How can i get paid when my workers did some public work?

Payments are manually processed right now, but that is coming in the next update.

Hey guys,

We this is not the news I like to wake up to.  Our server provider says that the new server the site was moved to is having some issues and is down.  They are working on it at the moment but I don't have an eta right now.  I will keep you posted.  It may be time to have a backup site for times like this. Smiley
Isn't this the same host you use for GPUMAX?

GPUMAX runs on multiple massive dedicated machines.  Btclending is just running on a shared host.
You might want to fix that before you allow withdrawals from the website, because of overflow exploits and the like.

Thanks.

I run multiple backups of site locally, so even if someone were to attack the site it would not match my system.

I agree that it does seem shady for a pool to send it's power off somewhere else without telling it's miners.  If gigavps can verify the information I would be interested in seeing it.

As Goat stated, GPUMAX had nothing to do with this deal and wouldn't condone such an operation.

I made the payment 3 hrs ago, and there is still no hashing activity.

What's going on?

Update
It's that time again for another update.  We are finishing up this last batch of purchases and will suspend them from starting until we have the update completed.  We always hope that nothing goes wrong from our staging server to production but if something happens it won't be for long.

Thanks,

We are about to start back up shortly.

Oh oh.... I think I killed it with my last deposit...hehe
Is there something wrong with BTC lending website ? I was able to login in earlier, but it seems I can't anymore.
...just thought I would see if anyone else was having a connection issue.
Cheers,
bitlane.

Damnit, why did you crash me?Huh?

Nah, it will be back up shortly.

would the masters care to explain?

I don't want to spoil the fun. Smiley
651  Economy / Services / Re: GPUMAX | The Bitcoin Mining Marketplace on: January 25, 2012, 11:28:15 PM
According to BTCGuild, the current PPS rate is 0.0000363.
On gpumax, the current price to buy per share is 0.0000572.
Using 20,000 shares, that would cost me  1.144BTC. In return, I would only get 0.726BTC from BTCGuild.
Why would anyone wants to do that?
I can see a reason to buy if the price to buy is quoted in USD. But if I am paying in BTC, and receiving in BTC, what am I to gain from this?

I am not going to go into detail about what most people don't seem to understand but I will tell you that it can become very profitable very quickly.

I will be buying 50,000 Bitcoins in the next hour.

Sporadically.

Get in or lose.

LOL, that made me laugh.
656  Economy / Services / Re: GPUMAX | The Bitcoin Mining Marketplace on: January 25, 2012, 06:54:56 PM
Agreed, we are securing the connection issues and failover stuff first and will add the stat stuff when we can get it in.  A lot of updates will be coming in the next few days so you won't have to wait too long.
657  Economy / Speculation / Re: if you just look closely enough... on: January 25, 2012, 05:31:05 PM

658  Economy / Services / Re: GPUMAX | The Bitcoin Mining Marketplace on: January 25, 2012, 05:26:12 PM
what is the max timeframe we have to send a payment for purchase? (i ask b/c bitcoinica seems to have bungled my withdrawal, so my payment is delayed)

You can add coins to your account anytime and the purchases will start when the balance covers your purchase(s).  We are manually approving them right now due to some people not setting up the correct information but it will become automated soon.
659  Economy / Services / Re: GPUMAX | The Bitcoin Mining Marketplace on: January 25, 2012, 03:20:12 PM
Purchases will be firing back up shortly.

Thanks
660  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This will change Bitcoin as you know it. on: January 25, 2012, 01:15:50 AM
My only concern is that 2000 issues copies of the first won't last long. Sad

Ramp it up to 10,000 then at least we have some non-bitcoin people snatching them up.
