61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stratis on: September 30, 2017, 06:14:55 PM
Stratis was a bit overhyped after the release of their roadmap in May/June. However they didn't manage to hold up to their promises and ppl dumped. The project is still an amazing one, just needs a bit more time. =)
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cartaxi ICO on: September 30, 2017, 06:13:48 PM
Meh..I'd stay away from it. Not every project needs an ICO. This is one example
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: October - China back in the game ? on: September 30, 2017, 05:54:29 PM
And even if they don't...things have calmed down again. Let them stay where they are
64  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people are asking you about Bitcoin now? on: September 22, 2017, 03:53:20 PM
Everyone of my friends knows about Bitcoin and Crypto. But that's because I told them about it. I don't want anyone to approach me later in life telling me that they could've been rich too if someone told them Wink Now they know.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BATA BTA ◈ SCRYPT POW/POS HYBRID & MASTERNODES & PROFIT SHARE PLATFORM on: September 22, 2017, 03:46:37 PM
Any news on Masternodes?
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that might survive in the future? on: September 22, 2017, 03:44:24 PM
Game, Nexus, MobileGo, Stratis, Kyber and Neo of course
Those are in my opinion very strong candidates to survive the ages =)
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Poswallet trend reversal. All time high incoming on: September 22, 2017, 03:37:44 PM
Anything noteworthy releases recently? Been watching the price in blockfolio but it doesn't seem like there is still much going on.. and still no Bittrex I suppose?
68  Local / Actualité et News / Re: Russie - Grosse ferme de minage en vue à Leningrad on: September 22, 2017, 03:31:26 PM
Si qqn aurait une idée d'un projet qui se concentre sur le minage en Russie ce serait génial. Merci =)
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get fast rich in crypto world? on: September 22, 2017, 03:30:29 PM
Its very simple to get rich here.
1- Split your budget to 10
2- Buy Bitcoin or any other valueable alt coin. with your 1/10 budget
3- If price falls buy again with same amount.
4- Repeat this until you fund all your money to crypto currencies.
5- Wait around 1-3 years and boom you are rich

I think it is quite difficult to select the 10 best coins.

There are enough threads in this forum that point out to good projects =)
Choose your projects by the market they target and how much money they'll be able to draw in. Everything else is just air. Forget new currencies, governments will try all they can to get rid of them and they won't reach mass adoption in your lifetime (unless you want your grand-children to become rich)
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The END of ICO's? on: September 22, 2017, 03:02:03 PM

Not all , it's not regulated in some countries , like Russia.You can still join in some icos .I have to tell you ico is harder to be listed in exchanges, that means ico is far away from quick profit .

What this guy says.
The new hot ICO's are going to be the ones compliant with the law. That is if you want to get listed on an exchange with some decent volume (like bittrex or even (still) Polo)
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do we need an ICO regulation? on: September 22, 2017, 02:59:34 PM
Anyone talking here about how we don't need any regulation should snap out of his delusions and get real. You can decentralize all you want but ppl won't trust you, the rich won't trust you.
The following comparison might sounds ridiculous to some but just compare it to Daenerys in Game of Thrones when she tried to kill all the Masters. It didn't work, you can't do anything without the support of the rich (even if you don't like it). Therefore, regulation is necessary (at first at least) to gain and build trust.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ChainLink - Whats going on? on: September 20, 2017, 10:00:23 AM
The tokens have been distributed, everything is moving according to plan. The only thing I don't like is the lack of moderation in their slack, but that's only a minor issue a part from all the fudders and trolls.
Edit: Refunds will only take 3 days so stop complaining. You knew the risk and if you didn't then you didn't do your research right.

Masternodes are due to start on Thursday, September 21, 2017 10:00:00 AM

The easiest way for this is if you use coin control to put that amount into one and
send it yourself and/or use an exchange to withdraw that amount to your address ie send 10,000
coins exactly to your masternode wallet.

Select the Masternode tab from the left hand side menu
Then select My Master Nodes
Then press create
Insert your alias name as requested
insert your ip address along with the port as requested ie 123.456.789.000:9999
Then press ok
You should now see a masternode on the list infront of you
copy the address to notepad or your preffered txt editor
Now press Get Config
copy/paste the Masternode Priv Key & your address and paste them into the masternode.conf below
send exactly 10,000 coins with the standard tx fee nothing more nothing less to the masternode
address you copied
wait for it to confirm in the blockchain
Now make sure you have opened your port in Firewall / router if you have one

Running Masternode

Way 1

Goto Masternode Tabs on the left hand menu
And press start

Way 2

Goto console in the debug window
Type masternode start

If you have an Encrypted wallet
Type masternode start PASSWORDHERE

To see the status of your masternode
Type masternode list

masternode.conf
Code:
maxconnections=100
rpcuser=YOURUSERNAMEHERE
rpcpassword=YOURPASSWORDHERE
rpcport=17646
gen=0
staking=0
listen=0
server=1
daemon=1
port=YOURPORTHERE
reservebalance=9999999
logtimestamps=1
masternodeaddr=YOURIP:YOURPORT
masternode=1
masternodeprivkey=YOURPRIVATEKEY

brazil.conf
Code:
rpcuser=YOURUSERNAMEHERE
rpcpassword=YOURPASSWORDHERE
rpcport=17646
port=17645
listen=1
server=1
daemon=1

74  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My answer to the big question of Hodling on: September 17, 2017, 05:06:40 PM
Nice. I'm also currently looking for wealth management strategies.

What I planned on doing is:
1. wait until it doubles at least
2. sell 50% (25% are reinvested in something new and the other 25% are put onto a saving wallet)
3. The remaining assets (50%) grow until I decide to sell them

75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you read ICOs white paper before investing? on: September 17, 2017, 08:26:34 AM
Reading the Whitepaper is a must. You have to understand what you're investing in and how it's going to make you any money afterwards. However the Whitepaper is not the only important thing. There are many factors at work, the composition and experience of the team, social media campaigns, the desired amount they want to raise, the supply of the token and its utility etc.
If you invest blindly because someone whom you don't know told you so, you're going to have a bad time.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like to see in an ICO? on: September 17, 2017, 08:22:01 AM
Utility of the tokens, weekly news updates, low marketcap, pre-sale and a lot of communication with the community.
Short and (very) easy. That's the new secret to a successful ICO
77  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China will completely ban bitcoin on: September 17, 2017, 08:17:10 AM
China won't ban bitcoin. They put a temporary ban on ICO's until they are regulated. Don't believe any unverified stuff until it's been verified  Roll Eyes
78  Economy / Services / Re: Professional English PR writer and Social media manager NEEDED on: September 17, 2017, 08:07:35 AM

That one hurt.

@OP, maybe you should explain a bit what you're looking for and what your project is about. Explain what you're doing Wink
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What will monday bring to us? on: September 17, 2017, 07:28:31 AM
Unless you are a trader you shouldn't really bother too much with that question. A lot of what's going on on the market is pure psychology, once you start following other ppl's patterns and mindsets you might find yourself in a difficult spot one day. Make your own observations, stand above them and keep the bigger picture  (the long term) in mind.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Active/Ongoing ICOs on: September 17, 2017, 07:25:20 AM
There are many ICO activities that are currently underway. one of the best is Atlant. they are engaged in Real Estate. I think they'll get a successful ICO. You can check it out here https://atlant.io/ to get more information.

I agree, I think Atlant has quite a lot to offer already for a project that is only in it's ICO stage. They've been to multiple conferences, have released a demo version of their decentralized exchange and they are pretty transparent about what they are doing.
You can even find a comparison between Atlant and other real estate projects on their blog =)
