Reason for not selling after the bull run is because, I'm not into altcoin holding/investment, i only hold Bitcoin, and I don't plan of selling my BTC anytime sooner. If you don really make up your mind to use bitcoin for transactions, I go advise just for this your sake, make you add one stable coin join the Bitcoin so that, when ever we experience any mempool congestion or high fee, we fit just navigate to using stable coin. And I go advise you use USDT join with the bitcoin, USDT transaction sef dey very fast. But make e no over shadow your original thought to use Bitcoin for the transaction, and to help promote am. Don't forget about the airdrops scam as well. There are too many people that have been engaged in airdrop because they're free money and also those test/mainnet tasks that are requiring you to do transactions on their chain because it's required by them. There are so much scams on the altcoins market and everyone has to be aware of these things, thanks for the reminder on this thread and hopefully more newbies will get to see reminders like this.
You have a point mate. Airdrop scam is one of the major scam that fly everywhere now. And they can easily convince one to trust it and then fall for their scam. I have heard of some airdrops on Twitter X and on this forum that are asking for their beneficiaries to first send dem some token to validate their wallet address. Anytime I see such scam, I just laugh, because it's only a fool who would fall for such dumb scam. However $1 million is too much for gambling with altcoin. Op, sound like someone who is actually looking for a Ponzi or a way to get scammed. There are several sites and apps out there claiming to give such returns, but I warn because they are all scams. Crypto investment has enough risk inside you might even end up experience loss instead of profits. But there is a coin that if you eventually invest in, in the next one year you will surely receive some profits. And that is Bitcoin, you just need to have patience and make your investment without trading or tempering with your coin. Hopefully by April we will experience the halving which will lead to the bull run, and from there we have enough profit from our investment. Even if price correction takes place, before the end of the year the market might recover.

I do not know, and neither do I have any idea of what you are talking about, since Bitcoin came into existence and opened a new financial world known as the crypto currency ecosystem, there have been a lot of altcoin projects that tried to steal bitcoin's glory by claiming to solve one or two problems that hunts bitcoin and it's blockchain, for some, it is speed, and for others, it is high fees.
To also add, there have been different number of forks, where the bitcoin blockchain is split into two, bringing about the birth of a new bitcoin-like coin to rival bitcoin and try to dethrone it, but all this have failed.
And what are we supposed to learn from all this?, we are supposed to by now, know that what ever is created by man is not perfect, bitcoin is not perfect, and neither are any of this altcoins trying to become the new bitcoin perfect.
Bitcoin can't be dethroned, if it was possible to dethrone bitcoin, it would have happened a long time ago in the days of BCH, BSV and so on.

Actually I never expected the market price to fall this low after the ETF approval, I was expecting more if the bulls, but unfortunately this is what we got. However there is a saying that "opportunity come but once". We don't know for sure if this would be the least price we would ever experience before the halving. So, it's better to use this opportunity to buy/accumulate more coins to your portfolio. There is no need selling your coins now, those who bought at a much higher price will experience some loss if they sell. But I believe for those of us that have been using the DCA strategy of accumulating, would just ignore any price movement. But in situations like this, I still buy more than usual when using the DCA. Meaning, I get more aggressive in accumulation when ever there is a big dip like this one.

I feel like we are not just ready yet as a country to face these issues of kidnapping squarely and it is not even funny. What one will never wish in his entire life on the surface of the earth is to have an encounter with kidnappers. It is a very horrific moments that gives you a heightened trauma. It is like sighting the day of judgment on earth for anyone who got a first hand experience of such incidents. It is highly ridiculous.
As an individual, you need to be extra careful with borrowing strangers your phones to make calls, or even allowing someone close to you to use your phone to make strange calls. Be very vigilant and I'm not saying you should not trust your loved ones but be very careful about those incidents. Don't give out your phones for others to insert their Sims or make calls you aren't aware of. That might be the only way the security agencies can trail such crime numbers which will be linked to your phone since you used it last.
As a country, I want to challenge this government to wake up and beef up this security challenges that have affected lives and others with sad story of victimization.
