It is decided - on Tuesday ~12:00 CET we will issue ICN tokens. Exact block-height will be communicated on Monday 12:00 CET here on reddit, btt and twitter. We'll also mail investors. Generally, Tuesday morning is the best day to deploy tokens in terms of our technical team disposal and support if you will need it. Our full team will be there for you.
For fastest possible assignment of tokens Ethereum network should be as stable as possible. Right now network capacity is around 3 times smaller than when the network is stable. If the network instability will persist we can expect that all tokens will be assigned in around 15 minutes, it could be also more if there will be more network load at the time of coin issuing. Irregardless of deployment of token on Monday and that assignment of tokens will start on Monday, tokens will be available to transfer on Tuesday. Please note: Monday 12pm CET will also be cut off time for updating ETH address for ICN assignment.
Recently there were many updates of wallets. Only the latest updates solves Ethereum syncing issues. It seems that we have different kinds of investors with different levels of knowledge and familiarity with tools. Certainly those with less knowledge and experience need more time to prepare themselves. We will persistently remind our investors about the necessary steps to deal with ICN tokens.
I have to admit we have overestimated our investor’s familiarity with the tools needed. This is related to the use of ETH address in wallets and exchanges. It seems we have lot’s of newcomers, fiat investors, that need much more instructions and step-by-step guidance with additional alerts that need to be added.
On Thursday, October 13 for the same purpose a test-it contract will be deployed on mainnet where every investor will get 1 ICN + actual decimals of your ICN. So for example if you have 69323.0822184235 ICN you will receive 1.0822184235 ICN on your ICONOMI test-it contract for you to check access with your private keys. We have decided to do that for all those users new in crypto to prepare themselves for Tuesday, October 18. With the availability of real ICN contract, the test-it contract will be self destructed.

JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPM) has announced that it is experimenting with using the architecture of the ethereum blockchain to create novel financial solutions for itself and its customers. According to media source Coindesk, the project was unveiled last month, and was more recently demonstrated during an industry convention in Geneva. This follows other blockchain-related announcements from competitors such as Bank of America Corp (BAC)—which is partnering with Microsoft (MSFT) and UBS Group Inc. JP Morgan's Ethereum Implementation JP Morgan is using a private (non-public) iteration of the smart-contract focused ethereum protocol, in a system it is calling Quorum. It was developed in partnership with blockchain startup EthLab, and it is one of the first projects to come out of an innovation lab within JP Morgan known as the Blockchain Center of Excellence. Of course, the bank will keep much of Quorum's intellectual property to itself, but it is creating a developer's kit (SDK) to allow outside programmers the chance to build off of the platform. They also plan to bring other financial firms into the fold. Amber Baldet, program lead for the Quorum division, explained, "while our current applications using Quorum function within JP Morgan, releasing the software is an important stepping stone to launching projects with other organizations." Quorum is now the second major blockchain offering to come out of JP Morgan. Earlier this year, the bank showcased a platform called Juno, meant to be a "distributed crypto-ledger" to enable quick value transfers between network parties. Quorum is novel in that by using ethereum as a backbone, it can add logic and scripting to its platform via smart contracts. Smart contracts are decentralized, self-executing pieces of code that do not need the mediation of a third-party—such as a stock exchange, legal system or government regulator. This may help the bank and its partners cut down on administrative costs, legal and regulatory oversight, and increase transparency. The Bottom Line JP Morgan has announced its second entrant into the blockchain fray, this time utilizing the smart contract enabled ethereum blockchain in creating a system called Quorum. Don't scoff at NFX guild. Advisors there have advised companies such as Flickr and Lyft (largest Uber competitor), so the partnership with Synereo is huge. Silicon Valley is behind this tech, and you will be hearing more of it in the mainstream in the months to come after the funding is over, mark my words.

Somebody bought about 3000 dollars worth of MEME on Bittrex today. Someone is either very smart/sly or very stupid LOL, but good for them (dev is that you? ha). It seems MEME is back to life so that's nice (cough accumulation stage over? or was it just DED?). Hopefully it regains some strength and value soon. Needs more buy support but what's interesting is the sell side is actually not THAT BAD, remove those bullshit sells walls (ie. 10btc at 4850 or whatever it is) along with a few other sells and the coin value goes to the moon.
