untill completion of the poll?

Goodluck getting an answer about any specifics regarding development from this dev.

That's because the "dev" can't code anything and made this coin using walletbuilder only to dump the premine should CYG ever trade above 1k
643  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] • CYGNUS • [CYG] • X11 POW/POS • Consensus Polls • Dynamic Development on: March 06, 2016, 05:14:02 PM
Regarding the submission phase, so far the most requested technical development topics are related to lowering the PoS rate with different suggestions.
Once the submission phase will end the most requested questions will be placed for a voting and you will have 1 week to choose an option.

Thank you for supporting us to get CYG added to other exchanges. We are sure if the community remains active like it's now, CYG will be noticed by more users and more exchanges will be interested in adding it.

Lol let me guess, one week of hype and driving the price up only to announce that you "have plans on trying to find a dev that can code the things the "community" has decided on"

Good luck!
644  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] FedoraCoin (TiPS); New style, new services, same unique features on: March 06, 2016, 10:16:38 AM
why doesn't my Fedoracoin wallet sync.

FedoraCoin version - v1.0.4.3-unk-beta

can please someone help me with that issue?

You need to do this:

Create a .txt file and paste this info in it:

addnode=188.226.145.183:44889
addnode=162.243.35.205:44889
addnode=192.99.13.67:44889
addnode=68.71.67.225:44889
addnode=83.217.145.16:44889
addnode=86.129.172.5:44889
addnode=79.168.129.77:44889
addnode=83.248.33.223:44889
addnode=81.108.29.80:44889
addnode=67.191.189.132:44889
addnode=95.105.116.189:44889
addnode=122.149.136.199:44889
addnode=50.202.110.30:44889
addnode=212.198.177.53:44889

Save and then rename the .txt file to fedoracoin.conf

Now with that file, place it into your apps/roaming/fedoracoin directory

start the client, wait for a few minutes and it should synch

Are there any plans to make the HTML5 wallet run on Linux? I'd like to run a physical node i.e. an always on Raspberry Pi for example for staking and securing the network. I could build another (Windows based) energy efficient machine, but if it would be possible on a raspi that would be awesome.

Hi CTRLX,

What is the advantage of using Linux with a Raspberry Pi over using a windows computer using a Pi to run a node to stake the IOC wallet?

Really interested, i know nothing about Linux, i take it your are well versed in Linux operation, would love to here your views.  I also really like the idea of using Pi's to run nodes, other alt coins do it, dash very sucessfully, i think IOC could benifit greatly for education people about using Pi's to run nodes/wallets.

Thank you.

I think one advantage of using a raspberry pi is they only use like 5 watts,  windows computer would use what...like 10x the power.

Yes that is why I asked. A PI consumes so little energy, so I'd like to run that 24/7 for staking. The advantage of POS over POW becomes apparent when you don't have to invest in thousands of dollars worth of equipment to secure the network In my opinion POW will in the end lose from POS if there isn't a way to channel all that energy into something useful.

I'm out for now, will be buying back after 6k or so. VNL will rise for sure, just not immediately like John said.

Thank you for your in depth analysis and constructive remarks. Bitcointalk tends to be a place full of vile trolls who resort to profanity and insults, I am glad you (as a legendary member) set an example, a code of conduct if you will, for the newbie shill accounts that tend to litter the thread of promising coins. Have a great day and thanks for stopping by.
653  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ANN - LEOcoin - Official announcement regarding LEOcoin from LEOcoin Foundation on: December 15, 2015, 09:41:09 AM
And again LOL @ these paid shill accounts. Wake up broskis it's almost 2016, no one here buys into your lies anymore.
654  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ANN - LEOcoin - Official announcement regarding LEOcoin from LEOcoin Foundation on: December 15, 2015, 09:39:01 AM
Lol GTFO with your pyramid scheme. Once the SEC gets wind of this it will be your asses.

I quite like icebreaker's eloquence, just think it's a shame he puts it to use the way he does. If you compare his posts in here to his posts in the dash thread he's actually quite mild in his criticism of Vanillacoin. I obviously don't agree with the guy since I like Vanillacoin a lot, but at least he uses his main account instead of a shill one.
