When you say successful gambler, do you mean a gambler who has won more than he has lost, or do you mean a gambler who is addicted enough that he doesn't do any other thing apart from gambling?.

I understand that Manchester United is far from playing their best football. With the way other teams are performing it will be hard for them to make the champoins league spot. What Manchester United should do is to take their focus off the top 4 and make sure they can make the Europa league next season. But they should focus more on rebuilding the team next season.
Rather than forcing to qualify for Champions or Europa League, it's better for them to develop their club first. They need to find two wingers, midfielders and few defenders. Match fixing is a very big offense and I believe that those people fixing matches does this secretly because if they are caught, they will get sanctioned from football. It is against any sport and I believe that it doesn't only apply to football.

I think Ten Haag was more focused on not getting more embarrassed so I didn't find it unusual to be honest. You can notice how United cannot really find a good mix of offense and defense. They can score if they open up but they are also prone for allowing many goals and we've seen that a lot in their previous CL matches this season. The same thing could have happened against Liverpool if Ten Haag decided a more offensive approach. Yes you are right, man utd was very cautious with their approach to the game, the 7-0 lose the last time is still fresh in the back of their minds, so to me it quite logical that they took such approach due to their defensive frailties this season. If they had come out toe too toe with Liverpool they would have scored a goal, but they would have lost whole fully. This was the same thing that I was discussing with my friend during the match yesterday, that assuming Manchester united played save and they were not after scoring because if you look at the game during the last 15mins of the first half, it was very obvious in the sense that any ball that reaches united player they will always play a long pass to see if they can use counter attack to net the post. Eric Had strategy yesterday was a good one, because Liverpool was looking for a goal by all means but they couldn't make that happen due to united tight defense and nobody was ready to make any mistake. Of course the bookies have gone somewhat wrong with the odds,despite Liverpool being the favorite in this game you cannot give to any team 1.30 odds when playing against Manchester United at home no matter who they are just for the history that Manchester United has. Both teams had difficulties in netting the post because united also missed three good opportunities. I agree with you OP, gambling is fun and relief from stress of the day or stress during the week. You can entertain yourself with your friends during the weekend with your favorite gambling games as long as you are not after making profit. Like this weekend, I am a fan of sportbet and I always chill with a bottle of beer with my friends to watch the matches and see if we made the right bet.
